¹³ If I restrain the heavens to not rain; or if I misvah the locusts to devour the land; or if I send pestilence among my people;

⁴ for if you refuse to send my people away, behold, tomorrow I bring the locusts into your borders: ⁵ and they cover the eye of the earth, that no one can see the earth: and they eat the remainder which escaped - which survives to you from the hail; and eat every tree which sprouts for you from the field: ⁶ and they fill your houses and the houses of all your servants and the houses of all the Misrayim; which neither your fathers nor the fathers of your fathers have ever seen since the day they became on the soil, to this day. - and he turns his face and goes out from Paroh.

¹² I smite them with the pestilence and dispossess them; and work of you a greater goyim - mightier than they.

⁴⁶ And Mosheh says to Aharon, Take a tray and give fire therein from off the sacrifice altar and put on incense and carry it quickly to the witness and kapar/atone for them: for a rage goes out from the face of Yah Veh; the plague begins. ⁴⁷ And Aharon takes as Mosheh worded, and runs midst the congregation; and behold, the plague among the people begins: and he gives incense and kapars/atones for the people:

¹⁷ and Yah Weh kindles his wrath against you and restrains the heavens that there be no rain and that the soil give not her produce; and lest you destruct quickly from off the good land Yah Veh gives you.

¹³ And Gad comes to David and tells him and says to him, Come seven years of famine to you in your land? Or flee you three months from the face of your tribulators while they pursue you? Or have three days pestilence in your land? now perceive and see which word I return to him who sends me. ¹⁴ And David says to Gad, I tribulate mightily: may we fall now into the hand of Yah Veh - for his mercies are many: and may I not fall to the hand of humanity. ¹⁵ And Yah Veh gives a pestilence on Yisra El from the morning even to the time of season: and seventy thousand men of the people die from Dan even to Beer Sheba.

²⁶ When the heavens restrain, and rain not, because they sin against you; yet when they pray toward this place and spread hands to your name and turn from their sin, and you humble them; ²⁷ then hear from the heavens, and forgive the sin of your servants and of your people Yisra El; and direct them the good way to walk; and give rain on the land you gave to your people for an inheritance. ²⁸ If famine becomes in the land; if pestilence becomes; if blasting or pale green becomes; locusts or caterpillers; if their enemies tribulate them in the land of their portals; whatever plague or whatever disease becomes:

¹⁰ If he passes by, and shuts up or congregate, who then turns him back?

¹⁴ Behold, he breaks down and no one builds; he shuts a man and no one opens.

³⁴ He said, and the locusts and cankerworms arrived - inummerable;

³⁴ a fruitful land to salt for the evil of them who settle therein.

¹⁹ Or, I send a pestilence into that land and pour my fury thereon in blood - to cut off humanity and animal therefrom: ²⁰ and Noach, Dani El, and Iyob are in the midst - I live - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh they rescue neither son nor daughter; they rescue their own souls by their justness. ²¹ For thus says Adonay Yah Veh; How much more when I send my four evil judgments on Yeru Shalem - the sword and the famine and the evil live being and the pestilence - to cut it off from humanity and animal?

⁴ What the palmerworm leaves, the locust eats; and what the locust leaves, the cankerworm eats; and what the cankerworm leaves, the caterpiller eats. ⁵ Waken, you intoxicants, and weep; and howl, all you drinkers of wine: because the squeezed juice is cut off from your mouth. ⁶ For a goyim ascends on my land - mighty and without number: whose teeth, the teeth of a lion; and the molars of a roaring lion. ⁷ He sets my vine desolate and chips away my fig tree: in stripping, he strips and casts away; the tendrils whiten.

²⁵ And I shalam to you the years the locust eats - the cankerworm and the caterpiller and the palmerworm - the great valiant I sent among you.

²⁵ but of a truth, I word you, many widows were in Yisra El in the days of Eli Yah when the heavens shut for three years and six months, when mega famine became throughout all the land:

And to the angel of the ecclesia in Philadelphia, scribe: Thus words the holy, the true, who has the key of David: who opens and no one shuts and shuts and no one opens:

⁶ These have authority to shut the heavens, so that the rain rains not in the days of their prophecy: and they have authority over waters to turn them to blood and to smite the earth with all plagues as often as ever they will.
