² Achaz is a son of twenty years when he begins to reign; and reigns sixteen years in Yeru Shalem and works not straight in the eyes of Yah Veh his Elohim as David his father:

¹⁴ and if you walk in my ways to guard my statutes and my misvoth as your father David walked, then I prolong your days.

⁴ And you, if you walk at my face, as David your father walked in integrity of heart and in straightness; to work according to all I misvah you and guard my statutes and my judgments;

⁴ And so be it, at the time Shelomoh ages, his women pervert his heart after other elohim: and his heart is not at shalom with Yah Veh his Elohim as the heart of David his father: ⁵ and Shelomoh goes after Ashtoreth the elohim of the Sidoniy; and after Milchom the abomination of the Ammoniy: ⁶ and Shelomoh works evil in the eyes of Yah Veh and fulfills not after Yah Veh as David his father. ⁷ Then Shelomoh builds a bamah for Kemosh the abomination of Moab in the mountain at the face of Yeru Shalem; and for Molech the abomination of the sons of Ammon: ⁸ and thus he works for all his strange women who incense and sacrifice to their elohim:

³ And he walks in all the sins his father worked at his face: and his heart is not at shalom with Yah Veh his Elohim as the heart of David his father:

³ And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh; only, not as David his father: he works according to all as Yah Ash his father works:

³ And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh according to all his father Amaz Yah worked;

³⁴ And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh: he works according to all his father Uzzi Yah worked:

³ and he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh, according to all David his father worked:

² And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh and walks in all the way of David his father and turns not aside to the right or to the left.

³ And Yah Veh is with Yah Shaphat, because he walks in the first ways of his father David and seeks not to Baalim;

ACHAZ REIGNS IN YERU SHALEM
Achaz is a son of twenty years when he begins to reign: and he reigns sixteen years in Yeru Shalem: and he works not straight in the eyes of Yah Veh as David his father: ² and he walks in the ways of the sovereigns of Yisra El and also works moltens for Baalim: ³ and he incenses in the valley of the son of burning and burns his sons in the fire - as the abhorrences of the goyim whom Yah Veh dispossessed at the face of the sons of Yisra El: ⁴ and he sacrifices and incenses in the bamahs and on the hills and under every green tree:

² And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh according to all David his father worked.

² and he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh and walks in the ways of David his father: and turns aside neither to the right nor to the left. ³ And in the eighth year of his reign - he is still a lad he begins to seek after the Elohim of David his father: and in the twelfth year he begins to purify Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem from the bamahs and the asherim and the sculptiles and the molten:
