THE REWARD FOR WRINGING HANDS
And if they wring hands for their perversity and the perversity of their fathers, and the treason they treason against me and also for walking contrary to me; ⁴¹ and that I also, in walking contrary to them bring them into the land of their enemies - if they humble their uncircumcised hearts; and they then be pleased in the punishment of their perversity ⁴² - then I remember my covenant with Yaaqov and also my covenant with Yischaq and also my covenant with Abraham I remember - and I remember the land.

²⁹ And if from there you seek Yah Veh your Elohim - and find if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul ³⁰ - when you are in tribulation and all these words find you - even in the final days, if you turn to Yah Veh your Elohim and hearken to his voice; ³¹
YAH VEH, A MERCIFUL EL for Yah Veh your Elohim is a merciful El; he neither lets you loose nor ruins you, nor forgets the covenant of your fathers which he oathed to them.

THE OPEN INVITATION OF YAH VEH And so be it, when all these words come on you - the blessing and the abasement that I give at your face; and you restore them to heart among all the goyim where Yah Veh your Elohim has driven you; ² and you return to Yah Veh your Elohim and hear his voice according to all I misvah you this day - you and your sons with all your heart and with all your soul; ³ then Yah Veh your Elohim turns your captivity and mercies you and returns and gathers you from all the goyim - wherever Yah Veh your Elohim scattered you:

³ And the sons of Yisra El cry to Yah Veh: for he has nine hundred chariots of iron; and he strongly oppresses the sons of Yisra El twenty years.

And so be it, the sons of Yisra El cry to Yah Veh because of Midyan;

¹⁰ And the sons of Yisra El cry to Yah Veh, saying, We sin against you because we forsake our Elohim and serve Baalim. ¹¹ And Yah Veh says to the sons of Yisra El, By the Misrayim and by the Emoriy by the sons of Ammon and by the Peleshethiy ¹² and the Sidoniy and Amaleq and Maon you were oppressed; and you cried to me and I saved you from their hand: ¹³ and you - you forsake me and serve other elohim: so I add not to save you: ¹⁴ go and cry to the elohim you chose; have them save you in the time of your tribulation. ¹⁵ And the sons of Yisra El say to Yah Veh, We sin! Work to us whatever seems good in your eyes; only, rescue us, we beseech you, this day. ¹⁶ - and they turn aside the elohim of strangers from among them and serve Yah Veh: and his soul shortens for the toil of Yisra El.

¹⁰ And so be it, the priests come from the holies; and the cloud fills the house of Yah Veh ¹¹ so that the priests cannot stand to minister at the face of the cloud: for the honor of Yah Veh fills the house of Yah Veh. ¹² Then Shelomoh says, Yah Veh says to tabernacle in the dripping darkness: ¹³ in building, I built you a house - a residence; an establishment for you to settle in eternally.

⁴⁷ and they turn their hearts to the land they were captured and turn and beseech to you in the land of them who captured them, saying, We sinned and perverted; we did wickedly; ⁴⁸ and return to you with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies who captured them; and pray to you toward the land you gave their fathers - the city you chose and the house I built for your name:

³⁶ If they sin against you, - there is no human who sins not and you anger over them; and give them over at the face of their enemies and they capture them to a land far off or near; ³⁷ and they turn back their heart in the land they are captured; and turn and pray in the land of their captivity, and say, We sinned, we distorted and dealt wickedly:

¹⁴ if my people, on whom my Name ^{\super *} is called, humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their evil ways; then I hear from the heavens and forgive their sin and heal their land. ^{*name: see Yah Hudah in Lexicon}

¹² and he is tribulated, and he strokes the face of Yah Veh his Elohim and humbles himself mightily at the face of Elohim of his fathers; ¹³ and prays to him: and he is intreated of him and hears his supplication and returns him to Yeru Shalem to his sovereigndom. - and Menash Sheh knows Yah Veh - he is Elohim.

⁸ Remember, I beseech you, the word you misvahed your servant Mosheh, saying, If you treason I scatter you abroad among the people: ⁹ but if you turn to me and guard my misvoth and work them - though some of you were expelled to the extremity of the heavens yet I gather them from there and bring them to the place I chose to tabernacle my name:

⁸ For what is the hope of the profaner, though he gains, when Elohah extracts his soul? ⁹ Hears El his cry when tribulation overcomes him? ¹⁰ Delights he in Shadday? Calls he on Elohah at all times?

²⁷ He observes men, and if any say, I sinned and perverted the straight and it profits me not;

¹⁵ call on me in the day of tribulation: I rescue you and you honor me.

³⁴ When he slaughters them, then they seek him - return and seek early after El;

¹⁶ fill their faces with abasement; so that they seek your name, O Yah Veh.

¹⁴ this is my rest eternally; here I settle; for I desire it.

²⁷ - when your dread comes as devastation and your calamity comes as a hurricane; when tribulation and distress come on you. ²⁸ Then they call me, and I answer not; they seek me early, and they find me not;

¹⁷ I love them who love me; and they who seek me early find me:

⁹ With my soul I desire you in the night; yes, with my spirit within me I seek you early: for when your judgments are in the earth, the settlers of the world learn justness.

¹⁶ Yah Veh, in tribulation they visit you; they pour an enchantment; your chastening is on them.

²¹ For, behold, Yah Veh comes from his place to visit on the settlers of the earth for their perversity: and the earth exposes her blood, and no more covers her slaughtered.

⁵ You meet him who rejoices and works justness - who remembers you in your ways: behold, you enrage when we sin: in them is eternity and we are saved. ⁶ And we are all as foul - all of us and all our justnesses as menstrual clothes: and we wither as a leaf - all of us and our perversities, as the wind, bear us away: ⁷ and no one calls on your name - wakens himself to take hold of you: for you hide your face from us, and melt us by the hand of our perversities. ⁸ And now, O Yah Veh, you are our father; we are the morter, and you our Former; and we all are the work of your hand. ⁹ Neither enrage not mightily, O Yah Veh, nor remember our perversity eternally: behold, look, we beseech you, - your people - all of us.

²⁷ saying to a tree, You are my father; and to a stone, You birthed me: for they face the nape of their neck to me and not their face: and in the time of their evil they say, Rise! and, Save us!

¹³ only, acknowledge your perversity, that you rebel against Yah Veh your Elohim and scatter your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and hearken not to my voice - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹² And you, call on me; and come and pray to me; and I hearken to you: ¹³ and you, seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart: ¹⁴ and you find me - an oracle of Yah Veh and I return your captivity and I gather you from all the goyim and from all the places I drove you - an oracle of Yah Veh and I return you to the place whence I exiled you;

¹⁸ In hearing, I hear Ephrayim wagging over himself; You disciplined me - disciplined me as a calf not trained: return me, and I return; for you are Yah Veh my Elohim. ¹⁹ Surely after I returned, I sighed; and after I was instructed, I slapped my flank: I shamed, yes, even confounded, because I bore the reproach of my youth. ²⁰ Is Ephrayim my esteemed son? A child of delights? For since I worded sufficient against him, in remembering, I remember him still: so my inwards trouble for him; In mercying, I mercy him - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁹ and the escapees among the goyim remember me where they are captured, because I am broken with their whorish heart who turn aside from me; and with their eyes which whore after their idols: and they loathe at the face of the evils they worked in all their abhorrences;

⁶ He says to me, Son of humanity, see you what they work? - the great abhorrences the house of Yisra El works here to remove afar from my holies? And turn yet again, and see greater abominations.

⁴ and the honor of Yah Veh lifts from the cherub over the threshold of the house: and the house fills with the cloud; and the court fills from the brilliance of the honor of Yah Veh:

²³ and the honor of Yah Veh ascends from midst the city and stands on the mountain eastward of the city.

⁴³ and there you remember your ways and all your exploits wherein you fouled; and you loathe yourselves in your own face for all the evils you worked:

³¹ Then you remember your own evil ways and your no good exploits; and loathe at your face for your perversities and for your abhorrences.

⁴ And I pray to Yah Veh my Elohim, and spread my hands, and say, I beseech, O Adonay, great and awesome El, who guards the covenant and mercy to them who love him and to them who guard his misvoth; ⁵ we sinned and perverted and did wickedly and rebelled - by turning aside from your misvoth and from your judgments: ⁶ we hearkened not to your servants the prophets, who worded in your name to our sovereigns, our governors and our fathers and to all the people of the land. ⁷ O Adonay, justness to you; and shame of faces to us, as this day; to the men of Yah Hudah and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem and to all Yisra El, near and far, through all the lands you drove them, because of the treason they treasoned against you. ⁸ Adonay, shame of face to us - to our sovereigns, to our governors and to our fathers, because we sinned against you. ⁹ To Adonay our Elohim, mercies and forgivenesses though we rebelled against him; ¹⁰ we hearkened not to the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim - to walk in the torah he gave at our face by the hand of his servants the prophets. ¹¹ Yes, all Yisra El trespassed your torah, even by turning aside to not hearken to your voice; so the oath pours on us - the oath inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim, because we sinned against him. ¹² And he raises the words he worded against us and against our judges who judge us, by bringing a great evil on us - as never worked under the whole heavens as he works on Yeru Shalem:

⁵ afterward the sons of Yisra El return and seek Yah Veh their Elohim and David their sovereign; and fear Yah Veh and his goodness in the latter days.

⁶ With their flocks and with their herds they go to seek Yah Veh; and find not: he withdraws himself from them.

YAH VEH APPEALS TO YISRA EL
O Yisra El, return to Yah Veh your Elohim; for you falter by your perversity. ² Take with you words, and turn to Yah Veh: say to him, Bear all perversity and take the goodly: thus we shalam the bulllocks of our lips. ³ Neither Ashshur saves us; nor ride we on horses: nor say we any more to the work of our hands, Our elohim: for in you the orphan is mercied.

³ For behold, Yah Veh comes from his place and descends and treads on the bamahs of the earth:

THE CALL OF YAH VEH TO THE GOYIM
Gather yourselves; yes, gather, O goyim not yearned for: ² ere the birth of the statute; ere the day pass as the chaff; ere the fuming wrath of Yah Veh comes on you; ere the day of the wrath of Yah Veh comes on you. ³ Seek Yah Veh, all you humble of the earth, who do his judgment: seek justness; seek humility: perhaps you are hidden in the day of the wrath of Yah Veh.

²⁵ for from whenever the housedespotes rises and locks the portal; and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the portal, wording, Adonay, Adonay, open to us; - and he answers you, saying, I know not whence you are:
