³⁷ And you become a desolation, a proverb and a gibe, among all people Yah Veh drives you.

²⁸ and Yah Veh uproots them from their soil in wrath - in wrath and in great rage and casts them to another land, as this day.

⁷ then I cut Yisra El from the face of the soil I gave them; and this house I hallowed for my name, I send from my face; and Yisra El becomes a proverb and gibe among all people:

¹⁵ For Yah Veh smites Yisra El as a stalk wags in the water; and uproots Yisra El from this good soil he gave to their fathers; and scatters them beyond the river because they work their asherim - vexing Yah Veh:

²⁰ And Yah Veh refuses all the seed of Yisra El and humbles them; and gives them into the hand of plunderers until he casts them from his face:

And so be it, Sanballat hears we build the wall and he inflames and abounds his vexation and he derides the Yah Hudiym: ² and he says at the face of his brothers and the men of valour of Shomeron, and says, What work these languid Yah Hudiym? Forsake they to themselves? Sacrifice they? Finish they in a day? Enliven they the stones from the heaps of the dust that are burnt? ³ And Tobi Yah the Ammoniy is by him, and he says, Whatever they build, if a fox ascends, even he splits their stone wall. ⁴ Hear, O our Elohim; for we are disrespected: turn their reproach on their own head and give them for plunder in the land of captivity:

¹⁴ you set us a proverb among the goyim - a shaking of the head among the nations:

⁵ Also, El pulls you down in perpetuity - takes you and uproots you from your tent - uproots you from the land of the living. Selah.

¹⁷ And if they hearken not, In uprooting, I uproot and destroy that goyim - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁷ At that blink, when I word concerning a goyim, and concerning a sovereigndom, to uproot - and to pull down - and to destroy

⁹ and I give them for an agitation into all the sovereigndoms of the earth for evil - a reproach and a proverb - a gibe and an abasement in all places I drive them:

²⁸ And so be it, as I watched over them to uproot and to break down and to demolish and to destroy and to vilify, thus I watch over them to build and to plant - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁴ Say thus to him: Yah Veh says thus: Behold, what I built, I break down; and what I planted, I uproot - even this whole land.
