³ You greaten the goyim; you greaten their cheerfulness: they cheer at your face as the cheerfulness in harvest; and twirl when they allot the spoil.

³ Hear, you sovereigns! Hearken, you potentates! I - I sing to Yah Veh; I pluck to Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El.

¹⁶ And he descends him, and behold, they disperse upon the face of all the earth, eating and drinking and celebrating, because of all the great spoil they took from the land of the Peleshethiy and from the land of Yah Hudah.

²⁵ And Yah Shaphat and his people come to plunder the spoil; and among the carcases, they find in abundance, both acquisitions and desirable instruments which they strip for themselves, without burden: and for three days they plunder the spoil - it is so much: ²⁶ and on the fourth day they congregate in the valley of Berachah/Blessing; and there they bless Yah Veh: so they call the name of the place, The valley of Berachah/Blessing, to this day. ²⁷ Then they return - every man of Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem with Yah Shaphat at their head - return to Yeru Shalem with cheer; for Yah Veh cheers them over their enemies: ²⁸ and they come to Yeru Shalem with bagpipes and harps and trumpets to the house of Yah Veh:

²³ and you abounded their sons as the stars of the heavens; and brought them to the land, concerning which you said to their fathers, to go in to possess it:

⁷ You gave cheerfulness in my heart, from the time their crop and their juice abounded by the myriads.

³⁸ he blesses them to abound mightily; and diminishes not their animals.

¹⁶² I rejoice at your sayings, as one who finds great spoil:

⁵ They who seed in tears shout in harvesting: ⁶ in going, he who comes weeping, bearing his seed, and seeding, doubtless comes again with shouting, bearing his sheaves.

A PSALM OF SPREAD HANDS
And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me.

⁹ So I weep with the weeping of Yazer the vine of Sibmah: I saturate you with my tears, O Heshbon and El Aleh: for the shouting for your summer fruits and for your harvest is fallen: ¹⁰ and cheerfulness is gathered with twirling from the orchard/Karmel; and in the vineyards they shout not, they shout not: the treaders tread no wine in troughs; I shabbathize their shouting.

⁹ And in that day, it is said, Behold, this our Elohim; we awaited him and he saves us: this is Yah Veh; we awaited him; we twirl and cheer in his salvation.

¹⁵ You increased the goyim, O Yah Veh, you increased the goyim: you are honored: you removed it afar to all the ends of the earth.

² In blossoming, it blossoms; in twirling, it twirls and shouts: the honor of Lebanon is given to it - the majesty of Karmel/orchard and Sharon: they see the honor of Yah Veh and the majesty of our Elohim:

¹⁰ and the redeemed of Yah Veh return and come to Siyon with shouting and eternal cheerfulness on their heads: they attain rejoicing and cheerfulness, and grief and sighing flee away.

²⁰ Again the sons of your bereavements say in your ears, The place is too tribulated for me: approach me, and I settle down. ²¹ Then you say in your heart, Who birthed me these, seeing I aborted and am sterile - an exile, turned aside? And who nourished these? Behold, I alone survive; These - whence are they? ²² Thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Behold, I lift my hand to the goyim and lift my ensign to the people: and they bring your sons in the bosom and bear your daughters on their shoulders:

THE GLORY OF SIYON
Shout, O sterile; you who birth not! Break forth into shouting and resound, you who writhe not! for more are the sons of the desolated than the sons of the married, says Yah Veh.

¹² For you go forth with cheerfulness and lead forth with shalom: the mountains and the hills break forth into shouting at your face; and all the trees of the field clap their palms.

⁷ Instead of your shame, double; and shame they shout in their allotment: so in their land they possess the double - eternal cheerfulness is theirs.

¹⁰ In rejoicing, I rejoice in Yah Veh; my soul twirls in my Elohim: for he enrobes me with the clothes of salvation, he clothes me with the mantle of justness - as a bridegroom decks - as a priest with ornaments - as a bride adorns with instruments.

¹⁸ But rejoice and twirl eternally in what I create: for behold, I create Yeru Shalem a twirling, and her people a joy:

¹⁰ You, rejoice with Yeru Shalem, and twirl with her, all you who love her: rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn for her:

⁷ For thus says Yah Veh: Shout with cheerfulness for Yaaqov and resound among the chief of the goyim: hearken, praise, and say, O Yah Veh, save your people, the survivors of Yisra El.

¹² and they come and shout in the height of Siyon; and flow together to the goodness of Yah Veh for crop and for juice and for oil and for the sons of the flock and of the herd: and their soul becomes as a saturated garden; and they add not to languish. ¹³ Then the virgin cheers in the round dancing - both youths and elders together for I turn their mourning into rejoicing, and sigh over them and cheer them from their grief: ¹⁴ and I satiate the soul of the priests with fatness and satisfy my people with my goodness - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁷ According to their abundance, thus they sin against me: so I change their honor into abasement.

¹¹ And many goyim join Yah Veh in that day, and become my people: and I dwell midst you; and you know that Yah Veh Sabaoth sent me to you:

²³ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: In those days, so be it, ten men from all tongues of the goyim, take hold - even take hold of the wing of a man - a Yah Hudiy, saying, We go with you: for we hear that Elohim is with you.

⁸ I hiss for them, and gather them; for I redeemed them: and in abounding, they abound:

²² but when a mightier than he comes upon him and triumphs over him, he takes from him all his panoply wherein he confided and distributes his booty.

⁸ and so be it, a mega cheer in that city.

⁴ Cheer in Adonay alway - again I say, Cheer.

⁸ whom, not having seen, you love; in whom, though now you see him not, yet trusting, you jump for joy with inexpressible cheer and glorified:
