³ And now, O settlers of Yeru Shalem and men of Yah Hudah, judge, I beseech you, between me and my vineyard.

⁴ He calls to the heavens above and to the earth to plead the cause of his people. ⁵ Gather my mercied to me - to cut a covenant with me by sacrifice. ⁶ The heavens tell his justness; for Elohim himself is judge. Selah.

⁴ Against you - you only, I sinned and worked this evil in your eyes; so that you are just when you word and pure when you judge.

⁴ You, hear the word of Yah Veh, O house of Yaaqov, and all the families of the house of Yisra El: ⁵ thus says Yah Veh, What wickedness found your fathers in me, that they removed afar from me and walked after vanity and became vain?

² Hear the controversy of Yah Veh, O mountains, and you perennial foundations of the earth: for Yah Veh has a controversy with his people and he reproves Yisra El. ³ O my people, what work I to you? And wherein weary I you? Answer against me.

⁴⁰ So when the adoni of the vineyard comes, what does he to those cultivators? ⁴¹ They word to him, He evilly destroys those evil men, and leases his vineyard to other cultivators who give him the fruits in their seasons.

⁹ So what does the adoni of the vineyard? He comes and destroys the cultivators and gives the vineyard to others. ¹⁰ And read you not this scripture; The stone the builders disapproved becomes the head of the corner: ¹¹ this becomes of Yah Vah, and it is marvellous in our eyes? ^{Psalm 118:22, 23 12}
ATTEMPTS TO OVERPOWER YAH SHUA
And they seek to overpower him but awe the multitude: for they know he says the parable against them: and they forsake him, and go their way:

¹⁵ - so they cast him from the vineyard and slaughter him. So what is the adoni of the vineyard to do to them? ¹⁶ He comes and destroys these cultivators and gives the vineyard to others. - and they hear; and they say, So be it not.

⁵ But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you treasure to yourself wrath in the day of wrath and apocalypse of the just judgment of Elohim;

⁴ So be it not: yes - so be it: Elohim is true and every human a liar; exactly as scribed, That you ever be justified in your words and triumph in being judged. ^{Psalm 51:4}
