Ho to you who ravage, and are not ravaged; who deal covertly, and are not dealt covertly: when you consummate ravaging, they ravage you; and when you end dealing covertly, they deal covertly with you. ² O Yah Veh, grant us charism; we await you: become their arm mornings, and our salvation in the time of tribulation. ³ At the voice of the multitude the people flee; at your exaltation the goyim scatter: ⁴ and gather your spoil as the ingathering of the caterpiller: as the running about of locusts he yearns on them. ⁵ Yah Veh is exalted; for he tabernacles on high: he fills Siyon with judgment and justness: ⁶ and wisdom and knowledge become the trustworthiness of your times and wealth of salvation: the awe of Yah Veh is his treasure. ⁷ Behold, their heros cry outwardly; the angels of shalom weep bitterly; ⁸ the highways lie desolate; the passers of the way shabbathize: he breaks the covenant; he spurns the cities; he fabricates no man. ⁹ The earth mourns and languishes; Lebanon blushes and withers; Sharon is as a plain; and Bashan and Karmel/orchard shake. ¹⁰ Now I rise, says Yah Veh; now I am exalted; now I am lifted. ¹¹ You conceive hay, you birth stubble: your spirit, as fire, consumes you: ¹² and the people become as the calcinations of lime - as thorns cut up - burned in the fire. ¹³ Hear, you who are far off, what I worked; and, you who are near, acknowledge my might. ¹⁴ The sinners in Siyon fear; trembling holds the profaners. Who among us sojourns with the consuming fire? Who among us sojourns with eternal burnings? ¹⁵ He who walks in justness and words straightly; he who spurns the gain of oppressions; who shakes his palms from upholding bribes; who shuts his ears from hearing of blood and binds his eyes from seeing evil: ¹⁶ he tabernacles on high; his secure loft, the huntholds of rocks: he is given bread; his waters are trustworthy. ¹⁷ Your eyes see the sovereign in his beauty; they see a land afar off: ¹⁸ your heart meditates terror. Where is the scribe? Where is the weigher? Where is he who scribed the towers? ¹⁹ You see not an obstinate people - a people of a lip too deep to hear; of a deriding tongue that you understand not. ²⁰ See on Siyon, the city of our seasons: your eyes see Yeru Shalem - a habitation of rest and relaxation - a tent that neither migrates nor one of the stakes pulled in perpetuity nor any of the cords torn. ²¹ But there mighty Yah Veh is to us a place of rivers -rivers broad of hand; wherein neither ships with oars go nor mighty ships pass thereby. ²² For Yah Veh our judge; Yah Veh our statute setter; Yah Veh our sovereign; he saves us. ²³ Your cords are abandoned; they neither hold the base of their mast nor spread the sail: then they allot the prey of a great spoil: and the lame plunder the plunder: ²⁴ and the fellow tabernacler says not, I am sick: the people who settle therein bear their perversity.

⁵ Ho, Ashshuri, the scion of my wrath; and the rod in their hand, my rage: ⁶ I send him against a goyim of profaners and against the people of my wrath; I misvah him to take the spoil and to plunder the plunder; and to set them for trampling as the heap of the outways:

¹² and so be it, when seventy years fulfill, I visit on the sovereign of Babel and that goyim - an oracle of Yah Veh for their perversity - and the land of the Kesediym and set it eternal desolations: ¹³ and I bring on that land all the words I worded - all inscribed in this scroll which Yirme Yah prophesied against all the goyim. ¹⁴ For many goyim and great sovereigns are also served by them: and I shalam them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands.

⁵ Yes also, because he deals covertly by wine; arrogant is the mighty - who rests not in his habitation - who enlarges his soul as sheol; and as death, is never satisfied: and gathers all goyim to himself, and gathers all people to himself. ⁶ They, all of them, lift they not a proverb against him? and a satire riddle against him? and say, Ho to him who abounds in what is not his! How long? And to him who heavies himself with heavy pledges! ⁷ Rise they not in a blink - they who bite you? And waken - they who agitate you? And you become their plunder? ⁸ Because you spoil many goyim all the remnant of the people spoil you - because of human blood and for the violence of the land; of the city and all who settle therein.

THE GATHERING OF THE GOYIM
Behold, the day of Yah Veh approaches, to allot your spoil among you: ² and I gather all goyim to battle against Yeru Shalem; and capture the city and plunder the houses; and rape the women: and half of the city goes into exile, and not cut off the remnant of the people from the city. ³ And Yah Veh comes and fights against those goyim, as the day he fought in the day of war.

² For in what judgment you judge, you are judged: and in what measure you measure, is remeasured to you.

¹⁰ If anyone gathers a captivity into captivity he goes: if anyone slaughters at the sword, at the sword he is slaughtered. Here is the endurance and the trust of the holy.

⁶ Because they poured the blood of the holy and prophets; and you give them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

¹² And the ten horns you see are ten sovereigns, who take no sovereigndom as yet; but take authority as sovereigns with the beast one hour. ¹³ These have one opinion and distribute their own dynamis and authority to the beast. ¹⁴ These war with the Lamb and the Lamb triumphs over them: because he is Adonay of adoniym and Sovereign of sovereigns: and those with him are called and select and trustworthy.

⁹ And in that day, it is said, Behold, this our Elohim; we awaited him and he saves us: this is Yah Veh; we awaited him; we twirl and cheer in his salvation.

⁸ Yes, in the way of your judgments, O Yah Veh, we await you; the desire of our soul is to your name and to your memorial.

¹⁶ Yah Veh, in tribulation they visit you; they pour an enchantment; your chastening is on them.

¹⁸ and so Yah Veh waits to grant you charism - he is exalted to mercy you: for Yah Veh is an Elohim of judgment: blithesome - all who await him. ¹⁹ For the people settle in Siyon at Yeru Shalem: in weeping, weep not: in granting charism, he grants you charism at the voice of your cry; when he hears, he answers you.

¹⁰ Behold, Adonay Yah Veh comes with strength and his arm reigns for him: behold, his hire is with him, and his deeds are at his face.

THE REDEEMER
And he sees that there is no man and astonishes that there is no intercessor: and his own arm saves him; and his justness sustains him:

²⁷ saying to a tree, You are my father; and to a stone, You birthed me: for they face the nape of their neck to me and not their face: and in the time of their evil they say, Rise! and, Save us! ²⁸ And where are the elohim you worked for yourself? Have them rise, if they can save you in the time of your evil: for the number of your cities are your elohim, O Yah Hudah.

⁸ O the expectation of Yisra El, the saviour in time of tribulation! Why are you as a sojourner in the land? And as a caravan that spreads to stay overnight?

²³ new by mornings; how great your trustworthiness.

²⁵ Yah Veh is good to them who await him - to the soul who seeks him: ²⁶ - good to await - to silently await the salvation of Yah Veh.

² Take with you words, and turn to Yah Veh: say to him, Bear all perversity and take the goodly: thus we shalam the bulllocks of our lips.

³ Eulogized be Elohim even the Father of our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah - the Father of compassions and the Elohim of all consolation: ⁴ who consoles us in all our tribulation; so that we can console those in any tribulation; through the consolation whereby we ourselves are consoled of Elohim.

⁶ The goyim roar; the sovereigndoms totter: he gives his voice: the earth melts.

¹³ For he said, By the force of my hand, I worked; and by my wisdom, I discerned: and I turned aside the borders of the people and plundered their treasures; and I brought down the settlers as the mighty: ¹⁴ and my hand found, as a nest, the valuables of the people: and as one gathers abandoned eggs, I gathered all the earth; and no one flapped the wing or gaped the mouth or chirped.

³² As yet he stands that day at Nob: the mount of Bath Siyon, the hill of Yeru Shalem shakes his hand. ³³ Behold, Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth lops the foliage with violence: and cuts the high ones of height and abases the lofty: ³⁴ and he strikes the thickets of the forest with iron, and Lebanon falls by the mighty.

¹² Ho to the multitude of many people who roar as the roar of the seas; and to the uproar of nations who waste as the wasting of many waters! ¹³ The nations roar as the roaring of many waters: and he rebukes and they flee far off - pursued as the chaff of the mountains at the face of the wind - as a whirler at the face of the hurricane. ¹⁴ And behold, at evening time, terror; and ere the morning, is not. This is the allotment of them who spoil us, and the pebble of them who plunder us.

¹¹ Behold, you heard what the sovereigns of Ashshur worked to all lands by devoting them - and rescue you? ¹² The elohim of the goyim whom my fathers ruined - Gozan and Haran and Reseph and the sons of Eden which were in Telassar - rescued they them? ¹³ Where is the sovereign of Hamath? And the sovereign of Arphad? ²⁹ because of your quaking against me your uproar ascends into my ears: I set my hook in your nostrils and my bit in your lips; and I turn you back by the way you came. ³⁰ And this is a sign to you, This year you eat the spontaneous growth; and the second year the spontaneous growth: and in the third year you seed and harvest and plant vineyards and eat the fruit. ³¹ And the escapees of the house of Yah Hudah who survive again take root downward and work fruit upward: ³² for survivors come from Yeru Shalem and the escapees from mount Siyon: the zeal of Yah Veh Sabaoth works this. ³³ So Yah Veh says thus concerning the sovereign of Ashshur, He neither comes into this city, nor shoots an arrow there; neither anticipates with buckler, nor pours a bank against it. ³⁴ By the way he came, by the same he returns, and comes not into this city - an oracle of Yah Veh. ³⁵ For I garrison this city to save it for my own sake and for sake of my servant David. ³⁶ And the angel of Yah Veh goes and smites a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of Ashshur: and they start early in the morning, and behold, they are all dead carcases.

And he sees that there is no man and astonishes that there is no intercessor: and his own arm saves him; and his justness sustains him: ¹⁷ and he enrobes justness as a habergeon and an helmet of salvation on his head; and for robes, he enrobes the clothes of avengement and covers with zeal as a mantle. ¹⁸ According to their dealings, thus he shalams fury to his tribulators, dealing to his enemies; he shalams to the islands.

¹⁵ And they go after them to Yarden: and behold, all the way is full of clothes and instruments, which the Aramiy cast away in their haste. - and the angels return and tell the sovereign. ¹⁶ And the people go and plunder the camps of the Aramiy: and a seah of flour for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel according to the word of Yah Veh.

¹³ and Asa and the people with him pursue them to Gerar: and the Kushiy are felled, for they have no invigoration; for they break at the face of Yah Veh and at the face of his camp; and they bear away a mighty abundance of plunder:

²⁵ And Yah Shaphat and his people come to plunder the spoil; and among the carcases, they find in abundance, both acquisitions and desirable instruments which they strip for themselves, without burden: and for three days they plunder the spoil - it is so much:

²³ Your cords are abandoned; they neither hold the base of their mast nor spread the sail: then they allot the prey of a great spoil: and the lame plunder the plunder:

⁹ They run to and fro in the city; they run on the wall; they ascend on the houses; they enter at the windows as a thief:

²⁵ And I shalam to you the years the locust eats - the cankerworm and the caterpiller and the palmerworm - the great valiant I sent among you.

¹⁶ And yet, for this I stood you, so as to have you see my force; and to scribe my name throughout all the earth. ¹⁷ Still, you exalt yourself against my people, in that you send them not away.

THE SONG OF MOSHEH AND THE SONS OF YISRA EL
Then Mosheh and the sons of Yisra El sing this song to Yah Veh, and say, saying, I sing to Yah Veh, for in triumphing, he triumphs: he hurls the horse and rider into the sea.

⁶ Your right, O Yah Veh, becomes mighty in force: your right, O Yah Veh, disintegrates the enemy.

¹¹ Now I know Yah Veh is greater than all elohim: for in the word wherein they seethe he is above them.

²⁰ And thus Yechizqi Yah works throughout all Yah Hudah; and works good and straight and truth at the face of Yah Veh his Elohim: ²¹ and in every work he begins in the service of the house of Elohim and in the torah and in the misvoth - to seek his Elohim he works with all his heart and prospers.

⁹ Have you an arm like El? Thunder with a voice like him? ¹⁰ I beseech, adorn yourself with pomp and loftiness; enrobe yourself with majesty and honor; ¹¹ scatter the fury of your wrath; see everyone who is pompous and abase him; ¹² see everyone who is pompous and subdue him; and trample the wicked in their place: ¹³ hide them in the dust together and bind their faces in hiding. ¹⁴ And I - I also confess to you that your own right saves thee.

¹¹ For they spread evil against you; they machinate intrigue; they are not able: ¹² for you set their shoulder; you prepare your cords against their face. ¹³ Be lofted, O Yah Veh, in your own strength; we sing and psalm your might.

⁹ - shabbathizes wars to the end of the earth; - breaks the bow and chops the spear; - burns the wagon in the fire. ¹⁰ Slacken and know that I - Elohim loft among the goyim - loft in the earth.

⁸ Siyon hears and cheers and the daughters of Yah Hudah twirl because of your judgments, O Yah Veh. ⁹ For you, O Yah Veh, are Elyon over all the earth: you ascend mightily over all elohim.

⁵ Who is as Yah Veh our Elohim? Who lofts in his settlement? ⁶ Who abases to see on the heavens and on the earth?

¹ Not to us, O Yah Veh, not to us, but unto your name give honor; for your mercy; for your truth. ² Why say the goyim, Where I beseech, is their Elohim?

¹⁶ the right of Yah Veh exalts; the right of Yah Veh works valiantly.

¹ A Song of Degrees. To you I lift my eyes, O settler in the heavens!

²⁶ and I restore your judges as at the first and your counsellors as at the beginning: and afterward call you, The City of Justness; The City Trustworthy. ²⁷ Siyon is redeemed in judgment and her returnees in justness:

¹¹ The lofty eyes of humanity abase, and the haughtiness of men prostrates, and Yah Veh alone is exalted in that day.

¹⁷ and the loftiness of humanity prostrates and the haughtiness of men abases: and Yah Veh alone is exalted in that day.

² In that day, the sprout of Yah Veh is splendid and honorable and the fruit of the earth for pomp and adornment for the escapees of Yisra El. ³ And so be it, he who survives in Siyon, and he who remains in Yeru Shalem - holy is said of him - of every one inscribed for life in Yeru Shalem: ⁴ when Adonay baptizes the dung of the daughters of Siyon, and cleanses the blood of Yeru Shalem from their midst by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning:

⁴ And in that day, you say, Spread hands to Yah Veh! Call on his name! Make known his exploits among the people! Remember - his name is exalted!

⁶ and for a spirit of judgment to him sitting in judgment; and for might to them turning the war to the portal.

THE REIGN OF JUSTNESS
Behold, a sovereign reigns in justness and governors govern in judgment:

¹⁵ until the spirit pours out on us from on high, and the wilderness becomes an orchard/Karmel, and the orchard/Karmel is fabricated for a forest. ¹⁶ Then judgment tabernacles in the wilderness, and justness settles in the orchard/Karmel: ¹⁷ And the work of justness becomes shalom; and the service of justness rest and confidence eternally: ¹⁸ and my people settle in a habitation of shalom of rest and in confident tabernacles and in resting places of relaxation;

¹⁰ Now I rise, says Yah Veh; now I am exalted; now I am lifted.

²⁰ And now, O Yah Veh our Elohim, save us from his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth know that you are Yah Veh - you only.

SIYON REDEEMED
Waken! Waken! Enrobe your strength, O Siyon; enrobe your clothes of adornment, O Yeru Shalem, the holy city: for henceforth the uncircumcised and the foul add not to enter you.

²¹ and all your people just - successors of the land eternally - the branch of my planting; the work of my hands; to be adorned.

³ to set to them who mourn in Siyon; to give to them adornment for ashes; the oil of rejoicing for mourning; the mantle of halal for the spirit of heaviness; and he calls them, Mighty Oaks of Justness - the planting of Yah Veh to adorn.

¹¹ For as the earth brings forth her sprout and as the garden sprouts the seedling thus Adonay Yah Veh sprouts justness and halals in front of all the goyim.

THE THRONE OF YAH VEH
Thus says Yah Veh, The heavens are my throne and the earth, the stool of my feet: where is the house you build to me? and where the place of my rest?

³⁷ Now I, Nebukadnets Tsar, laud and exalt and esteem the Sovereign of the heavens all whose acts are truth, and his ways plead: and they who walk in arrogance, he is able to abase.

²⁶ to indicate in this present season to his justness: for his being just and justifies them who trust in Yah Shua.

²⁶ And thus all Yisra El is saved! Exactly as scribed, The Rescuer comes from Siyon and turns irreverence from Yaaqov:

¹ By David. Yah Veh is my light and my salvation; whom dread I? Yah Veh is the stronghold of my life; whom dread I? ² When the vilifiers - my tribulators and my enemies come on me to eat my flesh, they stumble and fall.

⁸ Yah Veh is their strength and he is the stronghold of salvations of his anointed.

⁴ and in your majesty, ride; prosper because of your word of truth and humbleness and justness; that your right teach you awesomenesses.

³ By wisdom, the house is built; and by discernment, established; ⁴ and by knowledge, the chambers filled with all esteemed and pleasant wealth. ⁵ The wise are mighty in strength; yes, a man of knowledge strengthens force. ⁶ For by counsels, you work war; and in abundance of counsellors, there is salvation. ⁷ Wisdom is too high for a fool; he opens not his mouth in the portal.

² For the rebellion of a land many are the governors; and by a human who discerns and knows, such is prolonged.

¹⁵ As a growling lion and a ranging bear; thus a wicked sovereign over the poor people. ¹⁶ The eminent who lacks discernment, is also a great oppressor; and he who hates greed, prolongs his days.

⁴ The sovereign by judgment stands the land; and the man who receives exaltments demolishes it.

¹² for wisdom is a shadow; silver is a shadow; and the advantage of knowledge, wisdom enlivens its masters!

¹⁹ Wisdom strengthens the wise more than ten potentates in the city:

¹⁴ a little city and few men within; and a great sovereign came against it and surrounded it and built great lairs against it: ¹⁵ and within they found a poor wise man; and by his wisdom he rescued the city; yet no human remembered that same poor man. ¹⁶ Then I said, Better wisdom than might; the wisdom of the poor is despised and his words not heard. ¹⁷ The words of the wise are heard in rest more than the cry of him who reigns among fools. ¹⁸ Better wisdom than instruments of war; one sinner destroys abounding good.

² and the spirit of Yah Veh rests upon him - the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge, and of the awe of Yah Veh; ³ and scents him in the awe of Yah Veh: and he neither judges after the sight of his eyes, nor reproves after the hearing of his ears: ⁴ and with justness he judges the poor, and reproves with straightness for the humble of the earth: and he smites the earth with the scion of his mouth and with the spirit of his lips he executes the wicked: ⁵ and justness is the girdle of his loins, and trustworthiness the girdle of his loins.

⁵ Go, and say to Yechizqi Yah, Thus says Yah Veh, Elohim of David your father, I hear your prayer; I see your tears: behold, I add to your days fifteen years: ⁶ and I rescue you and this city from the palm of the sovereign of Ashshur; and I garrison this city:

⁶ Lift your eyes to the heavens and look to the earth beneath: for the heavens vanish as smoke and the earth wears out as clothes; and they who settle therein die as stingers: and my salvation is eternal, and my justness breaks not down.

¹⁵ Reign you, because you are inflamed in cedar? Your father - ate and drank he not? Yes, he worked judgment and justness - and for his own good: ¹⁶ he pleaded the cause of the humble and needy; - and for his good: Was this not to know me? - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹⁷ But your eyes and your heart are for naught but your greedy gain and for pouring innocent blood and for oppression and to work violence.

THE PROVISION OF YAH SHUA
But first seek the sovereigndom of Elohim and his justness; and all these add to you.

¹⁰ as sorrowed yet ever cheering, as poor yet enriching many, as having naught and holding all.

⁸ For bodily exercise benefits little: but reverence is to all, having pre-evangelism of the life that now is, and is to come.

⁶ but reverence with selfcontentment is mega gain.

²⁴ By the hand of your servants you reproach Adonay, and say, By the abundance of my chariots I ascend to the height of the mountains - to the flanks of Lebanon; and I cut down the height of the cedars and the choice fir trees: and I enter the height of his edge and the forest of his Karmel/orchard:

¹⁰ and Sharon becomes a habitation of rest of flocks, and Gaymek Achor, a place for the herds to repose, for my people who seek me.

THE RAVAGE OF LEBANON
Open your doors, O Lebanon, and fire consumes among your cedars. ² Howl, fir tree; for the cedar falls; because the mighty are ravaged! Howl, O you oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the crop topples! ³ A voice of howling of the tenders; for their mighty are ravaged! A voice of the roaring of whelps; for the pomp of Yarden is ravaged.

¹⁸ and the Misrayim know I - Yah Veh, when I become honored through Paroh - through his chariots and through his cavalry.

⁹ The enemy says, I pursue! I overtake! I allot the loot! THE JUDGMENT OF THE GOYIM
So await me - an oracle of Yah Veh until the day I rise to the prey: for my judgment is to gather goyim; to gather sovereigndoms; to pour my rage on them - all my fuming wrath: for I consume all the earth with the fire of my jealousy.

³⁵ they conceive toil and birth mischief and their belly prepares deceit.

¹ Why do the goyim conspire and the nations meditate vanity?

¹⁴ Behold, he despoils with mischief and conceives toil and births falsehood:

⁸ and the Ashshuri fall with the sword, not of man; and the sword, not of humanity, consumes him: and he flees the face of the sword and his youths become vassals: ⁹ and he passes over to his rock from terror, and his governors dismay of the ensign - an oracle of Yah Veh whose flame is in Siyon and his furnace in Yeru Shalem.

²³ Whom reproach you? And blaspheme? And against whom exalt you your voice? And lift your eyes on high? Against the Holy One of Yisra El! ²⁴ By the hand of your servants you reproach Adonay, and say, By the abundance of my chariots I ascend to the height of the mountains - to the flanks of Lebanon; and I cut down the height of the cedars and the choice fir trees: and I enter the height of his edge and the forest of his Karmel/orchard: ²⁵ I dig and drink water; and with the sole of my steps I parch all the rivers of the rampart. ²⁶ Heard you not in the distant past, that I worked it? ⁴ no one calls for justness and no one pleads for trustworthiness: they confide in waste and word vanity; they conceive toil and birth mischief:

⁵ the mountains quake at him and the hills melt and the earth lifts at his face - yes, the world and all who settle therein. ⁶ Who stands at the face of his rage? And who rises in the fuming of his wrath? He pours his fury as fire and pulls down the rocks. ⁷ Yah Veh is good, a strength in the day of tribulation; and he knows them who seek refuge in him. ⁸ And with an overpassing overflowing he works a final finish of the place; and darkness pursues his enemies. ⁹ What fabricate you against Yah Veh? He works a final finish: tribulation rises not secondly. ¹⁰ For while they entwine as thorns, and while they carouse as carousers, they are consumed as stubble fully dry.

⁴ In abiding, abode it not indeed yours? And, being sold, was it in your own authority? Why place you this matter in your heart? You lie, not to humanity, but to Elohim.

¹⁵ Then when panting conceives, it births sin: and when sin completes/shalams, it breeds death.

⁶ As for Beli Yaal - as a fleeing thorn they all are; because they are not taken by hands: ⁷ but the man who touches them must be filled with iron with the timber of a spear; and in burning, they are burnt with fire in their seat.

¹⁸ For wickedness burns as the fire consuming the briers and thorns; kindling in the thickets of the forest; spiraling upward as the rising of smoke.

¹⁷ and the light of Yisra El is for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and in one day it burns and consumes his thorns and his briers;

⁴ Fury is not in me. Who gives me briers - thorns in war? I stride through them; I burn them at once.

³⁶ And the angel of Yah Veh goes and smites a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of Ashshur: and they start early in the morning, and behold, they are all dead carcases.

Thus says Yah Veh: For three rebellions of Moab, and for four, I restore them not; because of burning the bones of the sovereign of Edom into lime:

⁹ and says to the men, I know Yah Veh gives you the land and that your terror befalls us; and that all the settlers of the land melt at your face: ¹⁰ for we hear how Yah Veh withered the water of the Reed sea at your face, in your going from Misrayim; and what you worked to the two sovereigns of the Emoriy on the other side Yarden - Sichon and Og, whom you devoted: ¹¹ we hear and our hearts melt, and no more spirit/wind rises in any man at your face: for Yah Veh your Elohim is Elohim in the heavens above and on the earth below.

⁹ And they say to him, From a mighty far land your servants come; because of the name of Yah Veh your Elohim: for we hear of his fame, and all he works in Misrayim, ¹⁰ and all he works to the two sovereigns of the Emoriy beyond Yarden - to Sichon sovereign of Heshbon, and to Og sovereign of Bashan at Ashtaroth:

Hearken, O islands, to me; and hearken, you nations, from afar; Yah Veh called me from the belly; from the inwards of my mother he mentioned my name:

¹⁹ I create the fruit of the lips; shalom, shalom to him who is far off and to him who is near, says Yah Veh; and I heal him.

²⁷ And they gather together, these satraps, prefects and governors and the counsellors of the sovereign, to see these mighty on whose bodies neither the fire domininates nor an hair of their head singes nor their mantles change nor the scent of fire passes on them.

THE DECREE OF DARYAVESH
Then sovereign Daryavesh inscribes to all people, nations and tongues who twirl in all the earth, Shalom be increased to you. ²⁶ I set a decree in front of me, that in every dominion of my sovereigndom that men agitate and terrify in front of the Elah of Dani El: for he is the living Elah and eternally permanent; and his sovereigndom despoils not, and his dominion is to the consummation. ²⁷ He liberates and rescues; and he does omens and marvels in the heavens and in earth - who liberated Dani El from the hand of the lions.

SHALOM THROUGH THE BLOOD OF MESSIAH
So remember that you, ever goyim in the flesh, who are worded, Uncircumcision by those worded, Circumcision - in the flesh - handmade; ¹² that at that season you, being apart from Messiah, being alienated from the citizenship of Yisra El; strangers from the covenants of the pre-evangelism having no hope and atheist in the cosmos: ¹³ and now in Messiah Yah Shua - being formerly afar you became near by the blood of the Messiah. ¹⁴ For he is our shalom - who made both one and loosed the middle hedge of partition; ¹⁵ inactivating the enmity in his flesh, even the torah, misvoth in dogmas; that through himself he created the two into one new human, making shalom; ¹⁶ and that he fully reconciled both to Elohim in one body through the stake, having slaughtered the enmity therein: ¹⁷ and came and evangelized shalom - to you who were afar off and to them who were near. ¹⁸ For through him, in one Spirit, we both have access to the Father.

¹² And the sons of Yisra El say to Mosheh, saying, Behold! We expire! We destruct! We all destruct! ¹³ Whoever, in approaching, approaches the tabernacle of Yah Veh dies: We - consumed to expire?

²⁴ and you said, Behold, Yah Veh our Elohim has us see his honor and his greatness and we hear his voice from midst the fire: we see this day that Elohim words with humanity and he lives. ²⁵ And now, why die we? for this great fire consumes us: if we hear the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim again, we die.

²¹ they move me to jealousy with their non-el; they vex me with their vanities: and I move them to jealousy by a non-people; I vex them by a foolish goyim. ²² For I kindle a fire in my wrath and burn to the nethermost sheol and consume the earth with her produce and inflame the foundations of the mountains. ²³ I scrape together evils on them; I finish off my arrows on them. ²⁴ Exhausted by famine, devoured by burning heat and bitter ruin: I also send the teeth of animals on them, with the poison of creepers of the dust.

³ Our Elohim comes and hushes not; a consuming fire at his face whirls mightily all around him.

¹ The wicked flee when no one pursues; and the just are confident as a whelp.

² And they tell the house of David, saying, Aram rests with Ephrayim. And his heart shakes - and the heart of his people as the trees of the forest shake at the face of the wind.

¹⁷ So Adonay neither cheers in their youths, nor mercies their orphans and widows: for every one is a profaner and a vilifier and every mouth words folly. For all this he turns not away his wrath and still spreads his hand.

⁶ I send him against a goyim of profaners and against the people of my wrath; I misvah him to take the spoil and to plunder the plunder; and to set them for trampling as the heap of the outways:

¹⁴ So hear the word of Yah Veh, you scornful men who reign over this people in Yeru Shalem: ¹⁵ because you say, We cut a covenant with death and with sheol we work seers: when the overflowing whip passes through, it comes not to us: for we set lies our refuge, and under falsehood we hide ourselves.

¹⁷ And I set judgment to the line and justness to the plumb line: and the hail snatches away the refuge of lies, and the waters overflow the covert: ¹⁸ and your covenant with death is kapared/atoned and your vision with sheol rises not; when the overflowing whip passes through, then you become trampled thereby. ¹⁹ As often as it passes over, it takes you: for morning by morning it passes over - by day and by night: and it becomes an agitation even to discern the report: ²⁰ for the bed is shorter than to spread thereon: and the covering narrower than to enfold therein. ²¹ For Yah Veh rises as the mount of breaches, he quivers as Gay Gibon, to work his work - his strange work; and serve his service -his strange service. ²² So now be not translators, lest your bonds be strengthened: for from Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth I heard the final finish appointed on the whole earth.

⁶ Yah Veh Sabaoth visits you with thunder and with quake and great voice; with hurricane and storm and the flame of devouring fire:

¹³ Adonay says, Because as this people draws near with their mouth and with their lips honor me - and remove their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the misvah of men

AVOIDING SCANDALIZINGS
And if your hand or your foot scandalizes you, exscind them and cast them from you: it is well for you to enter life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet and cast into eternal fire.

⁸ in flaming fire giving vengeance on them who know not Elohim - who obey not the evangelism of our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah:

²⁹ For our Elohim is a consuming fire.

¹⁵ And the sovereigns of the earth and the magistrates and the rich and the chiliarchs and the able and all the servants and all the liberated secrete themselves in the grottos and in the rocks of the mountains: ¹⁶ and word to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and secrete us from the face of him sitting on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb: ¹⁷ because the mega day of his wrath is come; and who is able to stand?

THE SENTENCE OF DIABOLOS
And Diabolos who seduced them is cast into the lake of fire and sulphur where the beast and the pseudoprophet are: to be tortured day and night to the eons of the eons.

⁶ Deviate not the judgment of your poor in his dispute. ⁷ Remove afar from a false word; and the innocent and just slaughter you not: for I justify not the wicked. ⁸ And take no bribe: for the bribe blinds the open-eyed and perverts the words of the just. ⁹ And oppress not a sojourner: for you know the soul of a sojourner, because you were sojourners in the land of Misrayim.

¹³ If I spurn the judgment of my servant or of my maid when they contend with me ¹⁴ What then work I when El rises? Blithe - the man who neither walks in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor settles in the settlement of the scornful. ² But his delight is in the torah of Yah Veh; and in his torah he meditates day and night; ³ and being as a tree transplanted by the rivulets of water, giving his fruit in his time: his leaf withers not; and whatever he works, prospers.

⁴ He who has innocent palms and a pure heart; - who neither lifts his soul to vanity nor oaths deceitfully: ⁵ he lifts a blessing from Yah Veh and justness from Elohim of his salvation.

¹ By David. Judge me, O Yah Veh; for I walk in my integrity: I confide in Yah Veh; I waver not. ² Proof me, O Yah Veh, proof me - refine my reins and my heart.

⁴ I neither settle with vain men nor go with imposters: ⁵ I hate the congregation of vilifiers and settle not with the wicked: ⁶ I wash my palms in innocency; I surround your sacrifice altar, O Yah Veh:

⁹ Neither gather my soul with sinners nor my life with men of blood ¹⁰ - in whose hands is intrigue and their right full of bribes. ¹¹ But as for me, I walk in my integrity; redeem me and grant me charism:

⁸ Then your light splits as the dawn and your health sprouts quickly and your justness comes at your face: the honor of Yah Veh gathers you.

²⁶ for wicked are found among my people: they observe, as he who weaves snares; they station a ruin, they captivate men: ²⁷ as a cage full of flyers, thus are their houses full of deceit: so they greaten and enrich; ²⁸ they fatten; they shine: yes, they overpass the words of the evil: they plead not the cause - the cause of the orphan, yet they prosper; and the judgment of the needy they judge not.

³ to do evil with both palms well-pleasingly, the governor and the judge ask for satisfaction; and the great words of the mischief of his soul: thus they pervert. ⁴ Their best is as a thorn; straighter than a thorn hedge: the day of your watchers and your visitation comes - now their perplexity.

⁶ The torah of truth being in his mouth, and no perversity found in his lips: he walks with me in shalom and straightness and turns many away from iniquity.

⁷ to them indeed, who by endurance in good works, seek for glory and honor and incorruptibility - eternal life:

¹¹ And co-partake not with the unfruitful works of darkness - but rather reprove them. ¹² For it is a shame even to word of those which become by them in secret. ¹³ And all who are reproved are manifested by the light: for whatever manifests is light.

THE SALVATIONAL CHARISM
For the salvational charism of Elohim appeared to all humanity, ¹² disciplining us to deny irreverence and cosmic pantings, to live soundmindedly, justly and reverently in this present eon;

⁴ Behold, the hire of the workers who ingathered your regions - whom you cheated, cries out: and the cries of them who harvest enter the ears of Yah Veh Sabaoth.

¹ He who settles in the covert of Elyon stays under the shadow of Shadday. ² I say of Yah Veh, My refuge and my stronghold; my Elohim; in him I confide: ³ he rescues you from the snare of the snarer - from the calamitous pestilence: ⁴ he covers you with his pinions and under his wings you seek refuge: his truth are your shield and buckler. ⁵ Neither awe for the dread of night nor the arrow that flies by day; ⁶ neither for the pestilence that walks in darkness nor for the ruin that devastates at noonday. ⁷ A thousand fall at your side and myriads at your right; but they approach you not. ⁸ But look with your eyes and see the retribution of the wicked. ⁹ Because you, O Yah Veh, my refuge set Elyon your habitation. ¹⁰ Neither evil happens you, nor any plague approach your tent;

My beloved is clear and red; the bannerbearer among myriads:

THE REIGN OF JUSTNESS
Behold, a sovereign reigns in justness and governors govern in judgment: ² and man is as a refuge from the wind and a covert from the flood; as rivulets of water in a parch as the shadow of a heavy rock in a languid land:

²⁵ Far be it from you to work this word, to deathify the just with the wicked: and that it be, as the just, as the wicked. Far be it from you! The Judge of all the earth, works he not judgment?

² Behold, El is my salvation; I confide, and fear not: for Yah Yah Veh is my strength and psalm; and he is my salvation.

⁵ And established in mercy is the throne: and he sits thereon in truth in the tent of David - judging and seeking judgment and hasting justness.

⁴ Say to the hasty heart, Be strong! Awe not! Behold, your Elohim! Avengement comes - the dealing of Elohim; he comes and saves you.

⁵ Behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I raise to David a just Sprout, and a Sovereign reigns and comprehends and works judgment and justness in the earth. ⁶ In his days Yah Hudah is saved, and Yisra El dwells confidently: and this is his name whereby he is called, Yah Veh Sidqenuw.

¹⁵ Yah Veh turns aside your judgments; he faces your enemy: the sovereign of Yisra El, Yah Veh, is midst you: you see no evil any more. ¹⁶ In that day they say to Yeru Shalem, Awe not! Siyon, slacken not your hands! ¹⁷ Yah Veh your Elohim midst you is mighty; he saves; he rejoices over you with cheerfulness; he hushes in his love; he twirls over you with shouting.

THE SAVING SOVEREIGN
Twirl mightily, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O daughter of Yeru Shalem! Behold, your Sovereign comes to you: he is just and saving; humble - and riding on a burro and on a colt the son of a she burro.

²¹ And she is to birth a son; and you, call his name Yah Shua: for he saves his people from their sins. ²²
YAH SHUA MESSIAH VIRGIN BIRTHED

Ho to you who ravage, and are not ravaged; who deal covertly, and are not dealt covertly: when you consummate ravaging, they ravage you; and when you end dealing covertly, they deal covertly with you.

⁴ and gather your spoil as the ingathering of the caterpiller: as the running about of locusts he yearns on them.

²¹ But there mighty Yah Veh is to us a place of rivers -rivers broad of hand; wherein neither ships with oars go nor mighty ships pass thereby.

²⁶ Your paddlers bring you into great waters: the east wind breaks you in the heart of the seas: ²⁷ your wealth, and your markets, your merchandise, your mariners, and your sailers, your breach holders, and the pledgers of your merchandise, and all your men of war - in you and in all your congregation among you fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your ruin. ²⁸ The suburbs quake at the voice of the cry of your sailers: ²⁹ and all who manipulate the oar - the mariners and all the sailers of the sea descend from their ships; they stand on the land: ³⁰ and hearken their voice against you and cry bitterly and ascend dust on their heads: they wallow themselves in the ashes: ³¹ and in balding, they balden themselves for you, and gird themselves with saq; and they weep for you with bitterness of soul and bitter chopping: ³² and in their lamentation they lift a lamentation for you and lament over you, What is as Sor - as the severed midst the sea? ³³ In your markets going from the seas, you satisfied many people; you enriched the sovereigns of the earth with the abundance of your wealth and of your merchandise. ³⁴ In the time you are broken by the seas in the depths of the waters your merchandise and all your congregation fall in your midst.

²⁶ and says, If in hearkening, you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim and work straight in his eyes and hearken to his misvoth and guard all his statutes, I put none of these sicknesses on you, which I put on the Misrayim: for I - Yah Veh Raphah.

¹⁵ and Yah Veh turns all sickness from you and puts none of the evil diseases of Misrayim, which you know, on you; but gives them on all who hate you:

²⁷ Yah Veh smites you with the ulcer of Misrayim and with the hemorrhoids and with the scurvy and with the itch whereof you cannot be healed.

²⁰ And Yah Veh hearkens to Yechizqi Yah and heals the people:

²⁶ and the light of the moon becomes as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun becomes sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day Yah Veh binds the breach of his people, and heals the stroke of their wound.

²² As a thick cloud, I wipe out your rebellions; and, as a thick cloud, your sins: return to me; for I redeem you.

⁶ Behold, I ascend health and healing and I heal them; and expose to them the abundance of shalom and truth: ⁷ and I restore the captivity of Yah Hudah and the captivity of Yisra El; and build them as at the first: ⁸ and I purify them from all their perversity whereby they sinned against me; and I forgive all their perversities whereby they sinned and whereby they rebelled against me.

²⁰ In those days, and in that time, - an oracle of Yah Veh they seek the perversity of Yisra El, and there is none; and the sins of Yah Hudah, and they find them not: for I forgive them whom I leave remaining.

¹⁸ Who is an El like to you, who bears perversity, and passes by the rebellion of the survivors of his inheritance? he holds not his wrath eternally because he delights mercy. ¹⁹ He restores; he mercies us: he subdues our perversities. You cast all their sins into the deep of the sea;

¹⁴ Is any frail among you? Call for the elders of the ecclesia to pray over him; anointing him with olive oil in the name of Adonay:
