FIVE SOVEREIGNS HIDE And these five sovereigns flee and hide in a cave at Maqqedah. ¹⁷ And Yah Shua is told, saying, The five sovereigns are found hidden in a cave at Maqqedah.

FIVE SOVEREIGNS SLAUGHTERED Yah Shua says, Open the mouth of the cave, and bring those five sovereigns to me from the cave. ²³ - and thus they work, and bring those five sovereigns to him from the cave: the sovereign of Yeru Shalem, the sovereign of Hebron, the sovereign of Yarmuth, the sovereign of Lachish, and the sovereign of Eglon. ²⁴ And so be it, they bring those sovereigns to Yah Shua; and Yah Shua calls for all the men of Yisra El, and says to the commanders of the men of war who come with him, Approach! Set your feet on the necks of these sovereigns. - and they approach and set their feet on their necks. ²⁵ And Yah Shua says to them, Neither awe nor terrify! Strengthen! Encourage! For thus Yah Veh works to all your enemies whom you fight. ²⁶ And afterward Yah Shua smites them and deathifies them and hangs them on five trees: and they hang on the trees until the evening:

¹⁹ and they go into the caves of the rocks and into the caves of the dust - at the face of fear of Yah Veh and for the majesty of his pomp when he rises to terrify the earth.

⁴ Without me, they kneel under the bound, and they fall under the slaughtered. For all this he turns not away his wrath, and still spreads his hand.

¹⁷ fear and the pit and the snare are upon you, O settler of the earth.

⁸ After many days you are visited: in the latter years you enter the land restored from the sword - gathered from many people, on the mountains of Yisra El, being continually parched: and it is brought forth from the goyim, and they settle confidently - all of them.

¹¹ And you, by the blood of your covenant I sent your prisoners from the well without water.
