And Mosheh words to the heads of the rods concerning the sons of Yisra El, saying, This is the word Yah Veh misvahs: ² When a man vows a vow to Yah Veh, or oaths an oath to bind a bond on his soul, he profanes not his word; he works according to all proceeding from his mouth. ³ And when a woman vows a vow to Yah Veh, and in her youth binds a bond in the house of her father; ⁴ and her father hears the vow and the bond she binds on her soul, and her father hushes; then all her vows become raised: and every bond she binds on her soul becomes raised. ⁵ And if, in the day he hears, her father disallows her; none of her vows or of the bonds she binds on her soul become raised: and Yah Veh forgives her, because her father disallowed her. ⁶ And if she becomes to a man, and her vows are on her, or binds the utterance of her lips on her soul; ⁷ and her man hears, and in the day he hears, hushes; then her vows become raised and the bonds she binds on her soul become raised: ⁸ and if, on the day he hears, her man disallows her, then he breaks the vow she vowed and the utterance of her lips she bound on her soul; and Yah Veh forgives her. ⁹ And the vow of a widow or an expelled, all she binds on her soul becomes raised against her: ¹⁰ and if she vowed in the house of her man, or bound a bond on her soul with an oath; ¹¹ and her man hears, and hushes at her, and disallows her not; then all her vows become raised and every bond she bound on her soul becomes raised. ¹² And if in breaking, her man breaks them on the day he hears them; then whatever proceeded from her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond on her soul, becomes not raised: her man broke them and Yah Veh forgives her. ¹³ Every vow and every bonded oath to humble the soul, her man raises or her man breaks. ¹⁴ And if in hushing, her man hushes at her day by day; then he raises all her vows and all her bonds being on her: he raises them because he hushed at her in the day he heard them. ¹⁵ And if in breaking, he breaks them after he hears them; then he bears her perversity. ¹⁶ These are the statutes Yah Veh misvahed Mosheh between a man and his woman, between the father and his daughter, still in her youth in the house of her father.

¹³ Give wise and discerning men, known among your scions; and I set them heads over you. ¹⁴ And you answered me and said, The word you speak is good to work. ¹⁵ And I took the head of your scions wise men and known and gave them heads over you - governors over thousands and governors over hundreds and governors over fifties and governors over tens and officers among your scions. ¹⁶ And I misvahed your judges at that time, saying, Hearken between your brothers and judge justness between every man and his brother and the sojourner with him: ¹⁷ recognize not faces in judgment; and hear the small as well as the great: fear not the face of man; for the judgment is of Elohim: and for the word that is too hard for you, approach me and I hear it.

²⁰ And Yaaqov vows a vow, saying, Elohim is with me and guards me in this way I go and gives me bread to eat and clothing to enrobe, ²¹ so that I return to the house of my father in shalom; then Yah Veh becomes my Elohim: ²² and this stone, which I set for a monolith, becomes Beth Elohim: and of all you give me, in tithing, I tithe to you.

⁷ Bear not the name of Yah Veh your Elohim in defamation; for Yah Veh exonerates him not who bears his name in defamation.

⁴ Or if a soul oath, pronouncing with his lips to vilify or to well-please - whatever a human pronounces with an oath and it is concealed from him - when he knows thereof, he guilts in one of these.

² Word to the sons of Yisra El and say to them, When a man marvels a vow, the souls are to Yah Veh by your appraisal. ³ And your appraisal, if a male, a son of twenty years even to a son of sixty years, your appraisal, fifty shekels of silver after the shekel of the holies. ⁴ And if a female, your appraisal, thirty shekels. ⁵ And if a son, of five years even to a son of twenty years, your appraisal of the male, twenty shekels and for the female, ten shekels. ⁶ And if a son, of a month to a son of five years, then your appraisal of the male, five shekels of silver and your appraisal for the female, three shekels of silver. ⁷ And if a son, sixty years and above, if a male, your appraisal, fifteen shekels and for the female, ten shekels. ⁸ And if he impoverishes beyond your appraisal, then he stands at the face of the priest; and the priest appraises him; according to his mouth who vows what his hand attained the priest appraises him. ⁹ And if an animal, whereof they oblate a qorban to Yah Veh, all of such that he gives to Yah Veh becomes holy: ¹⁰ he neither changes nor exchanges a good for an evil or an evil for a good: and if in exchanging, he exchanges animal for animal, then it and the exchange thereof become holy. ¹¹ And if any foul animal, of which they oblate not a qorban to Yah Veh, then he stands the animal at the face of the priest: ¹² and the priest appraises, whether good or evil: and as the appraisal of the priest, so be it. ¹³ And if in redeeming, he redeems it, then he adds a fifth to your appraisal. ¹⁴ And if a man hallows his house to become holy to Yah Veh, then the priest appraises, whether good or evil: as the priest appraises, so be it raised. ¹⁵ And if he who hallows redeems his house, then he adds the fifth of the silver of your appraisal and it becomes his. ¹⁶ And if a man hallows a field of his possession to Yah Veh, then your appraisal, according to the mouth of the seed thereof - a chomer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver. ¹⁷ If he hallows his field from the year of jubilee, according to your appraisal, so be it raised. ¹⁸ And if he hallows his field after the jubilee, then the priest fabricates to him the silver according to the mouth of the years remaining to the year of the jubilee and it diminishes from your appraisal. ¹⁹ And if in redeeming, he who hallows the field redeems it, then he adds the fifth of the silver of your appraisal: and so be it raised to him. ²⁰ And if he redeems not the field, or if he sells the field to another man, it is not redeemed any more: ²¹ and the field, when it goes out in the jubilee, becomes holy to Yah Veh, a field devoted; the possession thereof becomes to the priest. ²² And if one hallows a field of his chattel to Yah Veh, not of the fields of his possession; ²³ then the priest fabricates to him the value of your appraisal to the year of the jubilee: and he gives your appraisal in that day as a holies to Yah Veh. ²⁴ In the year of the jubilee the field returns to him of whom it was chatteled - to whom the possession of the land was. ²⁵ And all your appraisals become according to the shekel of the holies - twenty gerahs be the shekel. ²⁶ Only the firstling of the animals - the firstling of Yah Veh, no man hallows - whether ox, or lamb - it becomes to Yah Veh. ²⁷ And if of a foul animal, then he redeems it according to your appraisal and adds a fifth: or if not redeemed, then it is sold according to your appraisal. ²⁸ Only naught devoted - that a man devotes to Yah Veh of all he has - from human to animal and of the field of his possession is ever sold or redeemed: all that is devoted becomes a holy of holies to Yah Veh. ²⁹ Naught devoted - devoted by humanity, is redeemed: but in deathifying, is deathified. ³⁰ And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, becomes to Yah Veh - holy to Yah Veh. ³¹ And if in redeeming, he redeems of his tithes, he adds the fifth. ³² And all the tithe of the oxen and of the flock, - whatever passes under the scion, the tenth becomes holy to Yah Veh. ³³ He neither searches whether good or evil, nor exchanges: and if in exchanging, he exchanges it, then both it and the exchange become holy; - not redeemed. ³⁴ These are the misvoth, Yah Veh misvahed Mosheh for the sons of Yisra El in mount Sinay.

² And Yisra El vows a vow to Yah Veh and says, If in giving, you give this people into my hand, then I devote their cities.

THE TORAH ON VOWS When you vow a vow to Yah Veh your Elohim, delay not to shalam it: for in requiring, Yah Veh your Elohim requires of you; and it becomes sin in you: ²² and when you cease to vow it becomes not sin in you. ²³ Guard and work what proceeds from your lips as you vow to Yah Veh your Elohim - even the voluntary you word with your mouth.

¹¹ And Yiphtach goes with the elders of Gilad; and the people set him their head and commander: and Yiphtach words all his words at the face of Yah Veh in Mispeh.

THE VOW OF JUDGE YIPHTACH
And Yiphtach vows a vow to Yah Veh and says, If in giving you give the sons of Ammon into my hands, ³¹ then so be it, whatever comes from the doors of my house to meet me when I return in shalom from the sons of Ammon becomes to Yah Veh; and I holocaust it for a holocaust.

³⁵ and so be it, when he sees her, he rips his clothes and says, Aha, my daughter! In kneeling, I kneel and you become the one for whom I kneel: for I gaped my mouth to Yah Veh and I cannot turn back. ³⁶ And she says to him, My father, you gaped your mouth to Yah Veh: work to me what comes from your mouth; since Yah Veh worked vengeance for you on your enemies the sons of Ammon.

³⁹ And so be it, at the end of two months, she returns to her father, who worked with her the vow he vowed: and she knew not a man. And it is a statute in Yisra El,

²⁷ Intreat to him and he hears you shalam your vows:

³ He neither steps with his tongue nor works evil to his friend nor lifts a reproach against his neighbour.

²⁵ My halal is of you in the great congregation; I shalam my vows in front of them who awe him.

¹⁴ Sacrifice spread hands to Elohim; shalam your vows to Elyon;

²⁰ he spreads his hands against such as are at shalom with him; he profanes his covenant;

¹² Your vows are on me, O Elohim; I shalam spread hands to you:

¹³ I enter your house with holocausts; I shalam you my vows: ¹⁴ my lips gasp and my mouth words in my tribulation:

¹¹ vow and shalam to Yah Veh your Elohim all you who surround him: bring presents to the awesome one.

¹⁴ I shalam my vows to Yah Veh in the presence of all his people.

¹⁸ I shalam my vows to Yah Veh in the presence of all his people

¹⁰⁶ I oath and I raise to guard your judgments of justness:

²⁵ It is a snare to the human who hastily chews what is holy and vows to search afterward.

⁴ When you vow a vow to Elohim, defer not to shalam; for he delights not in fools: shalam your vow. ⁵ Better not to vow, than to vow and not shalam.

¹⁵ Behold, on the mountains the feet of him who evangelizes, who hearkens, Shalom! O Yah Hudah, celebrate your celebrations! Shalam your vows! for Beli Yaal adds not to pass through you; he is utterly cut off.

OATHING
Again, you heard it rhetorized to the ancients, Oath not; but give back your oaths to Yah Veh. ^{Leviticus 19:12, Numbers 30:2, Deuteronomy 23:21 34} But I word to you, Oath not at all; neither in the the heavens; for it is the throne of Elohim:

⁷ whereupon he professes with an oath to give her whatever she asks. ⁸ And she, being previously instigated by her mother, Give me here, she says, the head of Yahn the Baptizer on a platter. ⁹ And the sovereign sorrows: nevertheless for sake of the oath and them who repose with him, he summons to give it to her:

¹⁶ Woe to You, you blind guides, who word, Whoever oaths in the nave, it is naught; but whoever oaths in the gold of the nave, is a debtor.

¹⁸ And, Whoever oaths in the sacrifice altar, it is naught; but whoever oaths in the oblation thereon, is a debtor.

THE COALITION OF THE YAH HUDIYM
And being day, some of the Yah Hudiym make a coalition and anathematize themselves, wording to neither eat nor drink until they slaughter Paulos:

¹⁴ And they come to the archpriests and elders, and say, We anathematized ourselves under a great anathema, to taste naught until we slaughter Paulos:

²¹ so let them not convince you: for more than forty of their men lurk for him, who anathematized themselves to neither eat nor drink until they take him out: and now they are prepared - awaiting a pre-evangelism from you.

²³ And I call Elohim for a witness upon my soul, so as to spare you, I came no more to Corinth.

⁹ exactly as scribed, He scatters abroad; he gives to the toiling: his justness abides to the eons. ^{Psalm 112:9 10} Now whoever contributes sperma to the sower both supplies bread to eat and multiplies your spores and grows the produce of your justness; ¹¹ being enriched to all liberality, which, through us, works eucharist to Elohim.

⁶ For I desire mercy and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of Elohim more than holocausts.

⁴ For Elohim misvahed, wording, Honor your father and mother: and, Whoever vilifies father or mother, deathify him to death. ⁵ But you word, Whoever says to his father or his mother, An oblation - by whatever you benefit by me; ⁶ and in no way honors his father or his mother. - thus you invalidate the misvah of Elohim for your tradition. ^{Exodus 20:12, 21:17}

¹⁰ for Mosheh said, Honor your father and your mother; and, Whoever vilifies father or mother, dies the death. ^{Exodus 20:12, 21:17, Leviticus 20:9 11} But you word, Whenever a human says to his father or mother, Qurban! which is, Oblation, by whatever you benefit; ¹² and you allow him no more to do aught for his father or his mother; ¹³ invalidating the word of Elohim through your tradition - which you betray: and you do many like such.

¹ Children, obey your parents in Adonay: for this is just.

¹⁶ To the woman he says, In abounding, I abound your contortion and your conception; in contortion, birth your sons; and your desire is to your man and he reigns over you.

⁴ The woman has not authority of her own body - but the man: and likewise also the man has not authority of his own body - but the woman.

³⁴ Hush your women in the ecclesiae: allow them not to speak; but they are to subjugate, exactly as the torah also words.

SUBJUGATING
Women, subjugate yourselves to your own men as to Adonay. ²³ For the man is the head of the woman, exactly as the Messiah is the head of the ecclesia; and he is the saviour of the body: ²⁴ Rather, exactly as the ecclesia subjugates to the Messiah, even thus the women to their own men in all.

⁷ They neither take a woman whore or profane nor take they a woman expelled from her man: for he is holy unto his Elohim.

³⁷ and she is a widow of about eighty-four years who departs not from the priestal precinct, but liturgizes Elohim with fastings and petitions night and day.

² For the woman under man is bound to her man by the torah; but whenever the man dies, she is inactivated from the torah of her man.

²⁵ And the priest kapars/atones for all the witness of the sons of Yisra El and they are forgiven; for it is an inadvertent error: and they bring their qorban, a firing to Yah Veh and that for their sin at the face of Yah Veh, for their inadvertent error:

²⁸ And the priest kapars/atones for the soul who errs inadvertently, when he sins by inadvertent error at the face of Yah Veh, to kapar/atone for him; and he is forgiven.

⁵ And if, in the day he hears, her father disallows her; none of her vows or of the bonds she binds on her soul become raised: and Yah Veh forgives her, because her father disallowed her.

⁸ and if, on the day he hears, her man disallows her, then he breaks the vow she vowed and the utterance of her lips she bound on her soul; and Yah Veh forgives her.

³ But I will you to know, that the head of every man is the Messiah; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Messiah is Elohim.

ANNUAL KOPER/ATONEMENT
And this becomes an eternal statute to you: in the seventh month, on the tenth of the month, humble your souls and work no work, whether native or sojourner sojourning among you:

²⁷ Only, on the tenth of this seventh month is Yom Kippurim - a holy convocation to you: humble your souls and oblate a firing to Yah Veh:

³² It is a shabbath of shabbathism to you to humble your souls: in the ninth of the month, at evening, from evening to evening, shabbathize your shabbath.

HOLY CONVOCATIONS TO YAH VEH
And on the tenth of this seventh month, have a holy convocation and humble your souls: work no work:

²¹ And I call a fast there at the river of Ahava to humble ourselves at the face of our Elohim - to seek of him a straight way for us and for our toddlers and for all our acquisition:

¹³ And I, in their sickness, enrobe with saq; I humble my soul with fasting: and my prayer returns into my own bosom.

⁵ Is this such a fast as I chose? A day for humanity to humble his soul? To bow the head as a bulrush and to spread saq and ashes? Call you this a fast - a day of pleasure to Yah Veh?

⁵ Cheat not one another, except somehow ever by symphonizing for a season, that you have leisure for fasting and prayer; and come together again - lest Satan test you for your restraint.

⁹ indeed man was not created for the woman; but woman for the man.

SUBJUGATING IN RELATIONSHIPS
Likewise, women: subjugate yourselves to your own men; that even if any distrust the word, they also be gained without the word through the behavior of the women; ² While in awe, they observe your hallowed behavior: ³ whose cosmos is not outward - of braiding the hair and of wrapping around of gold or of enduing garments: ⁴ but that secret human of the heart in what is incorruptible - of a meek and quiet spirit which is vastly precious in the sight of Elohim. ⁵ For thus also in the old time the holy women who hoped in Elohim adorned themselves; subjugating to their own men ⁶ - as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him adoni: of whom you became children - as long as you do good and are not awestricken of any terror.

¹ And when another soul sins - and he hears or witnesses the voice of oathing - if he sees or knows thereof - and if he tells not he bears his perversity.

¹² And if in breaking, her man breaks them on the day he hears them; then whatever proceeded from her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond on her soul, becomes not raised: her man broke them and Yah Veh forgives her.

²⁸ There is neither Yah Hudiy nor Hellene; there is neither bond nor liberated; there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Messiah Yah Shua;

⁴⁶ This is the torah of the animals and of the flyers and of every living soul creeping in the waters and of every soul teeming on the earth: ⁴⁷ to separate between the foul and between the pure and between the live being to eat and between the live being not to eat.

⁵⁹ This is the torah of the plague of leprosy in clothes of woollen or flaxen either in the warp or woof or any instrument of skins - to pronounce it purified, or to pronounce it foul.

⁵⁴ This is the torah for all plague of leprosy and scall ⁵⁵ and for the leprosy of clothes and of a house ⁵⁶ and for a swelling and for a scab and for a bright spot: ⁵⁷ to point out when it becomes foul and when it becomes pure: - the torah of leprosy.

³² This is the torah of him who fluxes and of him whose seed of copulation goes from him and fouls therewith: ³³ and of her who is menstrous of her exclusion and of him who fluxes the flux - of the man and of the female and of him who lies with her who is foul.

²⁹ This is the torah of suspicions, when a woman deviates instead of her man and fouls; ³⁰ or when the spirit of suspicion passes on a man and he becomes suspicious of his woman and stands the woman at the face of Yah Veh and the priest works all this torah on her.
