THE TORAH ON FIRSTLINGS AND TITHES And so be it, when you come in to the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - an inheritance and possess it and settle therein; ² that you take of the first of all the fruit of the soil, which you bring from the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you; and put it in a basket and go to the place Yah Veh your Elohim chooses to place his name: ³ and go to the priest being in those days and say to him, I tell this day to Yah Veh your Elohim, that I come to the land Yah Veh oathed to our fathers to give us. ⁴ - and the priest takes the basket from your hand and sets it at the face of the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh your Elohim. ⁵ And you answer at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, and say, My father was a destroyed Aramiy; and he descended to Misrayim and sojourned there with a few men and became a goyim - great, mighty and many: ⁶ and the Misrayim evilly entreated us and humbled us and gave us hard service: ⁷ and we cried to Yah Veh Elohim of our fathers: Yah Veh heard our voice and saw our humiliation and our drudgery and our oppression: ⁸ and Yah Veh brought us from Misrayim with a strong hand and with a spread arm and with great awesomenesses and with signs and with omens: ⁹ and he brought us to this place and gave us this land - a land flowing with milk and honey: ¹⁰ and now, behold, I bring the firstlings of the fruit of the soil, which you, O Yah Veh, give me: and leave it at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim and prostrate at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim: ¹¹ and cheer in all the good Yah Veh your Elohim gives you and your house - you and the Leviy and the sojourner among you. ¹² When you finish off tithing all the tithes of your produce of the third year - the year of tithing and give to the Leviy, the sojourner, the orphan and the widow, that they eat inside your portals and satiate: ¹³ and you say, at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, I burn the holies from my house and also give them to the Leviy and to the sojourner, to the orphan and to the widow, according to all the misvoth you misvahed me: I neither trespassed your misvoth nor forgot them: ¹⁴ I neither ate thereof in my mischief nor burnt thereof for any foul use nor given thereof for them who died: but I hearkened to the voice of Yah Veh my Elohim and worked according to all you misvahed me. ¹⁵ Look down from your holy habitation - from the heavens and bless your people Yisra El and the soil you give us as you oathed to our fathers - a land flowing with milk and honey. ¹⁶ This day Yah Veh your Elohim misvahs you to work these statutes and judgments: and guard and work them with all your heart and with all your soul. ¹⁷ You say this day for Yah Veh to become your Elohim and to walk in his ways; and to guard his statutes and his misvoth and his judgments; and to hearken to his voice. ¹⁸ And Yah Veh says this day for you to become his peculiar people, as he worded to you: and to guard all his misvoth; ¹⁹ and gives that you become most high above all goyim he worked - in halal and in name and in adornment; to become a holy people to Yah Veh your Elohim, as he worded.

² Word to the sons of Yisra El, and say to them, When you enter the land of your settlements, which I give you,

¹⁸ Word to the sons of Yisra El, and say to them, When you come into the land where I bring you,

³¹ But as for you, you stand here by me and I word to you all the misvoth and the statutes and the judgments to teach them - to work them in the land I give them to possess it.

¹ Now these are the misvoth the statutes and the judgments Yah Veh your Elohim misvahed to teach you - to work in the land you pass over to possess: ² to awe Yah Veh your Elohim, to guard all his statutes and the misvoth I misvahed you - you and your son and the son of your son all the days of your life; and to prolong your days. ³ Hear, O Yisra El and guard to work; that it well-please you; and as Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers worded to you, that you abound mightily in the land flowing with milk and honey. ⁴ Hear, O Yisra El! Yah Veh our Elohim is one Yah Veh! ⁵ And love Yah Veh your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. ⁶ And these words, I misvah you this day, become in your heart: ⁷ and point them out to your sons and word of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up: ⁸ and bind them for a sign on your hand and to become phylacteries between your eyes: ⁹ and inscribe them on the posts of your house and on your portals. ¹⁰ And so be it, when Yah Veh your Elohim brings you into the land he oathed to your fathers - to Abraham, to Yischaq and to Yaaqov, to give you great and goodly cities which you built not,

THE TORAH ON APOSTATIZING When you come to the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you, learn to not work after the abhorrences of those goyim.

²⁹ Delay not the fulness of your juices. Give me the firstbirth of your sons.

¹⁶ And the celebration of harvest: the firstfruits of the works you seeded in the field. And the celebration of ingathering: - in the end of the year when you ingather your works from the field.

¹⁹ Bring the first of the firstfruits of your soil into the house of Yah Veh your Elohim. Stew not a kid in the milk of his mother.

THE FIRSTS QORBANS
As for the qorban of the firsts, oblate them to Yah Veh: but holocaust them not on the sacrifice altar for a scent of rest.

¹⁴ And if you oblate an offering of your firsts to Yah Veh, oblate for the offering of your firsts unripened dried by the fire - husks from the orchard:

¹² all the fat of the oil and all the fat of the juice and of the crop, the firstlings of all they give to Yah Veh, I give you: ¹³ and whatever firstlings in their land, which they bring to Yah Veh, become yours: every clean one in your house eats thereof.

⁵ But to the place Yah Veh your Elohim chooses of all your scions to put his name there, seek and enter his tabernacle: ⁶ and bring your holocausts and your sacrifices and your tithes and exaltments of your hand and your vows and your voluntaries and the firstlings of your oxen and of your flocks:

¹⁰ and work the celebration of weeks to Yah Veh your Elohim voluntarily with a voluntary of your hand, which you give as Yah Veh your Elohim blesses you:

⁴ and the firstling of your crop - of your juice and of your oil and the first of the shearing of your sheep give him.

THE ALLOTMENT OF THE REST OF THE LAND And the whole witness of the sons of Yisra El congregates at Shiloh and there they tabernacle the tent of the congregation: and the land is subdued at their face:

⁴² And a man comes from Baal Shalishah and brings the man of Elohim bread of the firstfruits, twenty bread of barley; and of the orchard, in the sack: and he says, Give to the people to eat.

⁵ And as the word breaks, the sons of Yisra El abound the firstlings of crop - juice and oil and honey and of all the produce of the field; and they bring the tithe of all in abundance.

³⁵ and to bring the firstfruits of our soil and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees year by year, to the house of Yah Veh: ³⁶ and the firstbirthed of our sons and of our animals as inscribed in the torah; and to bring the firstlings of our oxen and of our flocks to the house of our Elohim - to the priests who minister in the house of our Beth Elohim: ³⁷ and bring the firstlings of our dough and our exaltments and the fruit of all manner of trees - of juice and of oil to the priests - to the chambers of the house of our Elohim; and the tithes of our soil to the Leviym, that the Leviym have the tithes in all the cities of our service:

⁴⁴ And at that day, men oversee the chambers for the treasures, for the exaltments, for the firstlings and for the tithes - to gather into them from the fields of the cities the allotments of the torah for the priests and Leviym: for the cheer of Yah Hudah for the priests and for the Leviym who stand.

³¹ and for the qorban of timber, at times appointed, and for the firstlings. Remember me, O my Elohim, for good.

⁹ Honor Yah Veh with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce: ¹⁰ thus are your ingatherings filled with sufficiency and your troughs break forth with juice.

³ Yisra El is holiness to Yah Veh and the firstlings of his produce: all who devour him guilt; evil comes on them, says Yah Veh.

⁴⁰ for in my holy mountain - in the mountain of the height of Yisra El - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh there all the house of Yisra El - all of them in the land, serve me: there I am pleased with them, and there I require your exaltments, and the firstlings of your loads/burdens, with all your holies.

³⁰ and the firstlings of all the firstfruits of all, and every exaltment of all - of all of your exaltments become for the priest: and give the priest the firstlings of your dough so that he rests the blessing in your house.

¹⁴ And they neither sell thereof nor exchange nor pass away the firstlings of the land: for it is holy to Yah Veh.

²³ and not only they, but we also, who have the firstlings of the Spirit, even we also sigh among ourselves, awaiting the sonship - the redemption of our body.

¹⁶ For if the firstlings be holy, the lump also: and if the root be holy, the branches also.

THE SEQUENCE OF THE RESURRECTION
And now, Messiah rose from the dead and became the firstlings of them who slept.

²³ and each in his own order: Messiah the firstlings; then whoever are of the Messiah at his parousia.

² On the first of the shabbaths each of you place by him; treasuring up as ever he prospered; that there be no contributions when I come.

¹⁸ Of his own will he bred us with the word of truth - to be some firstlings of his creatures.

⁴ These are they who stained not with women for they are virgins; these are they who follow the Lamb wherever he goes; these are marketed from among humanity - firstlings to Elohim and to the Lamb.

⁸ and I give to you and to your seed after you the land of your sojournings - all the land of Kenaan for an eternal possession; and I become their Elohim.
COVENANT OF CIRCUMCISION

³ sojourn in this land and I AM with you and bless you; for I give all these lands to you and to your seed and I raise the oath I oathed to Abraham your father

¹⁷ then the two men, between whom the dispute is, stand at the face of Yah Veh - at the face of the priests and the judges, being in those days;

¹⁵ So through him we continually offer the sacrifice of halal to Elohim, that is, the fruit of our lips, professing his name:

⁵ and you yourselves, as living stones, are built a spiritual house - a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices, well-received to Elohim through Yah Shua Messiah.

FORGIVING
So whenever you offer your oblation at the sacrifice altar, and there remember that your brother has somewhat against you; ²⁴ release your oblation in front of the sacrifice altar, and go your way; first reconcile to your brother, and then come and offer your oblation.

¹⁹ You fools and blind: for which is greater, The oblation? Or the sacrifice altar that hallows the oblation?

¹⁰ We have a sacrifice altar, whereof whoever ministers the tabernacle has no authority to eat. ¹¹ For the bodies of those live beings, whose blood is brought into the Holies through the archpriest for sin, are burned outside the encampment. ¹² So Yah Shua also, to hallow the people through his own blood, suffered outside the gate.

⁴ but go to my land and to my kindred and take a woman to my son Yischaq.

²⁰ and Yischaq is a son of forty years and he takes Ribqah to woman, the daughter of Bethu El the Aramiy of Paddan Aram the sister to Laban the Aramiy.

⁴¹ And Esav opposes Yaaqov because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esav says in his heart, The days of mourning for my father approach; then I slaughter my brother Yaaqov.

⁵ And Yischaq sends Yaaqov: and he goes to Paddan Aram to Laban, son of Bethu El the Aramiy the brother of Ribqah the mother of Yaaqov and Esav.

²⁰ and Yaaqov steals the heart of Laban the Aramiy in not telling him that he flees.

²⁴ And Elohim comes to Laban the Aramiy in a dream by night and says to him, Guard that you word not to Yaaqov from good to evil.

⁴⁰ So be I; in the day the parch consumes me and the frost by night; and my sleep flees from my eyes.

THE BROTHERS OF YOSEPH RETURN TO MISRAYIM
And the famine is heavy in the land. ² And so be it, when they finish eating the kernels they brought from Misrayim, their father says to them, Return, market for us kernels for a little food.

¹² and take double silver in your hand; and the silver that was returned in the mouth of your sacks, return it in your hand; perahaps it was an error:

⁷ and Elohim sent me from your face to set of you a survivor in the earth and to preserve your lives by a great escape.

¹¹ and there I nourish you: for there are yet five years of famine; lest you and your household and all that you have, become dispossessed.

YAAQOV MOVES TO MISRAYIM
And Yisra El pulls stakes with all he has and comes to Beer Sheba; and sacrifices sacrifices to the Elohim of his father Yischaq. ² And Elohim says to Yisra El in the visions of the night, and says, Yaaqov! Yaaqov! And he says, Here - I. ³ And he says, I - El - Elohim of your father: awe not to descend into Misrayim; for there I set of you a great goyim: ⁴ I descend with you into Misrayim; and in ascending, I also ascend you: and Yoseph puts his hand on your eyes. ⁵ And Yaaqov rises from Beer Sheba: and the sons of Yisra El bear Yaaqov their father and their toddlers and their women in the wagons Paroh sent to bear him: ⁶ and they take the chattel and the acquisitions they acquired in the land of Kenaan and come into Misrayim - Yaaqov and all his seed with him: ⁷ and he brings his sons and the sons of his sons his daughters and the daughters of his sons and all his seed with him into Misrayim.

²⁷ and the sons of Yoseph birthed to him in Misrayim, are two souls: all the souls of the house of Yaaqov, coming into Misrayim, are seventy.

²⁷ And Yisra El settles in the land of Misrayim in the land of Goshen; and they possess therein and bear fruit and abound mightily:

⁵ And all the souls coming from the flank of Yaaqov are seventy souls: as for Yoseph, he is in Misrayim.

⁷ and the sons of Yisra El bear fruit and teem and abound mighty mightily mightier; and they fill the land.

¹² and the more they humble them, thus they abound and thus they break forth: and they are abhorred at the face of the sons of Yisra El.

⁷ Yah Veh neither attached himself to you nor chose you because you were more abundant than any people - for you were the fewest of all people:

²² Your fathers descended into Misrayim with seventy souls; and now Yah Veh your Elohim sets you as the stars of the heavens for abundance.

²³ Yisra El also came to Misrayim; and Yaaqov sojourned in the land of Ham; ²⁴ and his people became mighty fruitbearing - mightier than their tribulators:

THE ETERNAL SALVATION OF SIYON
Hearken to me, you who pursue justness, you who seek Yah Veh: look to the rock whence you were hewn and to the quarry of the well whence you were bored: ² look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who writhed you: I, for one, called him and blessed him and abounded him.

¹² And Yaaqov flees into the field of Aram, and Yisra El serves for a woman: yes, for a woman he guards.

¹⁵ And Yaaqov descends into Misrayim and dies - he, and our fathers,

¹¹ And they set vassal governors over them to humble them with their burdens: and they build storage cities for Paroh, Pithom and Rameses:

¹⁴ and they embitter their lives with hard service, in morter and in brick and in all service in the field: all their service, wherein they have them serve, is with tyranny.

⁹ Let the service be heavy on the men and their work; and look not to false words.

¹⁹ And the officers of the sons of Yisra El see that they are in evil, saying, Diminish not bricks of your day by day word.

⁹ and now, behold, the cry of the sons of Yisra El comes to me: and I also see the oppression wherewith the Misrayim oppress them.

³¹ and the people trust: and when they hear that Yah Veh visits the sons of Yisra El and that he sees their humiliation, they bow and prostrate.

⁵ and I also heard the groaning of the sons of Yisra El whom the Misrayim serve: and I remember my covenant.

¹⁶ Tomorrow about this time I send you a man from the land of Ben Yamin: anoint him to be eminent over my people Yisra El, to save my people from the hand of the Peleshethiy: for I see my people, because their cry comes to me.

¹² Perhaps Yah Veh sees my humiliation and Yah Veh returns me good for his abasing this day.

¹⁵ call on me in the day of tribulation: I rescue you and you honor me.

¹⁹ For he sees from the height of his holies: from the heavens Yah Veh scans the earth ²⁰ - to hear the shrieking of the bound; to loose the sons of death;

¹³² Face me; and grant me charism and judgment to them who love your name:

DOXOLOGY
And to him who is able to do superabundantly above all we ask or comprehend, according to the dynamis energizing in us, ²¹ to him be glory in the ecclesia by Messiah Yah Shua to all generations - eon of the eons. Amen.

³⁷ And the sons of Yisra El pull stakes from Rameses to Sukkoth/Brush Arbors, about six hundred thousand on foot - the mighty, apart from toddlers:

⁴¹ And so be it, at the end of the four hundred years and thirty years, even that selfsame day, so be it, all the hosts of Yah Veh go from the land of Misrayim.

³ And Mosheh says to the people, Remember this day you come from Misrayim - from the house of servants; for by strength of hand, Yah Veh brought you out: eat no fermentation.

¹⁶ and you - lift your rod and spread your hand over the sea and split it: and the sons of Yisra El go midst the sea on dry. ¹⁷ And I, behold, I callous the hearts of the Misrayim and they follow them: and I become honored through Paroh and through all his valiant - through his chariots and through his cavalry: ¹⁸ and the Misrayim know I - Yah Veh, when I become honored through Paroh - through his chariots and through his cavalry. ¹⁹ And the angel of Elohim who goes from the face of the camp of Yisra El pulls stakes and goes behind them; and the pillar of the cloud pulls stakes from their face and stands behind them: ²⁰ and comes between the camp of the Misrayim and between the camp of Yisra El; and it becomes a cloud and darkness to them, but it illuminates by night to these: so that the one approaches not the other all the night. ²¹ And Mosheh spreads his hand over the sea; and Yah Veh turns back the sea by a strong east wind all that night and parches the sea and splits the waters. ²² And the sons of Yisra El go midst the sea on the dry: and the waters are a wall to them on their right and on their left. ²³ And the Misrayim pursue and go in after them midst the sea - all the horses of Paroh, his chariots and his cavalry. ²⁴ And so be it, in the morning watch, Yah Veh looks to the camp of the Misrayim through the pillar of fire and of the cloud and agitates the camp of the Misrayim; ²⁵ and clogs* their chariot wheels so that they drive them with heaviness: so that the Misrayim say, Let us flee from the face of Yisra El; for Yah Veh fights for them against the Misrayim. *clogs: see Lamsa ²⁶ And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Spread your hand over the sea, and return the waters on the Misrayim on their chariots and on their cavalry. ²⁷ And Mosheh spreads his hand over the sea and the sea returns perennial at the face of the morning; and the Misrayim flee from confronting it; and Yah Veh shakes off the Misrayim midst the sea: ²⁸ and the waters return and cover the chariots and the cavalry and all the valiant of Paroh who come into the sea after them; not even one of them survives. ²⁹ And the sons of Yisra El walk on dry midst the sea; and the waters are a wall to them on their right and on their left: ³⁰ and that day, Yah Veh saves Israel from the hand of the Misrayim; and Yisra El sees the Misrayim die on the sea edge: ³¹ and Yisra El sees the great hand Yah Veh worked on the Misrayim: and the people awe Yah Veh and trust Yah Veh and his servant Mosheh.

³⁴ Or has Elohim tested to go and take him a goyim from midst a goyim, by testings, by signs and by omens and by war and by a strong hand and by a spread arm and by great awesomenesses, according to all Yah Veh your Elohim worked for you in Misrayim in your eyes?

¹⁵ And remember that you were a servant in the land of Misrayim and that Yah Veh your Elohim brought you from there by a strong hand and by a spread arm: so Yah Veh your Elohim misvahs you to guard the shabbath day.

¹² - marvels he worked in front of their fathers, in the land of Misrayim, in the field of Soan. ¹³ He splits the sea and passes them through; he stations the waters as a heap:

⁷ Our fathers neither comprehended your marvels in Misrayim; nor remembered the abundance of your mercies; but rebelled at the sea - the Reed sea: ⁸ he saved them for sake of his name to make his might known: ⁹ he rebuked the Reed sea and it parched; thus he walked them through the abysses as through the wilderness: ¹⁰ and he saved them from the hand of him who hated them and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy:

¹² Who carried them by the right of Mosheh with his arm of adornment - splitting the water at their face to work himself an eternal name?

⁸ and I descend to deliver them from the hand of the Misrayim - ascend them from that land to a good and broad land to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Perizziy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy;

¹⁴ And behold, this day I go the way of all the earth: and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word falls of all the good words Yah Veh your Elohim worded concerning you; all comes to you; not one word thereof falls.

¹² And Shemu El takes one stone and sets it between Mispeh and Shen and calls the name of it Eben Ezer, saying, Hitherto Yah Veh helps us.

⁴⁴ and gave them the lands of the goyim; and they possessed the toil of the nations

⁷ he aimed them by the straight way to go to a city of settlement. ⁸ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity!

⁶ the day I lifted my hand to them, to bring them from the land of Misrayim to a land I explored for them - flowing with milk and honey - the splendor of all lands:

¹⁵ And also, I lifted my hand to them in the wilderness, to not bring them into the land I gave them - flowing with milk and honey - the glory of all lands;

THE JUST JUDGMENT
So you are inexcusable, O humanity - all who judge: for wherein you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge transact the same.

³¹ So, whether you eat whether you drink whether whatever you do - do all to the glory of Elohim.

And Yah Veh says unto Mosheh, Say unto the priests the sons of Aharon, and say to them, No one fouls himself for a soul among his people

¹¹ he neither goes in to any soul that died nor fouls himself for his father or for his mother;

²⁸ They joined Baal Peor and ate the sacrifices of the dead:

¹⁷ Hush your shrieking; work no mourning for the dead; bind your tiara on you and set your shoes on your feet; and neither cover your upper lip nor eat the bread of men.

³ Guard the guard of Yah Veh your Elohim! Walk in his ways! ³¹ And the sovereign stands in his station and cuts a covenant at the face of Yah Veh - to walk after Yah Veh and to guard his misvoth and his witnesses and his statutes with all his heart and with all his soul - to work the words of the covenant inscribed in this scroll.

² Behold, El is my salvation; I confide, and fear not: for Yah Yah Veh is my strength and psalm; and he is my salvation.

¹³ nor present your members as weapons of injustice to sin: but yield yourselves to Elohim, as living from the dead and your members as weapons of justness to Elohim.

¹⁹ Or know you not that your body is the nave of the Holy Spirit in you which you have of Elohim - and you are not your own? ²⁰ For you are bought with a price: so glorify Elohim in your body and in your spirit, which are of Elohim.

⁵ And not exactly as we hoped, but first they gave their own selves to Adonay and to us through the will of Elohim.

⁷ and I take you to me - a people and I - to you - Elohim: and you know - I - Yah Veh your Elohim, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Misrayim:

⁵ and now, if in hearing, you hear my voice and guard my covenant, then you - you become to me a peculiar possession above all people: for all the earth is mine: ⁶ and you become to me a sovereigndom of priests and a holy goyim. ²⁶ but now manifested; and through prophetic scriptures, according to the order of the eternal Elohim, made known to all goyim to the obedience of trust.

¹⁴ who gave himself for us, to redeem us from all torah violations and purify a peculiar people to himself - zealots in good works.

¹² And they call them, Holy People, Redeemed of Yah Veh: and call you, Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken.

¹⁹ Behold, at that time, I work all who humble you: and I save her who limps, and gather her who was expelled; and I set them for a halal and a name in every land of their shame.

⁹ But you are a select genos, a sovereign priesthood, a holy goyim, a peculiar acquisition to himself; to evangelize the exultation of him who called you from darkness into his marvellous light:
