⁹ And the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad and the half scion of Menash Sheh return and come from the sons of Yisra El - from Shiloh in the land of Kenaan, to go to the land of Gilad - to the land of their possession whereof they possess according to the mouth of Yah Veh by the hand of Mosheh.

SONS OF YISRA EL DISPUTE OVER LAND
And the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad have mighty mighty many chattel: and when they see the land of Yazer and the land of Gilad, and behold, the place is a place for chattel;

²⁶ our toddlers, our women, our chattel and all our animals, be there in the cities of Gilad:

²⁹ and Mosheh says to them, If the sons of Gad and the sons of Reu Ben pass over Yarden with you, every man equipped to war, at the face of Yah Veh, and the land subdues at your face; then give them the land of Gilad for a possession:

³⁹ And the sons of Machir the son of Menash Sheh goes to Gilad and captures it and dispossesses the Emoriy therein. ⁴⁰ And Mosheh gives Gilad to Machir the son of Menash Sheh; and he settles therein.

¹⁵ and I gave Gilad to Machir: ¹⁶ and to the Reu Beniy and to the Gadiy I gave from Gilad even to the wadi Arnon - to the middle of the wadi and the border even to the wadi Yabboq, which is the border of the sons of Ammon;

¹¹ and Gilad and the border of the Geshuriy and Maachahiy and all mount Hermon and all Bashan to Salchah;

²⁵ and their border: Yazer and all the cities of Gilad and half the land of the sons of Ammon to Aroer at the face of Rabbah;

³¹ and half Gilad and Ashtaroth and Edrei, cities of the sovereigndom of Og in Bashan sons of Machir the son of Menash Sheh, to the one half of the sons of Machir by their families.

⁷ Gilad is mine and Menash Sheh is mine; and Ephrayim is the stronghold of my head: Yah Hudah is my statute setter;
