⁵ and now, if in hearing, you hear my voice and guard my covenant, then you - you become to me a peculiar possession above all people: for all the earth is mine:

²⁹ And Mosheh says to him, In going from the city, I spread my palms to Yah Veh; and the voice ceases: that there becomes no more hail; so that you know that the earth is of Yah Veh:

²⁶ and says, If in hearkening, you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim and work straight in his eyes and hearken to his misvoth and guard all his statutes, I put none of these sicknesses on you, which I put on the Misrayim: for I - Yah Veh Raphah.

²² But if in hearing, you hear his voice, and work all I word; then I become an enemy to your enemies and besiege them who tribulate you.

⁷ and he takes the scroll of the covenant and recalls in the ears of the people. And they say, All Yah Veh words, we work and hearken.

²⁰ But Yah Veh took you and brought you from the iron furnace - even from Misrayim, to becomes his people of inheritance, as this day.

² Yah Veh our Elohim cut a covenant with us in Horeb:

⁶ For you are a holy people to Yah Veh your Elohim: Yah Veh your Elohim chose you to be his peculiar people above all people on the face of the soil.

¹⁴ Behold, the heavens and the heavens of the heavens are to Yah Veh your Elohim and the earth and all therein.

²⁷ a blessing: if you hear the misvoth of Yah Veh your Elohim, which I misvah you this day:

² For you are a holy people to Yah Veh your Elohim and Yah Veh chose you to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the goyim upon the face of the soil.

²¹ Eat not of any carcase: give it to the sojourner in your portals to eat; or sell it to a stranger: for you are a holy people to Yah Veh your Elohim. Stew not a kid in the milk of his mother.

¹⁸ And Yah Veh says this day for you to become his peculiar people, as he worded to you: and to guard all his misvoth;

THE BLESSINGS OF OBEDIENCE And so be it, if in hearkening, you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim, to guard and to work all his misvoth which I misvah you this day, Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - most high above all goyim of the earth:

⁸ When Elyon had the goyim to inherit, when he separated the sons of humanity, he stationed the borders of the people according to the number of the sons of Yisra El. ⁹ For the allotment of Yah Veh is his people; Yaaqov is the boundary of his inheritance.

²⁴ And the people say to Yah Shua, Yah Veh our Elohim we serve: and his voice we hear!

²² And Shemu El says, Delights Yah Veh in holocausts and sacrifices as much as in hearing the voice of Yah Veh? Behold, hearing is better than sacrificing; and hearkening, than the fat of rams.

⁵³ For you separated them from among all the people of the earth, to be your inheritance as you worded by the hand of Mosheh your servant when you brought our fathers from Misrayim, O Adonay Yah Veh.

¹¹ Who anticipates me, that I shalam him? whatever is under the whole heavens is mine.

¹ A Psalm by David. Unto Yah Veh is the earth and the fulness; the world and they who settle therein:

¹⁰ All the paths of Yah Veh are mercy and truth to such as guard his covenant and his witnesses.

¹¹ I know all the flyers of the mountains and the creatures of the field with me. ¹² If I famish, I say naught to you; for the world is mine and the fulness.

¹⁷ and the mercy of Yah Veh from eternity to eternity on them who awe him: and his justness to sons of sons ¹⁸ - to them who guard his covenant and to them who remember his precepts to work them.

⁴ for Yah chose Yaaqov for himself; Yisra El for his peculiar treasure.

¹² My vineyard - mine, is at my face; you, O Shelomoh, have a thousand and they who guard the fruit two hundred.

¹⁹ If you so will and hearken, you eat the good of the land:

⁸ And you, Yisra El - my servant, Yaaqov whom I chose, the seed of Abraham my beloved,

YAH VEH, THE REDEEMER
And now thus says Yah Veh who created you, O Yaaqov, and he who formed you, O Yisra El, Awe not, for I redeemed you; I called your name; you are mine.

⁴ For thus says Yah Veh to the eunuchs who guard my shabbaths and choose what delights me and hold my covenant;

²³ But this I misvahed them, saying, Hearken to my voice, and I am your Elohim and you are my people: and walk in all the ways I misvah you, that it well-please you.

¹⁶ The allotment of Yaaqov is not like them: for he is the former of all; and Yisra El is the scion of his inheritance: Yah Veh Sabaoth is his name.

⁴ which I misvahed your fathers in the day I brought them from the land of Misrayim - from the iron furnace, saying, Hearken to my voice, and work them, according to all I misvah you: and you are my people, and I am your Elohim: ⁵ to raise the oath I oathed to your fathers - to give them a land flowing with milk and honey as this day. And I answer, and say, Amen, O Yah Veh. ⁶ And Yah Veh says to me, Call all these words in the cities of Yah Hudah and in the outways of Yeru Shalem, saying, Hear the words of this covenant, and work them. ⁷ For in witnessing, I witnessed to your fathers in the day I ascended them from the land of Misrayim to this day - starting early and witnessing, saying, Hearken to my voice!

YAH VEH CUTS A NEW COVENANT
Behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I cut a new covenant with the house of Yisra El and with the house of Yah Hudah: ³² not according to the covenant I cut with their fathers in the day I held them by the hand to bring them from the land of Misrayim - my covenant which they broke, although I was their master - an oracle of Yah Veh: ³³ For this is the covenant I cut with the house of Yisra El: After those days, - an oracle of Yah Veh I give my torah in their inwards and inscribe it in their hearts; and I become their Elohim and they become my people:

³⁴ And at the end of the days, I, Nebukadnets Tsar, lift my eyes to the heavens, and perception returns to me, and I bless Elyon, and I laud and esteem him who lives eternally - whose dominion is an eternal dominion and his sovereigndom from generation to generation: ³⁵ and all who whirl on the earth are machinated as nought: and he does as he wills among the valiant of the heavens and they who whirl on the earth: and no one can strike his hand, or say to him, What serve you?

¹⁷ And they are mine, says Yah Veh Sabaoth, in that day, when I work my peculiar treasure; and I spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him:

²⁶ For the earth is to Yah Vah and the fulness/shalom thereof. ^{Psalm 24:1}

²⁸ But whenever anyone says to you, This is an idol sacrifice! eat not for sake of him who disclosed it and for sake of conscience: for the earth is to Yah Vah and the fulness/shalom thereof: ^{Psalm 24:1}

¹⁴ who gave himself for us, to redeem us from all torah violations and purify a peculiar people to himself - zealots in good works.

⁸ By trust Abraham, when called to go to a place he was about to take to an inheritance, obeyed; and he went, knowing not where he goes.
