¹⁴ O that it please our governors of all the congregation to stand and have all who settle strange women in our cities come with the elders and the judges at appointed times - city by city until the fuming wrath of our Elohim for this word turns from us.

⁴ and Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Take all the heads of the people and impale them at the face of Yah Veh against the sun; so that the fuming wrath of Yah Veh turns from Yisra El.

¹⁷ And adhere naught of the devoted to your hand: so that Yah Veh turns from his fuming wrath and gives you mercies; and mercies you and abounds you, as he has oathed to your fathers

⁹ and come to the priests the Leviym and to the judge of those days; and inquire: and they tell you the word of the judgment:

¹⁸ And so be it, when he sits on the throne of his sovereigndom, he inscribes himself a duplicate of this torah in a scroll from that at the face of the priests the Leviym: ¹⁹ and so be it with him, and he recalls therein all the days of his life: to learn to awe Yah Veh his Elohim, to guard all the words of this torah and these statutes, to work them:

²⁶ And they raise over him a great heap of stones to this day. Thus Yah Veh turns from the fuming of his wrath. So the name of that place is called, The Valley of Achor, to this day.

⁵ and he stands judges in the land in all the fortified cities of Yah Hudah, city by city. ⁶ And says to the judges, See what you work: for you judge not for humanity, but for Yah Veh, who is with you in the judgment: ⁷ and now, the fear of Yah Veh be on you; guard and work it: for with Yah Veh our Elohim there is neither wickedness nor partiality of faces nor receiving of bribes.

¹⁰ Now it is in my heart to cut a covenant with Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El to turn his fuming wrath from us.

⁸ Now harden not your necks as your fathers; give your hand to Yah Veh and enter the holies he hallowed eternally: and serve Yah Veh your Elohim, to turn his fuming wrath from you.

³⁸ And he, the merciful, kapars/atones their perversity and ruins them not; he abounds to turn his wrath and wakens not his fury:

And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me.
