²⁵ he spreads his hand against El and prevails mightily against Shadday.

² And Paroh says, Who is Yah Veh, that I hear his voice to send Yisra El away? I neither know Yah Veh nor send I Yisra El away. ³ And they say, Elohim of the Hebrews met with us: let us go, we beseech you, a journey of three days into the wilderness and sacrifice to Yah Veh our Elohim; lest he encounter us with pestilence or with the sword.

¹⁷ Still, you exalt yourself against my people, in that you send them not away.

²³ And if by these, you are not disciplined by me, and walk contrary to me,

⁷ and the Peleshethiy awe, for they say, Elohim comes into the camp. And they say, Woe to us! for such never became since three yesters ago. ⁸ Woe to us! Who rescues us from the hand of these mighty elohim - these elohim who smote the Misrayim with all the strokes in the wilderness? ⁹ Strengthen! Become men, O you Peleshethiy! - that you not be servants to the Hebrews as they served you. Become men! And fight!

⁶ Why callous your hearts, as the Misrayim and Paroh calloused their hearts? When he exploited among them, sent they not the people away - and they went?

⁴ He is wise in heart and strong in force. Who hardens against him and shalams?

⁹ then he tells them their deeds and their rebellions because they prevail mightily:

⁹ Have you an arm like El? Thunder with a voice like him? ¹⁰ I beseech, adorn yourself with pomp and loftiness; enrobe yourself with majesty and honor; ¹¹ scatter the fury of your wrath; see everyone who is pompous and abase him;

⁷ behold the mighty who sets not Elohim as his stronghold - who confides in the abundance of his riches - who strengthens himself in his calamity.

⁹ they set their mouth against the heavens and their tongue walks through the earth.

¹¹ And they say, How knows El? Is there knowledge in Elyon?

⁹ Be broken, O you people - be broken; and hearken, all you of lands afar: gird, and be broken; gird, and be broken: ¹⁰ in counselling, counsel; and it breaks; word the word, and it rises not: for El is with us.

I Yah Veh, the first, and the final; I am he. ⁵ The islands see and awe; the ends of the earth tremble, they approach; yes, they come. ⁶ Every man helps his friend; and says to his brother, Courage! ⁷ And the engraver strengthens the refiner, and him who smoothes with the hammer and him who hammers the anvil, saying, Good to join/unite: and he strengthens it with nails, that it topple not.

²³ and you lift yourself against the Master of the heavens; and they bring the vessels of his house in front of you; and you and your nobles, your mistresses and your concubines drink fermentation in them; and you laud the elahim of silver and gold, of copper, iron, timber and stone, which neither see nor hear nor know: and Elah in whose hand your breath is, and whose all your ways are, you esteem not.

¹³ Your words prevail against me, says Yah Veh. Yet you say, What word we against you?

⁵ And he says, Who are you, Adonay? And Adonay says, I AM Yah Shua whom you persecute: it is hard for you to heel against the stings.
