¹⁴ Establish yourself in justness - far removed from oppression for you awe not: and from ruin; for it approaches you not.

²⁵ Neither awe sudden fear; nor the devastation of the wicked when it comes: ²⁶ for Yah Veh is your hope and he guards your foot from capture.

²⁶ and I restore your judges as at the first and your counsellors as at the beginning: and afterward call you, The City of Justness; The City Trustworthy.

⁴ And he judges among the goyim and reproves many people: and they forge their swords into plowshares and their spears into psalmpicks: goyim neither lift sword against goyim, nor learn war any more.

⁴ For you broke the yoke of his burden and the rod of his shoulder - the scion of his exactor as in the day of Midyan.

²⁴ Surely in Yah Veh, he says, I have justness and strength: to him he comes; and all who inflame against him, shame.

¹³ And forgets Yah Veh your worker who spread the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth? - who feared continually every day at the face of the fury of the oppressor as if he were prepared to ruin? And where is the fury of the oppressor?

SIYON REDEEMED
Waken! Waken! Enrobe your strength, O Siyon; enrobe your clothes of adornment, O Yeru Shalem, the holy city: for henceforth the uncircumcised and the foul add not to enter you.

²¹ and all your people just - successors of the land eternally - the branch of my planting; the work of my hands; to be adorned.

¹⁰ In rejoicing, I rejoice in Yah Veh; my soul twirls in my Elohim: for he enrobes me with the clothes of salvation, he clothes me with the mantle of justness - as a bridegroom decks - as a priest with ornaments - as a bride adorns with instruments.

³ and I gather the survivors of my flock from all lands I drove them; and return them to their habitations of rest; and they bear fruit and abound: ⁴ and I raise tenders over them to tend them: and they neither awe any more nor dismay nor oversight - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁰ And you, neither awe, O my servant Yaaqov - an oracle of Yah Veh; nor dismay, O Yisra El: for behold, I am your saviour from afar and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Yaaqov returns and rests and relaxes and no one trembles him.

²³ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: They still say this word in the land of Yah Hudah and in the cities, when I restore their captivity; Yah Veh bless you, O habitation of rest of justness, mountain of holiness.

²⁷ and I give my spirit within you so that you work to walk in my statutes and guard my judgments and work them ²⁸ and I settle you in the land I gave your fathers: and you become my people and I become your Elohim:

²³ neither foul they themselves with their idols any more nor with their abominations nor with any of their rebellions: and I save them from all their sites wherein they sinned and purify them: so they are my people, and I am their Elohim. ²⁴
THE SOVEREIGNDOM OF DAVID
And David my servant is sovereign over them; and their is one tender: and they walk in my judgments and guard my statutes and work them: ²⁵ and they dwell in the land I gave to Yaaqov my servant, wherein your fathers settled: and they settle therein - they and their sons, and the sons of their sons eternally: and my servant David is their hierarch eternally. ²⁶
THE ETERNAL COVENANT OF YAH VEH
And I cut a covenant of shalom with them - so be it, an eternal covenant with them: and I give them and abound them; and give my holies among them eternally.

¹⁷ Thus you know I - Yah Veh your Elohim tabernacling in Siyon, my holy mountain: then Yeru Shalem becomes holy, and strangers pass through her no more. ¹⁸ And so be it, in that day, the mountains drip squeezed juice; and the hills go with milk; and all the reservoirs of Yah Hudah go with waters; and a fountain goes from the house of Yah Veh and wets the wadi of Shittim. ¹⁹ Misrayim becomes a desolation and Edom becomes a desolate wilderness for their violence against the sons of Yah Hudah - because they poured innocent blood in their land. ²⁰ And Yah Hudah settles eternally, and Yeru Shalem from generation to generation. ²¹ For I exonerate their blood which I had not exonerated: for Yah Veh tabernacles in Siyon.

³ and he judges among many people and reproves mighty goyim afar off: and they forge their swords into plowshares and their spears into psalmpicks: goyim neither lift a sword against goyim nor learn war any more: ⁴ and every man sits under his vine and under his fig tree; and no one trembles them: for the mouth of Yah Veh Sabaoth has worded.

¹³ the survivors of Yisra El neither work wickedness nor word lies; nor is a deceitful tongue found in their mouth: for they graze and crouch and no one trembles. ¹⁴ Sing, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O Yisra El! Cheer and jump for joy with all the heart, O daughter of Yeru Shalem! ¹⁵ Yah Veh turns aside your judgments; he faces your enemy: the sovereign of Yisra El, Yah Veh, is midst you: you see no evil any more. ¹⁶ In that day they say to Yeru Shalem, Awe not! Siyon, slacken not your hands!

⁴ and says to him, Run! Word to yonder lad, saying, Yeru Shalem settles the suburbs because of the abundance of humanity and animals midst her: ⁵ and I - an oracle of Yah Veh - I am to her a wall of fire all around, and I am for honor midst her.

³ Thus says Yah Veh: I return to Siyon, and tabernacle midst Yeru Shalem: and call Yeru Shalem, The City of Truth; and the mountain of Yah Veh Sabaoth, The Holy Mountain.

⁸ And I encamp around my house because of those stationed - because of him who passes by, and because of him who returns: and no exactor passes through them any more: for now I see with my eyes.

¹³ And we, according to his pre-evangelism, await the new heavens and a new earth, wherein justness dwells.
