¹⁰⁰ I discern more than the elders; because I guard your precepts:

⁹ What know you, that we know not? - what discern you, that is not in us? ¹⁰ With us are both the grayed and the aged, more advanced in days than your father.

²⁸ And to humanity he says, Behold, to Adonay is wisdom; and to turn aside from evil, discernment.

⁴ And Eli Hu waits until Iyob words, because they are elder than he by days.

⁷ I say, Days word; and abundance of years make wisdom known. ⁸ Surely there is a spirit in man; and the breath of Shadday gives discernment. ⁹ Neither the great enwisen nor the aged discern judgment. ¹⁰ So I say, Hearken to me; I also show my knowledge.

¹⁰ The awe of Yah Veh is the beginning of wisdom; all who work them have good comprehension; his halal stands eternal.

⁸ How say you, We are wise and the torah of Yah Veh is with us? Behold, surely it works falsehood; the false stylus of the scribes works falsehood. ⁹ The wise shame: they are dismayed and captured: behold, they spurn the word of Yah Veh; and what wisdom is in them?

So everyone - whoever hears my words and does them, I liken to a thoughtful man, who builds his house on a rock:

¹³ Who among you, is wise and understanding? Show your works from a good behavior in meekness of wisdom.
