  16 H3947 ולקחת And thou take H1323 מבנתיו of their daughters H1121 לבניך unto thy sons, H2181 וזנו go a whoring H1323 בנתיו and their daughters H310 אחרי after H430 אלהיהן their gods, H2181 והזנו go a whoring H853 את   H1121 בניך and make thy sons H310 אחרי after H430 אלהיהן׃ their gods.

  3 H3808 ולא Neither H2859 תתחתן shalt thou make marriages H1323 בם בתך with them; thy daughter H3808 לא thou shalt not H5414 תתן give H1121 לבנו unto his son, H1323 ובתו his daughter H3808 לא nor H3947 תקח shalt thou take H1121 לבנך׃ unto thy son.

  33 H8033 ושׁם And there H7200 ראינו we saw H853 את   H5303 הנפילים the giants, H1121 בני the sons H6061 ענק of Anak, H4480 מן of H5303 הנפלים the giants: H1961 ונהי and we were H5869 בעינינו in our own sight H2284 כחגבים as grasshoppers, H3651 וכן and so H1961 היינו we were H5869 בעיניהם׃ in their sight.

  2 H6965 ויקמו And they rose up H6440 לפני before H4872 משׁה Moses, H582 ואנשׁים   H1121 מבני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H2572 חמשׁים and fifty H3967 ומאתים two hundred H5387 נשׂיאי princes H5712 עדה of the assembly, H7148 קראי famous H4150 מועד in the congregation, H582 אנשׁי   H8034 שׁם׃ of renown:

  20 H776 ארץ a land H7497 רפאים of giants: H2803 תחשׁב was accounted H637 אף also H1931 הוא ( That H7497 רפאים giants H3427 ישׁבו dwelt H6440 בה לפנים therein in old time; H5984 והעמנים and the Ammonites H7121 יקראו call H1992 להם  

  21 H5971 עם A people H1419 גדול great, H7227 ורב and many, H7311 ורם and tall, H6062 כענקים as the Anakims; H8045 וישׁמידם destroyed H3068 יהוה but the LORD H6440 מפניהם them before H3423 ויירשׁם them; and they succeeded H3427 וישׁבו them, and dwelt H8478 תחתם׃ in their stead:

  11 H3588 כי For H7535 רק only H5747 עוג Og H4428 מלך king H1316 הבשׁן of Bashan H7604 נשׁאר remained H3499 מיתר of the remnant H7497 הרפאים of giants; H2009 הנה behold, H6210 ערשׂו his bedstead H6210 ערשׂ a bedstead H1270 ברזל of iron; H3808 הלה not H1931 הוא it H7237 ברבת in Rabbath H1121 בני of the children H5983 עמון of Ammon? H8672 תשׁע nine H520 אמות cubits H753 ארכה the length H702 וארבע thereof, and four H520 אמות cubits H7341 רחבה the breadth H520 באמת of it, after the cubit H376 אישׁ׃ of a man.

  4 H3318 ויצא And there went out H376 אישׁ a champion H1143 הבנים a champion H4264 ממחנות out of the camp H6430 פלשׁתים of the Philistines, H1555 גלית Goliath, H8034 שׁמו named H1661 מגת   H1363 גבהו whose height H8337 שׁשׁ six H520 אמות cubits H2239 וזרת׃ and a span.

  15 H1961 ותהי had H5750 עוד   H4421 מלחמה yet war H6430 לפלשׁתים Moreover the Philistines H854 את again with H3478 ישׂראל Israel; H3381 וירד went down, H1732 דוד and David H5650 ועבדיו and his servants H5973 עמו with H3898 וילחמו him, and fought against H854 את   H6430 פלשׁתים the Philistines: H5774 ויעף waxed faint. H1732 דוד׃ and David

  16 H3430 וישׁבו בנב And Ishbibenob, H834 אשׁר which H3211 בילידי of the sons H7497 הרפה   H4948 ומשׁקל the weight H7013 קינו of whose spear H7969 שׁלשׁ three H3967 מאות hundred H4948 משׁקל in weight, H5178 נחשׁת of brass H1931 והוא he H2296 חגור being girded H2319 חדשׁה with a new H559 ויאמר thought H5221 להכות to have slain H853 את   H1732 דוד׃ David.

  17 H5826 ויעזר succored H52 לו אבישׁי But Abishai H1121 בן the son H6870 צרויה of Zeruiah H5221 ויך him, and smote H853 את   H6430 הפלשׁתי the Philistine, H4191 וימיתהו and killed H227 אז him. Then H7650 נשׁבעו swore H376 אנשׁי the men H1732 דוד of David H559 לו לאמר unto him, saying, H3808 לא no H3318 תצא Thou shalt go H5750 עוד more H854 אתנו   H4421 למלחמה out with us to battle, H3808 ולא not H3518 תכבה that thou quench H853 את   H5216 נר the light H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  18 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H310 אחרי after H3651 כן this, H1961 ותהי that there was H5750 עוד again H4421 המלחמה a battle H1359 בגוב at Gob: H5973 עם with H6430 פלשׁתים the Philistines H227 אז then H5221 הכה slew H5444 סבכי Sibbechai H2843 החשׁתי the Hushathite H853 את   H5593 סף Saph, H834 אשׁר which H3211 בילדי of the sons H7497 הרפה׃  

  19 H1961 ותהי And there was H5750 עוד again H4421 המלחמה a battle H1359 בגוב in Gob H5973 עם with H6430 פלשׁתים the Philistines, H5221 ויך slew H445 אלחנן where Elhanan H1121 בן the son H3296 יערי ארגים of Jaare-oregim, H1022 בית הלחמי a Bethlehemite, H853 את   H1555 גלית Goliath H1663 הגתי the Gittite, H6086 ועץ the staff H2595 חניתו of whose spear H4500 כמנור beam. H707 ארגים׃ like a weaver's

  20 H1961 ותהי And there was H5750 עוד yet H4421 מלחמה a battle H1661 בגת in Gath, H1961 ויהי where was H376 אישׁ a man H4067 מדין   H676 ואצבעת fingers, H3027 ידיו that had on every hand H676 ואצבעות toes, H7272 רגליו and on every foot H8337 שׁשׁ six H8337 ושׁשׁ six H6242 עשׂרים and twenty H702 וארבע four H4557 מספר in number; H1571 וגם also H1931 הוא and he H3205 ילד was born H7497 להרפה׃  

  21 H2778 ויחרף And when he defied H853 את   H3478 ישׂראל Israel, H5221 ויכהו slew H3083 יהונתן Jonathan H1121 בן the son H8096 שׁמעי   H251 אחי the brother H1732 דוד׃ of David

  22 H853 את   H702 ארבעת four H428 אלה These H3205 ילדו were born H7497 להרפה   H1661 בגת in Gath, H5307 ויפלו and fell H3027 ביד by the hand H1732 דוד of David, H3027 וביד and by the hand H5650 עבדיו׃ of his servants.

  21 H7306 וירח smelled H3068 יהוה And the LORD H853 את   H7381 ריח savor; H5207 הניחח a sweet H559 ויאמר said H3068 יהוה and the LORD H413 אל in H3820 לבו his heart, H3808 לא I will not H3254 אסף again H7043 לקלל curse H5750 עוד any more H853 את   H127 האדמה the ground H5668 בעבור   H120 האדם of man's H3588 כי for H3336 יצר the imagination H3820 לב heart H120 האדם   H7451 רע evil H5271 מנעריו from his youth; H3808 ולא neither H3254 אסף will I again H5750 עוד any more H5221 להכות smite H853 את   H3605 כל every thing H2416 חי living, H834 כאשׁר as H6213 עשׂיתי׃ I have done.

  13 H376 ואנשׁי But the men H5467 סדם of Sodom H7451 רעים wicked H2400 וחטאים and sinners H3068 ליהוה before the LORD H3966 מאד׃ exceedingly.

  20 H559 ויאמר said, H3068 יהוה And the LORD H2201 זעקת the cry H5467 סדם of Sodom H6017 ועמרה and Gomorrah H3588 כי Because H7227 רבה   H2403 וחטאתם their sin H3588 כי and because H3513 כבדה grievous; H3966 מאד׃ is very

  21 H3381 ארדה I will go down H4994 נא now, H7200 ואראה and see H6818 הכצעקתה according to the cry H935 הבאה of it, which is come H413 אלי unto H6213 עשׂו whether they have done H3617 כלה altogether H518 ואם me; and if H3808 לא not, H3045 אדעה׃ I will know.

  19 H1961 והיה And it come to pass, H8085 בשׁמעו when he heareth H853 את   H1697 דברי the words H423 האלה curse, H2063 הזאת of this H1288 והתברך that he bless himself H3824 בלבבו in his heart, H559 לאמר saying, H7965 שׁלום peace, H1961 יהיה I shall have H3588 לי כי though H8307 בשׁררות in the imagination H3820 לבי of mine heart, H1980 אלך I walk H4616 למען to H5595 ספות add H7302 הרוה drunkenness H853 את   H6771 הצמאה׃ thirst:

  16 H637 אף   H3588 כי   H8581 נתעב abominable H444 ונאלח and filthy H376 אישׁ man, H8354 שׁתה which drinketh H4325 כמים like water? H5766 עולה׃ iniquity

  1 H5329 למנצח To the chief Musician, H1732 לדוד of David. H559 אמר hath said H5036 נבל The fool H3820 בלבו in his heart, H369 אין no H430 אלהים God. H7843 השׁחיתו They are corrupt, H8581 התעיבו they have done abominable H5949 עלילה works, H369 אין none H6213 עשׂה that doeth H2896 טוב׃ good.

  2 H3068 יהוה The LORD H8064 משׁמים from heaven H8259 השׁקיף looked down H5921 על upon H1121 בני the children H120 אדם of men, H7200 לראות to see H3426 הישׁ if there were H7919 משׂכיל any that did understand, H1875 דרשׁ seek H853 את   H430 אלהים׃ God.

  3 H3605 הכל They are all H5493 סר gone aside, H3162 יחדו they are together H444 נאלחו become filthy: H369 אין none H6213 עשׂה that doeth H2896 טוב good, H369 אין no, H1571 גם not H259 אחד׃ one.

  4 H3808 הלא no H3045 ידעו knowledge? H3605 כל Have all H6466 פעלי the workers H205 און of iniquity H398 אכלי who eat up H5971 עמי my people H398 אכלו they eat H3899 לחם bread, H3068 יהוה upon the LORD. H3808 לא not H7121 קראו׃ and call

  2 H430 אלהים God H8064 משׁמים from heaven H8259 השׁקיף looked down H5921 על upon H1121 בני the children H120 אדם of men, H7200 לראות to see H3426 הישׁ if there were H7919 משׂכיל that did understand, H1875 דרשׁ that did seek H853 את   H430 אלהים׃ God.

  18 H3820 לב A heart H2790 חרשׁ that deviseth H4284 מחשׁבות imaginations, H205 און wicked H7272 רגלים feet H4116 ממהרות that be swift H7323 לרוץ in running H7451 לרעה׃ to mischief,

  29 H905 לבד only H7200 ראה Lo, H2088 זה this H4672 מצאתי have I found, H834 אשׁר that H6213 עשׂה hath made H430 האלהים God H853 את   H120 האדם man H3477 ישׁר upright; H1992 והמה but they H1245 בקשׁו have sought out H2810 חשׁבנות inventions. H7227 רבים׃ many

  3 H2088 זה This H7451 רע an evil H3605 בכל among all H834 אשׁר that H6213 נעשׂה are done H8478 תחת under H8121 השׁמשׁ the sun, H3588 כי that H4745 מקרה event H259 אחד one H3605 לכל unto all: H1571 וגם yea, also H3820 לב the heart H1121 בני of the sons H120 האדם of men H4390 מלא is full H7451 רע of evil, H1947 והוללות and madness H3824 בלבבם in their heart H2416 בחייהם while they live, H310 ואחריו and after H413 אל that to H4191 המתים׃ the dead.

  14 H3526 כבסי wash H7451 מרעה from wickedness, H3820 לבך thine heart H3389 ירושׁלם O Jerusalem, H4616 למען that H3467 תושׁעי thou mayest be saved. H5704 עד   H4970 מתי   H3885 תלין lodge H7130 בקרבך within H4284 מחשׁבות thoughts H205 אונך׃ shall thy vain

  9 H6121 עקב deceitful H3820 הלב The heart H3605 מכל above all H605 ואנשׁ and desperately wicked: H1931 הוא   H4310 מי who H3045 ידענו׃ can know

  9 H559 ויאמר And he said H413 אלי unto H935 בא me, Go in, H7200 וראה and behold H853 את   H8441 התועבות abominations H7451 הרעות the wicked H834 אשׁר that H1992 הם they H6213 עשׂים do H6311 פה׃ here.

  12 H559 ויאמר Then said H413 אלי he unto H7200 הראית hast thou seen H1121 בן me, Son H120 אדם of man, H834 אשׁר what H2205 זקני the ancients H1004 בית of the house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H6213 עשׂים do H2822 בחשׁך in the dark, H376 אישׁ every man H2315 בחדרי in the chambers H4906 משׂכיתו of his imagery? H3588 כי for H559 אמרים they say, H369 אין us not; H3069 יהוה   H7200 ראה seeth H853 אתנו   H5800 עזב hath forsaken H3069 יהוה   H853 את   H776 הארץ׃ the earth.

  14 H5162 וינחם repented H3068 יהוה And the LORD H5921 על of H7451 הרעה the evil H834 אשׁר which H1696 דבר he thought H6213 לעשׂות to do H5971 לעמו׃ unto his people.

  19 H3808 לא not H376 אישׁ a man, H410 אל God H3576 ויכזב that he should lie; H1121 ובן neither the son H120 אדם of man, H5162 ויתנחם that he should repent: H1931 ההוא hath he H559 אמר said, H3808 ולא and shall he not H6213 יעשׂה do H1696 ודבר or hath he spoken, H3808 ולא and shall he not H6965 יקימנה׃ make it good?

  29 H4310 מי   H5414 יתן   H1961 והיה there were H3824 לבבם a heart H2088 זה such H3372 להם ליראה in them, that they would fear H853 אתי   H8104 ולשׁמר me, and keep H853 את   H3605 כל all H4687 מצותי my commandments H3605 כל always, H3117 הימים always, H4616 למען that H3190 ייטב it might be well H1121 להם ולבניהם with them, and with their children H5769 לעלם׃ forever!

  29 H3863 לו O that H2449 חכמו they were wise, H7919 ישׂכילו they understood H2063 זאת this, H995 יבינו they would consider H319 לאחריתם׃ their latter end!

  36 H3588 כי For H1777 ידין shall judge H3068 יהוה the LORD H5971 עמו his people, H5921 ועל for H5650 עבדיו his servants, H5162 יתנחם and repent himself H3588 כי when H7200 יראה he seeth H3588 כי that H235 אזלת is gone, H3027 יד power H657 ואפס and none H6113 עצור shut up, H5800 ועזוב׃ or left.

  11 H5162 נחמתי It repenteth me H3588 כי that H4427 המלכתי I have set up H853 את   H7586 שׁאול Saul H4428 למלך king: H3588 כי for H7725 שׁב he is turned back H310 מאחרי from following H853 ואת   H1697 דברי my commandments. H3808 לא me, and hath not H6965 הקים performed H2734 ויחר And it grieved H8050 לשׁמואל Samuel; H2199 ויזעק and he cried H413 אל unto H3068 יהוה the LORD H3605 כל all H3915 הלילה׃ night.

  29 H1571 וגם And also H5331 נצח the Strength H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H3808 לא will not H8266 ישׁקר lie H3808 ולא nor H5162 ינחם repent: H3588 כי for H3808 לא he not H120 אדם a man, H1931 הוא that he H5162 להנחם׃ should repent.

  35 H3808 ולא came no H3254 יסף more H8050 שׁמואל And Samuel H7200 לראות to see H853 את   H7586 שׁאול Saul H5704 עד until H3117 יום the day H4194 מותו of his death: H3588 כי nevertheless H56 התאבל mourned H8050 שׁמואל Samuel H413 אל for H7586 שׁאול Saul: H3068 ויהוה and the LORD H5162 נחם repented H3588 כי that H4427 המליך   H853 את   H7586 שׁאול   H5921 על over H3478 ישׂראל׃ Israel.

  16 H7971 וישׁלח stretched out H3027 ידו his hand H4397 המלאך And when the angel H3389 ירושׁלם upon Jerusalem H7843 לשׁחתה to destroy H5162 וינחם repented him H3068 יהוה it, the LORD H413 אל of H7451 הרעה the evil, H559 ויאמר and said H4397 למלאך to the angel H7843 המשׁחית that destroyed H5971 בעם the people, H7227 רב It is enough: H6258 עתה now H7503 הרף stay H3027 ידך thine hand. H4397 ומלאך And the angel H3068 יהוה of the LORD H1961 היה was H5973 עם by H1637 גרן the threshingplace H728 האורנה of Araunah H2983 היבסי׃ the Jebusite.
