² and Hanani, one of my brothers, comes - he and men of Yah Hudah; and I ask them concerning the Yah Hudiym who escaped - who survived of the captivity and concerning Yeru Shalem.

⁸ And now for a little blink, supplication becomes from Yah Veh our Elohim - to allow escapees to survive, and to give us a stake in his holies, so that our Elohim lighten our eyes, and give us a little invigoration in our servitude. ⁹ For we are servants; yet our Elohim forsakes us not in our servitude; but spreads us mercy at the face of the sovereigns of Persia - to give us an invigoration - to lift the house of our Elohim and to stand the parched areas thereof and to give us a wall in Yah Hudah and in Yeru Shalem.

¹⁴ - return we to break your misvoth and intermarry with the people of these abhorrences? Are you not angry with us - to finish us off so that there is neither survivor nor escapee?

² and I misvah my brother Hanani and Hanan Yah the governor of the palace concerning Yeru Shalem: for he is a man of truth and awes Elohim above many.

⁶ Ask for the shalom of Yeru Shalem; they who love you are content: ⁷ shalom be within your trenches and serenity within your citadels: ⁸ for sake of my brothers and friends I beseech a word, Shalom - within you. ⁹ Because of the house of Yah Veh our Elohim I seek your good.

⁵ If I forget you, O Yeru Shalem, my right forgets: ⁶ if I remember you not, my tongue adheres to my palate - if I ascend not Yeru Shalem, above the head of my cheer.

¹⁴ so that not one of the survivors of Yah Hudah, who go into the land of Misrayim to sojourn there - escapees or survivors return to the land of Yah Hudah, to which they lifted their soul to return to settle there: for no one returns except such as escape.

⁹ and the escapees among the goyim remember me where they are captured, because I am broken with their whorish heart who turn aside from me; and with their eyes which whore after their idols: and they loathe at the face of the evils they worked in all their abhorrences;

¹⁶ and the escapees escape, and are on the mountains as doves of the valleys - all of them roaring - every man for his perversity:

²⁶ In that day, the escapees come to you, so that you hear with ears: ²⁷ in that day you open your mouth to the escapees, and word - muted no more: and you become an omen to them; and they know I - Yah Veh.
