⁵ For they neither discern the deeds of Yah Veh nor the work of his hands; he demolishes them and builds them not.

²³ Surely there is neither prognostication against Yaaqov, nor any divination against Yisra El: according to this time it is said of Yaaqov and of Yisra El, What El works!

¹³ he builds a house for my name and I establish the throne of his sovereigndom eternally.

²⁷ For you, O Yah Veh Sabaoth, Elohim of Yisra El, exposed in the ear of your servant, saying, I build you a house: therefore your servant finds in his heart to pray this prayer to you.

³⁸ and so be it, if you hearken to all I misvah you and walk in my ways and work straight in my eyes - to guard my statutes and my misvoth as David my servant worked; I am with you and build you a trustworthy house as I built for David; and give Yisra El to you:

²⁶ He slaps them as wicked in the place of seeing; ²⁷ because they turn back from after him and comprehend none of his ways;

³ For I see your heavens, the work of your fingers; the moon and the stars, you established!

⁵ his ways writhe at all times. Your judgments in the heights are from his sight; as for all his tribulators, he puffs at them.

¹ To His Eminence; A Psalm by David. The heavens scribe the honor of El; and the expanse tells his handiwork. ² Day to day gushes sayings and night to night shows knowledge.

⁴ For you, O Yah Veh, cheer me through your deeds; I shout in the works of your hands. ⁵ O Yah Veh, how your works greaten! How mightily your fabrications deepen! ⁶ Neither the stupid man knows; nor the fool discerns this:

²⁴ O Yah Veh, how your works abound by the myriads! In wisdom you worked them all; the earth is full of your chattel:

² The works of Yah Veh are great - sought by all who delight therein: ³ his deed is honorable and majestic and his justness stands eternal: ⁴ he worked his marvels - a memorial; Yah Veh is charismatic and merciful.

¹² and the harp and the bagpipe, the tambourine and pipe and wine are in their banquets: yes, they neither scan the deeds of Yah Veh nor see the work of his hands.

¹¹ and you work a reservoir between the two walls for the water of the old pool: and you neither look to the worker, nor see to him who formed it in the distant past.

⁹ With my soul I desire you in the night; yes, with my spirit within me I seek you early: for when your judgments are in the earth, the settlers of the world learn justness. ¹⁰ To the wicked, you grant charism; yet he learns not justness: in the land of straightforwardness he deals wickedly, and sees not the pomp of Yah Veh. ¹¹ Yah Veh, your hand is lifted; they see not: they see and shame for their envy at the people; yes, the fire of your tribulators consumes them.

²⁶ Lift your eyes on high, and see who created these; who brings out their host by number: - calls them all by names by the greatness of his strength - for he is strong in force; no man lacks.

⁸ Drip, you heavens, from above; and the vapours, flow justness: earth opens and bears fruit of salvation; and justness sprouts together: I Yah Veh created it.

¹² I worked the earth, and created humanity thereon: I, my hands, spread the heavens, and all their host I misvahed.

¹⁸ For thus says Yah Veh who created the heavens; Elohim himself who formed the earth and worked it; he established it; he created it not a waste; he formed it to settle therein: I - Yah Veh; and there is no one else.

¹² He worked the earth by his force; he established the world by his wisdom; and spread the heavens by his discernment. ¹³ He gives his voice; there is a multitude of waters in the heavens: and he ascends the vapours from the ends of the earth: he works lightnings with rain and brings forth the wind from his treasures.

⁴ in building, I build you again, O virgin of Yisra El: adorn you again with your tambourines and you come forth in the round dancing of entertainers:

²⁰ who set signs and omens in the land of Misrayim to this day; and in Yisra El and among humanity; and worked a name, as this day; ²¹ and brought forth your people Yisra El from the land of Misrayim with signs and with omens; and with a strong hand and with a spread arm and with great awesomeness;

⁹ Who is wise, and discerns these? Discerns, and knows them? For straight are the ways of Yah Veh and the just walk therein: and the rebels falter therein.

³⁷ But though he does so many signs in front of them yet they trust not in him:

²⁰ For his invisibles from the creation of the cosmos are clearly seen being comprehended by his doings - both his eternal dynamis and divinity; so that they are inexcusable:

²⁸ And exactly as they approve to not regard Elohim in knowledge, Elohim surrenders them to a disapproved mind, to do what is not becoming;

¹⁹ and the exceeding magnitude of his dynamis to us who trust, according to the energizing of his mighty might, ²⁰ which he energized in the Messiah when he raised him from the dead and sat him at his right in the heavenlies, ²¹ far above all hierarchies and authority and dynamis and lordship and every name that is named - not only in this eon but also in the coming:
