In the second year of Daryavesh the sovereign, in the sixth month, in the first day of the month, so be the word of Yah Veh by the hand of Haggay the prophet to Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El captain of Yah Hudah and to Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest, saying,

In the seventh, in the twenty-first of the month, so be the word of Yah Veh by the hand of the prophet Haggay, saying,

YAH VEH IS ENRAGED WITH THE FATHERS
In the eighth month, in the second year of Daryavesh, so be the word of Yah Veh to Zechar Yah the son of Berech Yah the son of Iddo the prophet, saying, ² In enraging, Yah Veh enraged over your fathers. ³ You, say to them, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: You, turn to me, says Yah Veh Sabaoth, and I turn to you - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁴ Become not as your fathers to whom the former prophets called out, saying thus: - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth Turn, I beseech, from your evil ways and from your evil exploits! - and they neither heard nor hearkened to me - an oracle of Yah Veh. ⁵ Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, live they eternally? ⁶ Only, my words and my statutes which I misvahed to my servants the prophets, overtook they not your fathers? And they return and say, As Yah Veh Sabaoth intrigues to work to us, according to our ways and our exploits, works he thus with us. ⁷
THE RIDER ON THE RED HORSE
On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, the month Shebat, in the second year of Daryavesh, so be the word of Yah Veh to Zechar Yah the son of Berech Yah the son of Iddo the prophet, saying, ⁸ I see by night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse; and he stands among the myrtle trees, in the shade; and behind him, horses - red, bay, and white. ⁹ And I say, O my adoni, what are these? And the angel wording with me says to me, I - I have you see what these are. ¹⁰ And the man standing among the myrtle trees answers and says, These are they whom Yah Veh sends to walk to and fro through the earth. ¹¹ And they answer the angel of Yah Veh standing among the myrtle trees, and say, We walk to and fro through the earth, and behold, all the earth settles and rests. ¹² And the angel of Yah Veh answers and says, O Yah Veh Sabaoth, how long mercy you not Yeru Shalem and the cities of Yah Hudah, against whom you enraged these seventy years? ¹³ And Yah Veh answers the angel who is wording with me with words of good and words of solaces. ¹⁴ And the angel wording with me says to me, Call out, saying, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: I am jealous/zealous for Yeru Shalem and for Siyon with a great jealousy/zeal: ¹⁵ and in my enraging, I enrage greatly with the goyim who relax: for I was but a little enraged, and they helped for evil. ¹⁶ So thus says Yah Veh: I return to Yeru Shalem with mercies: build my house therein - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth and spread a line on Yeru Shalem: ¹⁷ call out, saying, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: My cities scatter through good; and Yah Veh still sighs over Siyon, and still chooses Yeru Shalem. ¹⁸
THE FOUR HORNS
Then I lift my eyes, and see, and behold, four horns: ¹⁹ and I say to the angel wording with me, What are these? And he says to me, These are the horns that winnow Yah Hudah, Yisra El, and Yeru Shalem. ²⁰
THE FOUR ENGRAVERS
And Yah Veh shows me four engravers: ²¹ and I say, What approach these to work? And he speaks, saying, These are the horns that winnow Yah Hudah, so that no mouth of man lifts his head: and these approach to tremble them, to hand toss the horns of the goyim, whio lift their horn over the land of Yah Hudah to winnow it.

⁶ And he answers and says to me, saying, This is the word of Yah Veh to Zerub Babel, saying, Neither by valour nor by force; but by my spirit, says Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁷ Who are you, O great mountain? at the face of Zerub Babel you are but a plain: and he brings forth the headstone with clamors, Charism! Charism to it! ⁸ And so be the word of Yah Veh to me, saying, ⁹ The hands of Zerub Babel founded this house; and his hands clip; and you know Yah Veh Sabaoth sent me to you. ¹⁰ For who disrespects the day of the lesser? they cheer, and see the tin weight in the hand of Zerub Babel: these seven are the eyes of Yah Veh flitting through the whole earth.

² Then Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq and his brothers the priests and Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El and his brothers rise and build the sacrifice altar of Elohim of Yisra El to holocaust holocausts thereon - as inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the man of Elohim:

¹⁴ And the elders of the Yah Hudiym build and prosper through the prophesying of Haggay the prophet and Zechar Yah the son of Iddo: and they build and finish according to the decree of Elah of Yisra El and according to the decree of Koresh and Daryavesh and Artach Shashta sovereign of Persia.

THE WORK BEGINS AGAIN
And Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El and Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest with all the survivors of the people hearken to the voice of Yah Veh their Elohim and the words of Haggay the prophet as Yah Veh their Elohim sends him: and the people awe at the face of Yah Veh. ¹³ And Haggay the angel of Yah Veh in the evangelism of Yah Veh says to the people, saying, I am with you - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹⁴ And Yah Veh wakens the spirit of Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El governor of Yah Hudah, and the spirit of Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest, and the spirit of all the survivors of the people; and they come and work the work in the house of Yah Veh Sabaoth their Elohim ¹⁵ in the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month, in the second year of Daryavesh the sovereign.

⁴ And now prevail, O Zerub Babel - an oracle of Yah Veh and prevail, O Yah Shua son of Yah Sadaq the great priest; and prevail all you people of the land - an oracle of Yah Veh and work: for I am with you - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth ⁵ according to the word I cut with you when you came from Misrayim, thus my spirit stands among you: awe not. ⁶ For thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: Yet once, in a little while, and I quake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the parched areas; ⁷ and I quake all goyim and the desire of all goyim approaches: and I fill this house with honor, says Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁸ The silver is mine, and the gold is mine - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁹ So be the honor of this latter house - greater than the former - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth and in this place I give shalom, says Yah Veh Sabaoth.

²⁰ And secondly so be the word of Yah Veh to Haggay in the twenty-fourth of the month, saying, ²¹ Speak to Zerub Babel governor of Yah Hudah, saying, I quake the heavens and the earth; ²² and I overturn the throne of sovereigndoms; and I desolate the strength of the sovereigndoms of the goyim; and I overturn the chariots and their riders: and the horses and their riders topple - every man by the sword of his brother. ²³ In that day - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth I take you, O Zerub Babel my servant the son of Shealti El - an oracle of Yah Veh and set you as a seal: for I choose you - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth.

And he shows me Yah Shua the great priest standing at the face of the angel of Yah Veh; and Satan standing at his right to oppose him. ² And Yah Veh says to Satan, Yah Veh rebuke you, O Satan; Yah Veh who chooses Yeru Shalem rebukes you: Is not this a brand rescued from the fire? ³ Yah Shua enrobes with dungy clothes and stands at the face of the angel: ⁴ and he answers and says to them standing at his face, saying, Turn aside his dungy clothes. And to him he says, See, I pass your perversity from you; and I enrobe you with change of mantles.

⁶ And he answers and says to me, saying, This is the word of Yah Veh to Zerub Babel, saying, Neither by valour nor by force; but by my spirit, says Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁷ Who are you, O great mountain? at the face of Zerub Babel you are but a plain: and he brings forth the headstone with clamors, Charism! Charism to it! ⁸ And so be the word of Yah Veh to me, saying, ⁹ The hands of Zerub Babel founded this house; and his hands clip; and you know Yah Veh Sabaoth sent me to you.

¹¹ and take silver and gold, and work crowns; and set them on the head of Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest;

²⁴ Not that we overlord your trust, but are co-workers of your cheer: for by trust you stand.

³ Who is there among you of all his people? Elohim is with him as he ascends to Yeru Shalem, Yah Hudah and builds the house of Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El to him - Elohim in Yeru Shalem:

¹² Now be it known to the sovereign, that the Yah Hudiym who ascended from you to us come to Yeru Shalem, and are building the rebellious and wicked city: and finishing the walls thereof and joining the foundations.

¹³ Then Tattenay, governor on this side the river, Shethar Bozenay and their colleagues, according to what Daryavesh the sovereign sent, thus they did diligently.

²¹ And from me, even I - Artach Shashta the sovereign set a decree to all the treasurers beyond the river - that all that Ezra the priest, the scribe of the edict of Elah of the heavens, asks of you, do diligently

⁷ And I say to the sovereign, If it is good with the sovereign, give me epistles to the governors beyond the river to pass me over until I come to Yah Hudah: ⁸ and an epistle to Asaph the guard of the paradise of the sovereign, to give me timber to fell beams for the portals of the palace - for the house and for the wall of the city and for the house I enter. - and the sovereign gives me, according to the good hand of my Elohim on me. ⁹ And I come to the governors beyond the river and give them the epistles of the sovereign: and the sovereign sends governors of the men of valour and cavalry with me.

ARCHPRIESTS AND PRESBYTERS OF THE PEOPLE QUESTION THE AUTHORITY OF YAH SHUA
And he comes to the priestal precinct: and the archpriests and the elders of the people come to him as he doctrinates, and they word, In what authority do you these? and, Who gives you this authority?

⁷ And they set them among them, and ask, In what dynamis or in what name do you this?

⁹ As for Yah Veh, - his eyes flit throughout the whole earth, strengthened in behalf of them whose heart is at shalom toward him. Herein you folly: from this time on you have wars.

⁶ Now, Tattenay governor beyond the river, Shethar Bozenay and your colleagues the Apharsechiy beyond the river, be far from thence: ⁷ leave the service of this house of Elah: this is for the governor of the Yah Hudiym and the elders of the Yah Hudiym to build this house of Elah in his place. ⁸ And I set a decree of what to do to the elders of these Yah Hudiym for the building of this house of Elah: that of the holdings of the sovereign - of the tribute beyond the river, that expenses be given diligently to these men that they not cease: ⁹ and whatever they need - sons of bulls and rams and lambs for the holocausts of the Elah of the heavens - wheat, salt, fermentation and anointing oil according to the edict of the priests at Yeru Shalem; give them day by day with no error: ¹⁰ to oblate sacrifices of savours of rest to Elah of the heavens; and pray for the life of the sovereign and of his sons: ¹¹ I set a decree, that any man who alters this decision, that timber be uprooted from his house and being lifted, be struck thereon; and his house be made cesspools for this. ¹² And Elah, who tabernacles his name there, overthrows all sovereigns and people, who send their hand to alter and to despoil this house of Elah at Yeru Shalem. I Daryavesh set a decree! Service it diligently!

⁶ - this Ezra ascends from Babel; and he is a skillful scribe in the torah of Mosheh which Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El gave: and the sovereign gives him all his request, according to the hand of Yah Veh his Elohim on him:

²⁸ and spread mercy to me at the face of the sovereign and his counsellors and at the face of all the mighty governors of the sovereign: and I strengthen myself as the hand of Yah Veh my Elohim is on me; and I gather from Yisra El heads to ascend with me.

²² for I shame to ask the sovereign for men of valour and cavalry to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had said to the sovereign, saying, The hand of our Elohim is on all who seek him for good; but his strength and his wrath is against all who forsake him:

⁸ I have you discern and teach you the way to go; I counsel you with my eye.

¹⁸ Behold, the eye of Yah Veh is on them who awe him - on them who await his mercy;

¹⁵ The eyes of Yah Veh are on the just and his ears to their cry.

¹⁰ Surely the fury of humanity spreads hands to you; you gird the survivors of fury;

² Greatly they tribulated me from my youth; yet they prevailed not against me: ³ the plowers plow on my back; they lengthen their furrows. ⁴ Yah Veh is just: he chops the ropes of the wicked. ⁵ Shame and apostatize, you who hate Siyon;

And so be it, in the days of Achash Rosh - Achash Rosh who reigns from Hodu even to Kush - a hundred and twenty-seven jurisdictions;

³⁴ And at the end of the days, I, Nebukadnets Tsar, lift my eyes to the heavens, and perception returns to me, and I bless Elyon, and I laud and esteem him who lives eternally - whose dominion is an eternal dominion and his sovereigndom from generation to generation: ³⁵ and all who whirl on the earth are machinated as nought: and he does as he wills among the valiant of the heavens and they who whirl on the earth: and no one can strike his hand, or say to him, What serve you? ³⁶ At the same appointment my perception returns to me; and for the esteem of my sovereigndom, my majesty and cheerfulness return to me; and my counsellors and my nobles request to me; and I am restored in my sovereigndom and excellent greatness is added to me. ³⁷ Now I, Nebukadnets Tsar, laud and exalt and esteem the Sovereign of the heavens all whose acts are truth, and his ways plead: and they who walk in arrogance, he is able to abase.

²⁶ I set a decree in front of me, that in every dominion of my sovereigndom that men agitate and terrify in front of the Elah of Dani El: for he is the living Elah and eternally permanent; and his sovereigndom despoils not, and his dominion is to the consummation.

And as he departs from the priestal precinct one of his disciples words to him, Doctor, Behold! What manner of stones! And what edifices! ² And Yah Shua answering him, says, Observe you these mega edifices? Not one stone is allowed upon stone, that is not disintegrated.

THE BUILDING OF THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH

And Shelomoh begins to build the house of Yah Veh at Yeru Shalem in mount Mori Yah; where he is seen by David his father in the place David prepared in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Yebusiy: ² and he begins to build in the second of the second month, in the fourth year of his sovereigndom. ³
THE DIMENSIONS OF THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH
And Shelomoh founds to build the house of Elohim by these: the length by cubits after the first measure, sixty cubits; and the width, twenty cubits; ⁴ and the porch at the face - the length at the face, as the width of the house, twenty cubits; and the height, a hundred and twenty: and he overlays it inside with pure gold: ⁵ and he covers the greater house with cypress trees; which he covers with the best gold; and ascends palm trees and chains thereon;

⁴⁶ I word of your witnesses in front of sovereigns and shame not:

⁹ And he says to them, I - a Hebrew; and I fear Yah Veh Elohim of the heavens, who worked the sea and the dry.

So all - whoever professes me in front of humanity I also profess in front of my Father in the heavens:

¹⁶ then this Sheshbats Tsar comes and lays the foundation of the house of Elah in Yeru Shalem: and from then even until now is being built and is not shalamed.

⁵ and also restore the gold and silver vessels of the house of Elah which Nebukadnets Tsar removed from the manse at Yeru Shalem and brought to Babel; and return to their place in the manse at Yeru Shalem; and deposit them in the house of Elah.

²⁷ Blessed - Yah Veh Elohim of our fathers who gives such as this in the heart of the sovereign, to adorn the house of Yah Veh in Yeru Shalem:

¹ The heart of the sovereign is in the hand of Yah Veh; as the rivulets of water he spreads it wherever he desires.

¹⁴ And Yah Veh wakens the spirit of Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El governor of Yah Hudah, and the spirit of Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest, and the spirit of all the survivors of the people; and they come and work the work in the house of Yah Veh Sabaoth their Elohim

² Speak now to Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El governor of Yah Hudah, and to Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest, and to the survivors of the people, saying,

²¹ Speak to Zerub Babel governor of Yah Hudah, saying, I quake the heavens and the earth;

¹⁰ And the builders lay the foundation of the manse of Yah Veh and they stand the priests enrobed with trumpets and the Leviym the sons of Asaph with cymbals to halal Yah Veh, after the hand of David sovereign of Yisra El:

² Then Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El and Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq rise and release to build the house of Elah at Yeru Shalem: and the prophets of Elah with them - uphold them.

And this house is finished on the third day of the month Adar, in the sixth year of the sovereigndom of Daryavesh the sovereign.

THE WORK BEGINS AGAIN
And Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El and Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest with all the survivors of the people hearken to the voice of Yah Veh their Elohim and the words of Haggay the prophet as Yah Veh their Elohim sends him: and the people awe at the face of Yah Veh. ¹³ And Haggay the angel of Yah Veh in the evangelism of Yah Veh says to the people, saying, I am with you - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹⁴ And Yah Veh wakens the spirit of Zerub Babel the son of Shealti El governor of Yah Hudah, and the spirit of Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq the great priest, and the spirit of all the survivors of the people; and they come and work the work in the house of Yah Veh Sabaoth their Elohim

¹⁸ Set your heart, I beseech, from this day and upward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth, from the day of founding the foundation of the manse of Yah Veh, set your heart.

¹⁰ For who disrespects the day of the lesser? they cheer, and see the tin weight in the hand of Zerub Babel: these seven are the eyes of Yah Veh flitting through the whole earth.

¹⁵ to search the scroll of the records of your fathers: and find in the scroll of the records and know that this city is a rebellious city and damaging to sovereigns and jurisdictions; and that they have rebels in their midst from eternal days: for which cause this city is desolated:

¹⁹ and I set a decree and search: and find that this city, from eternal days, lifts itself against sovereigns: and rebellion and sedition are made therein:

DARYAVESH SETS A DECREE
Then Daryavesh the sovereign sets a decree and they search the house of the scrolls, where the treasures were deposited in Babel: ² and in the palace at Ach Metha in the jurisdiction of the Maday they find one roll, and in the middle, a record inscribed thus:
