And all the governors of the valiant and Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and Yezan Yah the son of Hosha Yah and all the people from the least even to the greatest come near, ² and say to Yirme Yah the prophet, Accept, we beseech you, our supplication at your face; and pray for us to Yah Veh your Elohim for all these survivors - for only a few from an abundance survive as your eyes see: ³ that Yah Veh your Elohim tell us the way to walk and the word to work. ⁴ And Yirme Yah the prophet says to them, I hear! Behold, I pray to Yah Veh your Elohim according to your words: and so be it, whatever word Yah Veh answers you, I tell you; I withhold no word from you. ⁵ And they say to Yirme Yah, Yah Veh is, in truth, a faithful witness between us, if we work not according to all the word for which Yah Veh your Elohim sends you to us: ⁶ whether good; whether evil; we hearken to the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim, to whom we send you - that it well-please us when we hearken to the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim. ⁷ And so be it, at the end of ten days, the word of Yah Veh comes to Yirme Yah: ⁸ and he calls Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him and all the people from the least even to the greatest; ⁹ and says to them, Thus says Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El to whom you sent me to fell your supplication at his face: ¹⁰ If you return and settle in this land, then I build you, and break you not; and I plant you, and uproot you not: for I sigh of the evil I worked to you. ¹¹ Awe not the sovereign of Babel whose face you fear; awe him not - an oracle of Yah Veh for I am with you to save you and to rescue you from his hand: ¹² and I give you mercies, that he mercy you and restore you to your own soil. ¹³ And if you say, We neither settle in this land nor hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim, ¹⁴ saying, No! - but we enter the land of Misrayim where we neither see war nor hear the voice of the shophar nor hunger for bread - and there we settle: ¹⁵ and now so, hear the word of Yah Veh - you survivors of Yah Hudah; Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: If in setting, you set your faces to enter Misrayim and go to sojourn there; ¹⁶ then so be it, the sword you fear overtakes you there in the land of Misrayim; and the famine whereof you are concerned adheres to you there in Misrayim - and there you die: ¹⁷ and so be it with all the men who set their faces to go into Misrayim to sojourn there: they die by the sword by the famine and by the pestilence: and there are no survivors or escapees from the face of the evil I bring on them. ¹⁸ For thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: As my wrath and my fury pours on the settlers of Yeru Shalem; thus my fury pours on you when you enter Misrayim: and you become an oath and a desolation and an abasement and a reproach; and you see this place no more. ¹⁹ Yah Veh words concerning you, O you survivors of Yah Hudah; Enter not Misrayim: in knowing, know that I witness to you this day: ²⁰ for your souls strayed, when you sent me to Yah Veh your Elohim, saying, Pray for us to Yah Veh our Elohim; and according to all Yah Veh our Elohim says, tell us, and we work. ²¹ And this day I tell you; but you neither hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim nor for aught for which he sent me to you. ²² And now, in knowing, know that you die by the sword by the famine and by the pestilence in the place where you desire to go to sojourn.

²³ And all the governors of the valiant - they and their men hear that the sovereign of Babel makes Gedal Yah overseer; and there comes to Gedal Yah to Mispeh even Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah and Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and Sera Yah the son of Tanchumeth the Netophathiy and Yaazan Yah the son of a Maachahiy - they and their men:

¹³ Adonay says, Because as this people draws near with their mouth and with their lips honor me - and remove their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the misvah of men

THE HARDNESS OF YISRA EL
Hear this, O house of Yaaqov - called by the name of Yisra El coming from the waters of Yah Hudah; who oaths by the name of Yah Veh and memorializes Elohim of Yisra El - neither in truth, nor in justness.

FASTING
Call out with the throat! Spare not! Lift your voice as a shophar and tell my people their rebellion; and the house of Yaaqov their sins. ² Yet they seek me day by day and delight to know my ways - as a goyim who works justness and forsakes not the judgment of their Elohim: they ask me of the judgments of justness; they take delight in approaching Elohim.

⁴ And I - I say, Surely these are poor; they folly: for they know neither the way of Yah Veh nor the judgment of their Elohim. ⁵ I go to the great and word to them - for they know the way of Yah Veh and the judgment of their Elohim: surely these altogether broke the yoke; they tore the bonds.

¹³ For from their least, even to their greatest, every one greedily gains to greedy gain; and from the prophet, even to the priest, every one works falsely:

¹⁰ So I give their women to others and their fields to their successors: for every one from the least even to the greatest greedily gains to greedy gain - from the prophet even to the priest - every one works falsely.

⁸ and they go to Gedal Yah to Mispeh - even Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah, and Yah Hanan and Yah Nathan the sons of Qareach and Sera Yah the son of Tachumeth; and the sons of Ophay the Netophathiy and Yezan Yah the son of a Maachahiy - they and their men.

¹³ And Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant in the fields go to Gedal Yah to Mispeh;

YAH HANAN RESCUES THE PEOPLE
And Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him hear of all the evil Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah works:

¹⁶ And Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him take all the survivors of the people whom he returned from Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah - from Mispeh, after he smote Gedal Yah the son of Ahikam - mighty men of war; and the women and the children and the eunuchs whom he returned from Gibon:

⁸ and he calls Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him and all the people from the least even to the greatest;

²⁰ for your souls strayed, when you sent me to Yah Veh your Elohim, saying, Pray for us to Yah Veh our Elohim; and according to all Yah Veh our Elohim says, tell us, and we work.

⁴ And Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant and all the people hearken not to the voice of Yah Veh to settle in the land of Yah Hudah: ⁵ and Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant take all the survivors of Yah Hudah, who returned from all goyim where they were driven, to sojourn in the land of Yah Hudah;

¹² and I take the survivors of Yah Hudah, who set their faces to enter the land of Misrayim to sojourn there: and they all are consumed, and fall in the land of Misrayim; - consumed by the sword and by the famine: they die, from the least even to the greatest, by the sword and by the famine: and they become an oath and a desolation and an abasement and a reproach:

¹¹ And standing there at their face seventy men of the elders of the house of Yisra El, and Yaazan Yah the son of Shaphan stands midst them; every man with his censer in his hand; and a voluminous cloud of incense ascends.

JUDGMENT OF MEN WHO FABRICATE MISCHIEF
And the spirit lifts me and brings me to the east portal of the house of Yah Veh facing eastward: and behold, at the opening of the portal, twenty-five men; among whom I see Yaazan Yah the son of Azzur and Pelat Yah the son of Bena Yah - governors of the people:

³ Son of humanity, these men ascend their idols in their heart, and give the stumblingblock of their perversity at their face: Inquire they at all of me? ⁴ So word to them, and say to them, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Man by man of the house of Yisra El who ascends his idols in his heart, and sets the stumblingblock of his perversity at his face, and goes to the prophet; I Yah Veh give him who goes an answer according to the abundance of his idols:

THE ABHORRENCES OF YISRA EL
And so be it, in the seventh year, in the fifth, in the tenth of the month, men of the elders of Yisra El come to enquire of Yah Veh, and sit at my face. ² And so be the word of Yah Veh to me, saying, ³ Son of humanity, word to the elders of Yisra El, and say to them, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Come you to enquire of me? I live! - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh. I am not enquired of by you.

³¹ And they come to you as people approaching and they sit at your face as my people; and they hear your words, and work them not: for they work pantings with their mouth but their heart goes after their greedy gain:

⁸ This people approaches me with their mouth and honors me with their lips; but their heart is far from me:

¹⁰ whom they all heed, from the least to the mega, wording, This one is the mega dynamis of Elohim.

²⁸ And Paroh says, I send you away, to sacrifice to Yah Veh your Elohim in the wilderness: only in removing afar, remove not afar: intreat for me.

²⁸ Intreat Yah Veh - for it is great that there be no voices of Elohim and hail; and I send you away and add not that you stay.

²² and I send live beings of the field among you to bereave you and cut your animals and diminish you and desolate your ways.

²⁷ and Yah Veh scatter you among the nations and you be few men in number of the people who survive, where Yah Veh drives you.

⁶² and you survive, few men in number, whereas you were as the stars of the heavens for abundance; all because you hear not the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim.

⁸ And the sons of Yisra El say to Shemu El, Hush not to cry to Yah Veh our Elohim for us, to save us from the hand of the Peleshethiy.

¹⁹ And all the people say to Shemu El, Pray to Yah Veh your Elohim that we your servants not die: for we added to all our sins this evil - to ask us a sovereign.

²³ I also, far be it that I sin against Yah Veh, in ceasing to pray for you; but I direct you to the good and the straight way:

⁶ And the sovereign answers and says to the man of Elohim, Stroke now the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, and pray for me, that my hand be restored. And the man of Elohim strokes the face of Yah Veh, and the hand of the sovereign restores and becomes as formerly.

⁹ Unless Yah Veh Sabaoth had a very few survivors remain, we had become as Sedom; likened to Amorah.

¹⁵ And in spreading your palms, I conceal my eyes from you: yes, your abounding prayers I hear not: your hands are filled with blood.

⁴ Perhaps Yah Veh your Elohim hears the words of Rab Shaqeh, whom the sovereign of Ashshur his adoni sent to reproach the living Elohim, and to reprove the words Yah Veh your Elohim heard: and to lift your prayer for the survivors who survive.

¹⁵ Behold, they say to me, Where is the word of Yah Veh? Come, I beseech! ¹⁶ I neither hasten from tending after you nor desire I the incurable day: you, you know that what proceeds from my lips is straightforward at your face.

² Enquire, I beseech you, of Yah Veh for us; for Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel fights us: perhaps Yah Veh works with us according to all his marvellous works, and ascends him from us.

⁷ perhaps they fell their supplications at the face of Yah Veh so that every man returns from his evil way: for great is the wrath and the fury Yah Veh words against this people.

³ And Sidqi Yah the sovereign sends Yehuchal the son of Shelem Yah and Sephan Yah the son of Maase Yah the priest to the prophet Yirme Yah, saying, Pray, I beseech, to Yah Veh our Elohim for us.

²⁰ And now hearken, I beseech you, O my adoni the sovereign: that my supplication, I beseech you, fall at your face; that you not return me to the house of Yah Nathan the scribe, lest I die there.

THE FIRST LAMENTATION

¹⁶ Confess your backslidings to one another and vow for one another, to be healed. The energized petition of the just is mighty enough.

²⁹ O give that there were such a heart in them, that they awe me and guard all my misvoth all days, that it well-please them and their sons eternally!

³⁶ then hear in the heavens and forgive the sin of your servants and of your people Yisra El to direct them the good way to walk and give rain on the land you gave to your people for an inheritance.

²¹ And I call a fast there at the river of Ahava to humble ourselves at the face of our Elohim - to seek of him a straight way for us and for our toddlers and for all our acquisition:

⁴ Have me know your ways, O Yah Veh; teach me your paths: ⁵ aim me in your truth and teach me; for you are Elohim of my salvation: I await you all the day.

¹¹ Teach me your way, O Yah Veh and lead me in a straight path because of my enemies.

¹¹ Teach me your way, O Yah Veh; I walk in your truth: unify my heart to awe your name.

⁸ that I hear your mercy in the morning; for in you I confide: that I know the way wherein I walk; for I lift up my soul to you. ⁹ Rescue me, O Yah Veh, from my enemies - cover me with yourself; ¹⁰ teach me to work your pleasure for you are my Elohim; your spirit is good; lead me into the land of straightness.

⁶ in all your ways know him and he straightens your paths:

³ And many people go and say, Come, and we ascend to the mountain of Yah Veh - to the house of Elohim of Yaaqov: and he teaches us of his ways, and we walk in his paths: for from Siyon the torah goes forth, and the word of Yah Veh from Yeru Shalem.

¹⁶ Thus says Yah Veh, You, stand in the ways, and see; and ask for the eternal paths where the good way is and walk therein; and find a resting place for your souls. And they say, We walk not.

² And many goyim come, and say, Come! Ascend to the mountain of Yah Veh and to the house of Elohim of Yaaqov; and he teaches us of his ways and we walk in his paths: for from Siyon comes a torah and the word of Yah Veh from Yeru Shalem:

¹³ and they apostolize some of the Pharisees and of the Herodians to him, to catch him in his words. ¹⁴ And they come and word to him, Doctor, we know you are true, and concerned about no one: for you observe not the face of humanity, but doctrinate the way of Elohim in truth: Is it allowed to give tribute to the Kaisar? ²⁹ And Mosheh says, Behold, I go from you and I intreat Yah Veh to turn aside the swarmers from Paroh, from his servants and from his people tomorrow: only that Paroh not add to mock again in not sending the people away to sacrifice to Yah Veh.

¹³ And Michah Yah says, Yah Veh lives; even what my Elohim says, I word. ¹⁴ And he comes to the sovereign, and the sovereign says to him, Michah Yah, go we to Ramoth Gilad to war? Or forbear I? And he says, Ascend and prosper: and they are given into your hand. ¹⁵ And the sovereign says to him, How many times oath I you that you word naught but the truth to me in the name of Yah Veh?

¹⁰ I neither cover your justness within my heart - I say - your trustworthiness and your salvation; nor conceal your mercy and your truth from the great congregation.

²⁸ The prophet, having a dream, have him scribe a dream; and he, having my word, have him word my word in truth. What is the straw to the grain? - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁷ and you, word my words to them, whether they hear or whether they desist: for they are most rebellious.

²⁰ and how I withheld naught beneficial, that I evangelized not to you; and doctrinated you publicly and from house to house

²⁷ for I withhold naught to evangelize the whole counsel of Elohim to you.

YISRA EL LACKING TRUST
Brothers, indeed, the well approving of my heart and petition to Elohim for Yisra El is to their salvation.

⁵⁰ If you humble my daughters, or if you take women beside my daughters - no man is with us - see Elohim is witness between me and between you.

⁷ Bear not the name of Yah Veh your Elohim in defamation; for Yah Veh exonerates him not who bears his name in defamation.

¹⁹ And they say to Mosheh, Word with us and we hear: but have not Elohim word with us, lest we die.

²⁷ Go near, and hear all Yah Veh our Elohim says: and you - you word to us all Yah Veh our Elohim words to you; and we hearken, and work it. ²⁸ And Yah Veh heard the voice of your words you worded to me; and Yah Veh said to me, I hear the voice of the words of this people, which they word to you: they well-pleasingly say all they word. ²⁹ O give that there were such a heart in them, that they awe me and guard all my misvoth all days, that it well-please them and their sons eternally!

¹⁰ And the elders of Gilad say to Yiphtach, Yah Veh hearken between us, if we work not thus according to your word.

⁵ And he says to them, Yah Veh is witness against you and his anointed is witness this day, that you find not aught in my hand. And they say, He is witness.

⁴² And Yah Nathan says to David, Go in shalom; inasmuch as we oathed, both of us, in the name of Yah Veh, saying, Yah Veh be between me and between you and between my seed and between your seed eternally. - and he rises and goes: and Yah Nathan goes into the city.

² And if they say, Yah Veh lives! - surely they oath falsely.

² Hear, all you people; hearken, O earth, and all the fulness thereof: Adonay Yah Veh witnesses against you - Adonay from his holy manse.

¹⁴ And you say, Why? Because Yah Veh witnesses between you and between the woman of your youth against whom you dealt covertly: yet is she your companion and the woman of your covenant.

⁵ And I approach you for judgment; and I become a hasty witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against false oathers and against those who oppress the hireling in his hire - the widow and the orphan; and who pervert the sojourner and awe me not, says Yah Veh Sabaoth.

PAULOS DESIRES TO VISIT ROME
For Elohim is my witness - whom I liturgize in my spirit in the evangelism of his Son; as unceasingly I make remembrance of you always in my prayers;

⁵ and from Yah Shua Messiah the trustworthy witness and the firstborn from the dead and the arch of the sovereigns of the earth. To him who loved us and bathed us from our sins in his own blood

And to the angel of the ecclesia of the Laodiceans, scribe: These words the Amen, the trustworthy and true witness, the beginning of the creation of Elohim:

⁷ and he takes the scroll of the covenant and recalls in the ears of the people. And they say, All Yah Veh words, we work and hearken.

³³ Walk in all the ways Yah Veh your Elohim misvahs you, that you live and that it be good with you and that you prolong your days in the land you possess.

¹³ Oh that my people hearken to me and Yisra El walk in my ways: ¹⁴ then had I shortly subdued their enemies and turned my hand against their tribulators. ¹⁵ The haters of Yah Veh emaciate in front of him; but their time is eternal: ¹⁶ he feeds them with the fat of the wheat; and satisfies you with honey from the rock.

² for you eat the labor of your palms; blithed - and good with you

¹⁰ You, say to the just, It is for good: for they eat the fruit of their exploitations.

²³ But this I misvahed them, saying, Hearken to my voice, and I am your Elohim and you are my people: and walk in all the ways I misvah you, that it well-please you.

⁷ So what say we? Is the torah sin? So be it not. Rather, I knew not sin, except through the torah: nor knew I panting, except the torah worded, Pant not.

TWO NATURES UNDER THE TORAH
So has the good become my death? So be it not. But sin, manifest as sin, to work death in me through the good; so that through the misvah sin becomes exceeding sinful.

⁷ Because the thought of the flesh is enmity to Elohim: for it neither subjugates to the torah of Elohim nor indeed can.

¹⁴ Await Yah Veh! Prevail; and he strengthens your heart; yes, await Yah Veh.

¹⁶ So Adonay Yah Veh says thus, Behold, I lay a stone in Siyon for a foundation - a proofed stone; an esteemed corner; a founded foundation: he who trusts, hastens not.

³ for the vision is yet for a season; and at the end it breathes and lies not: though it tarries, await; because in coming, it comes; it delays not.

And Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him hear of all the evil Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah works: ¹² and they take all the men, and go to fight with Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah: and they find him by the great waters in Gibon. ¹³ And so be it, all the people with Yishma El see Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him, and they cheer: ¹⁴ and all the people Yishma El captured from Mispeh turn around and return and go to Yah Hanan the son of Qareach: ¹⁵ and Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah escapes from the face of Yah Hanan with eight men and goes to the sons of Ammon. ¹⁶ And Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and all the governors of the valiant with him take all the survivors of the people whom he returned from Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah - from Mispeh, after he smote Gedal Yah the son of Ahikam - mighty men of war; and the women and the children and the eunuchs whom he returned from Gibon:

⁴ he bends his bow as an enemy; he stations with his right as a tribulator and slaughters all who are a desire to the eye in the tent of the daughter of Siyon; he pours out his fury as fire.

¹¹ Yah Veh accomplishes his fury - pours out his fierce wrath and kindled a fire in Siyon; and it consumes the foundations.

²² as silver melts midst the furnace, thus you melt in the midst: and you know that I Yah Veh pour my fury on you.

¹¹ Yes, all Yisra El trespassed your torah, even by turning aside to not hearken to your voice; so the oath pours on us - the oath inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim, because we sinned against him.

And the first goes and pours his phial upon the earth; and there becomes an evil ulcer to humanity having the tattoo of the beast - who worship his icon. ³
THE SECOND PLAGUE
And the second angel pours his phial into the sea; and it becomes as the blood of the dead: and every living soul in the sea dies. ⁴
THE THIRD PLAGUE
And the third angel pours his phial into the streams and into fountains of waters; and they become blood. ⁵ And I hear the angel of the waters wording, You are just, O Yah Veh, who is and who was ^*, because you judge these. ^{*most mss omit, and who is coming 6} Because they poured the blood of the holy and prophets; and you give them blood to drink; for they are worthy. ⁷ And I hear another from the sacrifice altar wording, Yes, Yah Veh El Sabaoth, true and just are your judgments. ⁸
THE FOURTH PLAGUE
And the fourth angel pours his phial on the sun; and he is given to scorch humanity in fire: ⁹ and humanity is scorched with mega scorch: and they blaspheme the name of Elohim who has authority over these plagues: and they repent not to give him glory. ¹⁰
THE FIFTH PLAGUE
And the fifth angel pours his phial on the throne of the beast; and his sovereigndom becomes dark; and they gnaw their tongues from pain; ¹¹ and blaspheme the Elohim of the heavens from their pains and from their ulcers - and repent not of their works. ¹²
THE SIXTH PLAGUE
And the sixth angel pours his phial on the mega stream Euphrates; and the water thereof dries to prepare the way of the sovereigns of the rising of the sun. ¹³ And I see three impure spirits like frogs from the mouth of the dragon and from the mouth of the beast and from the mouth of the pseudoprophet: ¹⁴ for they are spirits of demons doing signs who proceed to the sovereigns of the earth and of the whole world - to gather them to the war of that mega day of El Sabaoth. ¹⁵
THE THIRD BEATITUDE

²¹ And so be it, when many evils and tribulations find them, this song answers at their face for a witness not to be forgotten from the mouths of their seed: for I know the imagination they work this day, ere I bring them to the land I oathed.

¹⁹ and he sends prophets among them to return them to Yah Veh: and they witness against them; but they hearken not.

²⁶ and they were rebellious and rebelled against you and cast your torah behind their backs and slaughtered your prophets who witnessed against them to turn them to you: and they worked great scornings:

HO TO THE REVOLTING SONS
Ho to the revolting sons - an oracle of Yah Veh who work counsel, but not mine; and who pour a pouring, but not of my spirit, who scrape up sin to sin: ² who walk to descend into Misrayim, and ask not at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the stronghold of Paroh, and to seek refuge in the shadow of Misrayim! ³ So the stronghold of Paroh becomes your shame; and the trust in the shadow of Misrayim your shame. ⁴ For his governors were at Soan and his angels touched Hanes: ⁵ they all shame by a people who benefit them not - neither a help nor benefit - but for shame and also for reproach. ⁶
THE BURDEN OF THE ANIMALS OF THE SOUTH
The burden of the animals of the south: Into the land of tribulation and distress from whence the roaring lion and the old lion, the hisser and flying seraph - who bear their valuables on the shoulders of colts and their treasures on the humps of camels to a people who benefit them not. ⁷ Yes, the Misrayim are vanity and help in vain: so concerning this, I call out, Their pride is to shabbathize!

HO TO THEM WHO LOOK NOT UPON THE HOLY ONE
Ho to them who descend to Misrayim for help; and lean on horses and confide in chariots because they are many; and in cavalry because they are mighty mighty; and neither look to the Holy One of Yisra El nor seek Yah Veh. ² Yet he also is wise and brings evil and turns not aside his words: but rises against the house of the vilifiers, and against the help of them who work mischief. ³ And the Misrayim are human, and not El; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When Yah Veh spreads his hand the helper falters and the helped falls and they all finish together.

²¹ And if you refuse to go, this is the word Yah Veh shows me:

⁵ And they, whether they hear, or whether they desist, - for they are a rebellious house, yet know a prophet becomes among them.

²¹ And if you enlighten the just, that the just sin not, and he sins not, in living, he lives - because he enlightened; and you rescue your soul.

¹⁵ And he rebels against him by sending his angels into Misrayim, so that they give him horses and much people. Prospers he? Escapes he who works such? Or, breaks he the covenant and escapes?

THE UNHOLY LIFE
So I word this, and witness in Adonay, to no longer walk exactly as the rest of the goyim in the vanity of their mind;

⁶ so that no one oversteps and defrauds his brother in any matter: because Adonay is the avenger concerning all such, exactly as we also foretold you and witness.ed

³⁸ - the trays of these sinners against their own souls: work them into expanded sheets for an overlay of the sacrifice altar: for they oblate them at the face of Yah Veh, so they become hallowed: and they become a sign to the sons of Yisra El.

⁴⁴ At the hearing of the ear, they hearken to me; the sons of strangers disavow me:

³ Words of perversities prevail mightily against me; as for our rebellions, you kapar/atone them.

¹⁰ And yet for all this her sister Yah Hudah who deals covertly returns not to me with her whole heart, but in falsehood - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁰ I Yah Veh probe the heart; proof the reins; even to give every man according to his ways and according to the fruit of his exploitations.

Then the Pharisees go and take counsel on how to ensnare him in words: ¹⁶ and they apostolize their disciples with the Herodians to him, wording, Doctor, we know you are true, and doctrinate the way of Elohim in truth; and you concern not about anyone: for you look not on the face of humanity: ¹⁷ so say to us, What think you? ¹⁷ Son of humanity, I give you, a watcher to the house of Yisra El: so hear the word at my mouth, and enlighten them from me.

¹¹ And they refuse to hearken; and give a revolting shoulder and heavy their ears that they hear not. ¹² Yes, they set their hearts as a brier lest they hear the torah and the words Yah Veh Sabaoth sends his spirit by the hand of the former prophets: and so be it, a great rage from Yah Veh Sabaoth.

¹¹ and he comes and smites the land of Misrayim - such as are for death, to death; and such as are for captivity, to captivity; and such as are for the sword, to the sword:

¹¹ Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Smite with your palm and stamp with your foot, and say, Ach! for all the evil abhorrences of the house of Yisra El! for they fall by the sword by the famine and by the pestilence:

⁶ For behold, they are gone because of ravage: Misrayim gathers them; Moph entombs them: as for the desirables of their silver, thistles possess them: thorns are in their tents.
