² For I say, your mercy builds eternally; your trustworthiness establishes in the very heavens:

¹⁹ El is neither a man, that he lies; nor the son of humanity, that he sighs: Says he ever, and not work? Or words he ever, and it not rise?

⁵ and say, I beseech you, O Yah Veh Elohim of the heavens - the great and awesome El who guards covenant and mercy for them who love him and guard his misvoth:

¹⁷ and refused to hearken; and remembered not the marvels you worked among them and hardened their necks; and in their rebellion gave a head to return them to their servitude. But you are an Elohah of forgivenesses, charismatic and merciful, slow to wrath and of great mercy and forsook them not.

³¹ and for sake of your great mercies you neither fully worked them over, nor forsook them; for you are a charismatic and merciful El.

⁵ Your mercy, O Yah Veh, is in the heavens; your trustworthiness to the vapours;

⁵ And the heavens spread hands to your marvels, O Yah Veh; to your trustworthiness in the congregation of the holy:

³⁷ - established eternally as the moon and as a trustworthy witness in the vapours. Selah.

¹⁷ and the mercy of Yah Veh from eternity to eternity on them who awe him: and his justness to sons of sons

⁸⁹ LAMED. Eternally, O Yah Veh, your word is stationed in the heavens;

⁶ - who worked the heavens and earth, the sea and all therein: who guards truth eternally;

³⁵ the heavens and earth pass but my words never no way pass:

⁵⁰ And his mercy is on them who awe him from generation to generation.

⁶ to the halal of the glory of his charism, wherein he charised us in the beloved: ⁷ in whom we have redemption through his blood - the forgiveness of backslidings according to the riches of his charism;

¹⁸ that through two immutable matters, in which it is impossible for Elohim to lie, we who fled for refuge, have a mighty consolation to empower the hope set in front of us:
