³ an Ammoniy or Moabiy enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh - even to their tenth generation enter not to the congregation of Yah Veh eternally:

⁶ And the redeemer says, I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I ruin my own inheritance; redeem my redemption to yourself; for I cannot redeem it.

THE GENERATIONS OF PERES
And these are the generations of Peres; Peres births Hesron ¹⁹ and Hesron births Ram and Ram births Ammi Nadab ²⁰ and Ammi Nadab births Nahshon and Nahshon births Salmah ²¹ and Salmah births Boaz and Boaz births Obed ²² and Obed births Yishay and Yishay births David.

³ And Tobi Yah the Ammoniy is by him, and he says, Whatever they build, if a fox ascends, even he splits their stone wall.

⁷ And so be it, Sanballat and Tobi Yah and the Arabiy and the Ammoniy and the Ashdodiy hear the walls of Yeru Shalem are ascended and the breaches begin to stop; and they inflame mightily;

MONGRELS SEPARATED FROM YISRA EL
On that day, they call out in the scroll of Mosheh in the ears of the people; and they find inscribed therein that the Ammoniy and the Moabiy are not to come into the congregation of Elohim eternally; ² because they anticipated not the sons of Yisra El with bread and with water; but hired Bilam against them to abase them: and our Elohim turns the abasement into a blessing.
