⁵ Neither trust in a friend nor confide in a chiliarch: guard the opening of your mouth from her who lies in your bosom: ⁶ for son disgraces father; daughter rises against her mother; the daughter in law against her mother in law; the enemies of a man are the men of his own house.

And the brother betrays the brother to death; and the father the child: and the children attack their parents; and have them deathified:

³⁵ For I come to alienate a human against his father and the daughter against her mother and the bride against her mother in law: ³⁶ and the foes of a human are they of his own household.

⁶ and blessed - whoever is not scandalized in me.

²¹ yet has he no root in himself but is temporary: for when tribulation or persecution become because of the word, he is straightway scandalized.

⁵⁷ - and they are scandalized in him. And Yah Shua says to them, A prophet is not dishonored except in his own fatherland and in his own house.

²¹ And as they eat, he says, Amen! I word to you, This night, ere the rooster voices, you utterly deny me thrice.
