⁵ And seek you greatness for yourself? Seek not! For behold, I bring evil on all flesh - an oracle of Yah Veh: and I give your soul to you for a spoil in all the places you go.

¹² and Elohim sees the earth and behold, it is ruined; for all flesh on the earth had ruined his way.
THE FLOOD

²⁶ And he says to him, Went not my heart, when the man turned from his chariot to meet you? Is it a time to take silver and to take clothes and oliveyards and vineyards and flock and oxen and servants and maids?

¹⁶ For by fire and by his sword Yah Veh judges all flesh: and the pierced of Yah Veh abound by the myriads.

⁹ He who settles in this city dies by the sword and by the famine and by the pestilence: and he who goes out and falls to the Kesediym who besiege you, he lives: and his soul becomes to him for a spoil.

²⁶ and all the sovereigns of the north, far and near, man with brother; and all the sovereigndoms of the earth on the face of the soil: and the sovereigns of Sheshach drink after them.

² Thus says Yah Veh: He who settles in this city dies by the sword by the famine and by the pestilence: and he who goes to the Kesediym lives; for his soul becomes for a spoil, and lives.

¹⁸ In rescuing, I rescue you; and you fall not by the sword, and your soul becomes for a spoil to you: because you confided in me - an oracle of Yah Veh.

THE JUDGMENT OF THE GOYIM
So await me - an oracle of Yah Veh until the day I rise to the prey: for my judgment is to gather goyim; to gather sovereigndoms; to pour my rage on them - all my fuming wrath: for I consume all the earth with the fire of my jealousy.

²⁵ So I word to you, neither be anxious for your soul - what you eat or what you drink; nor yet for your body - what you endue. Is not indeed the soul much more than nourishment? And the body than enduement? ²⁶ Look at the flyers of the heavens: for they neither spore nor harvest nor gather together into granaries; yet your Father of the heavenlies nourishes them. Surpass you not them? ²⁷ Who of you, by anxiety, is able to add one cubit to his maturity? ²⁸ And why be anxious about enduement? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither labor nor spin: ²⁹ and yet I word to you, that even Shelomoh in all his glory arrayed not as one of these. ³⁰ But if Elohim thus clothes the herbage of the field - which today is, and tomorrow cast into the oven - how not much more You, O you of little trust? ³¹ So be not anxious, wording, What eat we? or, What drink we? or, With what array we? ³² For the goyim seek after all these: for your Father of the heavenlies knows you need all these.

¹⁶ of the same thought one toward another; think not highly, but lead with the humble; think not beyond yourselves;

²⁶ So I presume that this is good for the present necessity - that this is good for a human thus to be. ²⁷ Are you bound to a woman? Seek not to be loosed. Are you loosed from a woman? Seek not a woman. ²⁸ But and whenever you marry, you sin not; and whenever a virgin marries, she sins not: and such have tribulation in the flesh: and I spare you. ²⁹ And I say this, brothers, the season is shortened: finally, that both whoever have women be as not having; ³⁰ and whoever weeps as not weeping; and whoever cheers as not cheering; and whoever buys as not holding; ³¹ and whoever uses this cosmos as not abusing: for the configuration of this cosmos passes away. ³² But I will that you be unanxious. whoever is unmarried is anxious for that of Adonay - how to please Adonay:

⁶ but reverence with selfcontentment is mega gain. ⁷ For we brought naught into this cosmos and it is evident we can bring naught forth. ⁸ And having sustenance and covering, be satisfied. ⁹ And whoever wills to be rich falls into testing and a snare; and into many mindless and injurious pantings, which sink humanity in ruin and destruction.

⁵ Your manner, unavaricious; being satisfied with the present. For he said, I neither no way let loose of you nor no way forsake.
