³⁰ - when you are in tribulation and all these words find you - even in the final days, if you turn to Yah Veh your Elohim and hearken to his voice; ³¹
YAH VEH, A MERCIFUL EL for Yah Veh your Elohim is a merciful El; he neither lets you loose nor ruins you, nor forgets the covenant of your fathers which he oathed to them.

² and you return to Yah Veh your Elohim and hear his voice according to all I misvah you this day - you and your sons with all your heart and with all your soul; ³ then Yah Veh your Elohim turns your captivity and mercies you and returns and gathers you from all the goyim - wherever Yah Veh your Elohim scattered you: ⁴ and so be it, if you are expelled to the ends of the heavens, from thence Yah Veh your Elohim gathers you; and from thence he takes you: ⁵ and Yah Veh your Elohim brings you to possess the land your fathers possessed: and he well-pleases you and abounds you above your fathers: ⁶ and Yah Veh your Elohim circumcises your heart and the heart of your seed - to love Yah Veh your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul for your life: ⁷ and Yah Veh your Elohim gives all these oaths on your enemies and on them who hate you - who pursue you. ⁸ And you return and hear the voice of Yah Veh and work all his misvoth which I misvah you this day: ⁹ and Yah Veh your Elohim overflows you in every work of your hand - in the fruit of your belly and in the fruit of your animals and in the fruit of your soil, for good: for Yah Veh returns to rejoice over you for good, as he rejoiced over your fathers: ¹⁰ for you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim - to guard his misvoth and his statutes inscribed in this scroll of the torah: for you turn to Yah Veh your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul.

⁴⁷ and they turn their hearts to the land they were captured and turn and beseech to you in the land of them who captured them, saying, We sinned and perverted; we did wickedly; ⁴⁸ and return to you with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies who captured them; and pray to you toward the land you gave their fathers - the city you chose and the house I built for your name:

⁴ and in their tribulation they turn to Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El and seek him, and find him:

⁶ And the runners go with the epistles from the hand of the sovereign and his governors throughout all Yisra El and Yah Hudah; and according to the misvah of the sovereign, saying, You sons of Yisra El, return to Yah Veh Elohim of Abraham, Yischaq and Yisra El; and he returns your survivors - escapees from the palm of the sovereigns of Ashshur: ⁷ and be not like your fathers and like your brothers, who treasoned against Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers, and he gave them to desolation - as you see. ⁸ Now harden not your necks as your fathers; give your hand to Yah Veh and enter the holies he hallowed eternally: and serve Yah Veh your Elohim, to turn his fuming wrath from you. ⁹ For if you return to Yah Veh, he mercies your brothers and your sons at the face of their captors, to return to this land: for Yah Veh your Elohim is charismatic and merciful and turns not his face from you, if you return to him.

²⁸ and they rested; and returned to work evil at your face: and you left them in the hand of their enemies to subjugate them: and they returned and cried to you and you heard from the heavens; and many times you rescued them according to your mercies:

⁶ You, turn to him from whom the sons of Yisra El deepen revolt:

⁶ Seek Yah Veh while he is to be found; call on him while he is near: ⁷ the wicked forsake his way; and the man of mischief, his fabrications: and he returns to Yah Veh, and he mercies him; and to our Elohim, for he abounds to forgive.

¹² Go and call out these words northward, and say, Return, you apostate Yisra El - an oracle of Yah Veh. I fell not my face on you: for I am merciful - an oracle of Yah Veh. I guard not eternally: ¹³ only, acknowledge your perversity, that you rebel against Yah Veh your Elohim and scatter your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and hearken not to my voice - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹⁴ Turn, O apostate sons - an oracle of Yah Veh for I am married to you: and I take you, one of a city and two of a family and I bring you to Siyon:

²² Return, you apostate sons, and I heal your apostasies. Behold, we come to you; for you are Yah Veh our Elohim.

YAH VEH PLEADS WITH YISRA EL
If you return, O Yisra El, - an oracle of Yah Veh return to me; and if you turn aside your abominations from my face, then you wander not:

¹⁵ And so be it, after I uproot them, I return and compassion them, return them - every man to his inheritance and every man to his land.

⁵ saying, Turn back, I beseech, every man from his evil way, and from the evil of your exploits, and settle in the soil Yah Veh I gave to you and to your fathers eternally and eternally:

¹² And you, call on me; and come and pray to me; and I hearken to you: ¹³ and you, seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart: ¹⁴ and you find me - an oracle of Yah Veh and I return your captivity and I gather you from all the goyim and from all the places I drove you - an oracle of Yah Veh and I return you to the place whence I exiled you;

¹⁸ In hearing, I hear Ephrayim wagging over himself; You disciplined me - disciplined me as a calf not trained: return me, and I return; for you are Yah Veh my Elohim. ¹⁹ Surely after I returned, I sighed; and after I was instructed, I slapped my flank: I shamed, yes, even confounded, because I bore the reproach of my youth. ²⁰ Is Ephrayim my esteemed son? A child of delights? For since I worded sufficient against him, in remembering, I remember him still: so my inwards trouble for him; In mercying, I mercy him - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁵ I also sent all my servants the prophets to you - starting early, and sending them, saying, Return, I beseech, every man from his evil way and well-prepare your exploits; and go not after other elohim to serve them; and settle in the soil I gave to you and to your fathers: and you neither spread your ear nor hearkened to me.

³⁹ Why sighs any living human - the mighty for his sins? ⁴⁰ We search our ways and probe and return to Yah Veh; ⁴¹ we lift our heart with palms to El in the heavens;

¹¹ Say to them, I live - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh, I delight not in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn - turn from your evil ways; for why die, O house of Yisra El?

THE CALL TO YISRA EL TO RETURN TO YAH VEH
Come, and return to Yah Veh: for he tears, and he heals us; he smites, and he binds us:

YAH VEH APPEALS TO YISRA EL
O Yisra El, return to Yah Veh your Elohim; for you falter by your perversity.

⁴ I heal their apostasy; I love them voluntarily: for my wrath turns from him.

¹² And also now - an oracle of Yah Veh you, turn to me with all your heart, and with fasting and with weeping and with chopping:

¹⁹ He restores; he mercies us: he subdues our perversities. You cast all their sins into the deep of the sea; ²⁰ You give truth to Yaaqov; mercy to Abraham - which you oathed to our fathers from the days of antiquity.

TITHING
Even from the days of your fathers you turn aside from my statutes and guard them not. Return to me and I return to you, says Yah Veh Sabaoth. And you say, Return in what?

¹⁸ I rise and go to my father, and say to him, Father, I sinned against the heavens and in your sight; ¹⁹ and am no more worthy to be called your son: make me as one of your hirelings. ²⁰ And he rises, and comes to his father. and still being afar, his father sees him and has a sympathetic spleen and runs and falls on his neck and ardently kisses him: ²¹ - and the son says to him, Father, I sinned against the heavens and in your sight and am no more worthy to be called your son. ²² But the father says to his servants, Bring the preeminent stole and endue him; and give a finger ring on his hand and shoes on his feet;

⁸ approach Elohim and he approaches you; purify your hands, sinners; and hallow your hearts, double souled; ⁹ be miserable and mourn and weep; overturn your laughter to mourning and your cheer to sadness; ¹⁰ humble yourselves in the sight of Yah Veh and he exalts you.
