¹² How can I myself alone bear your pressure and your burden and your disputes?

² I say to Elohah, Judge me not wicked; let me know why you contend with me.

³ If, O Yah, you regard perversities, O Adonay, who stands?

² And enter not into judgment with your servant; for at your face no one living is justified;

¹⁰ Woe is me, my mother, that you birthed me - a man of strife and a man of contention to the whole earth! I neither lent on usury nor men lent to me on usury; every one of them abases me.

¹⁸ Why becomes my pain perpetual and my wound incurable - refusing to be healed? - altogether to me as a liar, and as waters not trustworthy?

THE COMPLAINT OF YIRME YAH
O Yah Veh, you delude me and I am deluded: you are stronger than I and you prevail: I am ridiculed daily; every one derides me: ⁸ for I word enough; I call out; I cry violence and ravage; because of the word of Yah Veh is a reproach to me; and a ridicule, daily. ⁹ Then I say, I neither mention him, nor word any more in his name: and it is in my heart as a burning fire restrained in my bones: and I am weary with containing and I am not able:

¹⁴ Curse the day I was birthed; bless not the day my mother birthed me. ¹⁵ Curse the man who evangelized to my father, saying, A male son is birthed to you; in cheering, cheer him: ¹⁶ so be that man, as the cities Yah Veh turned against and sighed not - to hear the cry in the morning, and the shout at noon time: ¹⁷ because he executed me not from the womb that my mother become my tomb and her womb eternally great. ¹⁸ Why came I forth from the womb - to see toil and grief? To finish off my days with shame?

²² The mercies of Yah Veh! We are not consumed, because his tender mercies never finish: ²³ new by mornings; how great your trustworthiness.

³⁹ Why sighs any living human - the mighty for his sins? ⁴⁰ We search our ways and probe and return to Yah Veh;

¹⁴ You say, It is vain to serve Elohim! and, What greedy gain is it to guard his guard, and to walk darkly at the face of Yah Veh Sabaoth?

²⁸ except apart from those that conspire upon me daily; the anxieties of all the ecclesiae.
