⁴ And I pray to Yah Veh my Elohim, and spread my hands, and say, I beseech, O Adonay, great and awesome El, who guards the covenant and mercy to them who love him and to them who guard his misvoth;

⁶ and working mercy to the thousands who love me and guard my misvoth.

⁶ and Yah Veh passes by in front of his face and calls, Yah Veh! Yah Veh El! Merciful and charismatic, slow to wrath and great in mercy and truth, ⁷ guarding mercy for thousands, bearing perversity and rebellion and sin: and in exonerating, exonerates not; visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons and on the sons of the sons to the third and to the fourth.

THE REWARD FOR WRINGING HANDS
And if they wring hands for their perversity and the perversity of their fathers, and the treason they treason against me and also for walking contrary to me; ⁴¹ and that I also, in walking contrary to them bring them into the land of their enemies - if they humble their uncircumcised hearts; and they then be pleased in the punishment of their perversity ⁴² - then I remember my covenant with Yaaqov and also my covenant with Yischaq and also my covenant with Abraham I remember - and I remember the land.

¹⁸ Yah Veh - slow to wrath and great of mercy, bearing perversity and rebellion and in exonerating, exonerates not, visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons to the third and fourth. ¹⁹ Forgive, I beseech you, the perversity of this people according to the greatness of your mercy and as you bear this people, from Misrayim even until now.

¹⁰ and working mercy to thousands of them who love me and guard my misvoth.

⁹ And you know that Yah Veh your Elohim is Elohim - the trustworthy El - who guards covenant and mercy with them who love him; and guards his misvoth to a thousand generations;

²¹ Terrify not at their face: for Yah Veh your Elohim is among you - a great El and awesome.

²³ and he says, Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, there is no Elohim like you - in the heavens above or on earth beneath, who guards covenant and mercy with your servants who walk at your face with all their heart:

⁴⁷ and they turn their hearts to the land they were captured and turn and beseech to you in the land of them who captured them, saying, We sinned and perverted; we did wickedly; ⁴⁸ and return to you with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies who captured them; and pray to you toward the land you gave their fathers - the city you chose and the house I built for your name: ⁴⁹ then hear their prayer and their supplication in the heavens the place of your settlement and work their judgment;

¹⁴ if my people, on whom my Name ^{\super *} is called, humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their evil ways; then I hear from the heavens and forgive their sin and heal their land. ^{*name: see Yah Hudah in Lexicon}

⁵ and say, I beseech you, O Yah Veh Elohim of the heavens - the great and awesome El who guards covenant and mercy for them who love him and guard his misvoth:

² and the seed of Yisra El separate from all sons of strangers; and stand and spread hands for their sins and the perversities of their fathers: ³ and they rise in their station and call out in the scroll of the torah of Yah Veh their Elohim a fourth of the day; and a fourth they spread hands and prostrate to Yah Veh their Elohim.

³² And now, our Elohim El - the great, the mighty and the awesome - who guards covenant and mercy, diminish not from your face all the travail that found us - on our sovereigns, on our governors and on our priests and on our prophets and on our fathers and on all your people since the day of the sovereigns of Ashshur to this day.

⁵ My sin, you know; and my perversity, I covered not: I say, I spread hands for my rebellions to Yah Veh; and you lift the perversity of my sin. Selah.

¹³ only, acknowledge your perversity, that you rebel against Yah Veh your Elohim and scatter your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and hearken not to my voice - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁷ Aha, Adonay Yah Veh! Behold, you worked the heavens and the earth by your great power and spread arm; and there is no word too marvellous for you: ¹⁸ you work mercy to thousands and shalam for the perversity of the fathers into the bosom of their sons after them. The Great! The Mighty El! Yah Veh Sabaoth is his name: ¹⁹ great in counsel and great in exploits: in that your eyes open on all the ways of the sons of humanity: to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his exploits:

⁵ we sinned and perverted and did wickedly and rebelled - by turning aside from your misvoth and from your judgments: ⁶ we hearkened not to your servants the prophets, who worded in your name to our sovereigns, our governors and our fathers and to all the people of the land. ⁷ O Adonay, justness to you; and shame of faces to us, as this day; to the men of Yah Hudah and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem and to all Yisra El, near and far, through all the lands you drove them, because of the treason they treasoned against you. ⁸ Adonay, shame of face to us - to our sovereigns, to our governors and to our fathers, because we sinned against you. ⁹ To Adonay our Elohim, mercies and forgivenesses though we rebelled against him; ¹⁰ we hearkened not to the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim - to walk in the torah he gave at our face by the hand of his servants the prophets. ¹¹ Yes, all Yisra El trespassed your torah, even by turning aside to not hearken to your voice; so the oath pours on us - the oath inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim, because we sinned against him. ¹² And he raises the words he worded against us and against our judges who judge us, by bringing a great evil on us - as never worked under the whole heavens as he works on Yeru Shalem:

¹⁸ Who is an El like to you, who bears perversity, and passes by the rebellion of the survivors of his inheritance? he holds not his wrath eternally because he delights mercy. ¹⁹ He restores; he mercies us: he subdues our perversities. You cast all their sins into the deep of the sea; ²⁰ You give truth to Yaaqov; mercy to Abraham - which you oathed to our fathers from the days of antiquity.

² El is jealous and Yah Veh avenges; Yah Veh avenges and is a master of fury: Yah Veh avenges his tribulators and he guards for his enemies: ³ Yah Veh is slow to wrath and great in force; and in exonerating, Yah Veh exonerates not: his way is in the hurricane and in the whirling and clouds are the dust of his feet: ⁴ he rebukes the sea and withers and dries all the rivers: Bashan and Karmel/orchard languish; and the blossom of Lebanon languishes: ⁵ the mountains quake at him and the hills melt and the earth lifts at his face - yes, the world and all who settle therein. ⁶ Who stands at the face of his rage? And who rises in the fuming of his wrath? He pours his fury as fire and pulls down the rocks. ⁷ Yah Veh is good, a strength in the day of tribulation; and he knows them who seek refuge in him.

⁷² to deal mercy with our fathers and to remember his holy covenant;

²⁸ And we know that all co-works to good to them who love Elohim, to them being the called according to his prothesis.

¹² Blessed - the man who endures testing: because being approved he takes the wreath of life - which Adonay pre-evangelized to them who love him.

⁵ Hearken, my beloved brothers, Selects not Elohim the poor of this cosmos rich in trust and heirs of the sovereigndom which he pre-evangelized to them who love him?

⁸ whenever we say we have no sin we seduce ourselves and the truth is not in us: ⁹ whenever we profess our sins, he is trustworthy and just to forgive our sins and to purify us from all injustice: ¹⁰ whenever we say that we have not sinned we make him a liar and his word is not in us.

² In this we know we love the children of Elohim - when we love Elohim and guard his misvoth. ³ For this is the love of Elohim: to guard his misvoth; and his misvoth are not grievous.
