¹⁰ Haven’t you surrounded him with a fence on all sides, around his house, and around all that he owns? You have blessed everything he puts his hands on and you have increased his livestock in the land.

⁸ Have you listened in on God’s secret council? Have you limited wisdom only to yourself?

¹⁴ The intimate counsel of the LORD is for those who fear him so they may know his covenant.

⁵ For he will conceal me in his shelter on the day of evil; He will hide me in a secluded chamber within his tent; He will place me on a high rock.
