1 The elders among you I exhort, who am a fellow-elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, who am also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:
2 Tend the flock of God which is among you, exercising the oversight, not of constraint, but willingly, nor yet for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind,
3 neither as lording it over the charge allotted to you, but making yourselves ensamples to the flock.
4 And when the chief Shepherd shall be manifested, ye shall receive the crown of glory that fadeth not away.
5 Likewise, ye younger, be subject unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another. Gird yourselves with humility, for God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace to the humble.
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time,
7 casting all your anxiety upon him, because he careth for you.
8 Be sober, be watchful; your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour,
9 whom withstand stedfast in your faith, knowing that the same sufferings are accomplished in your brethren who are in the world.
10 And may the God of all grace, who called us unto his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a little while, himself perfect you, established, strengthened, grounded.
11 To him be the glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
12 By Silvanus, our faithful brother, as I account him, I have written unto you briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand.
13 She that is in Babylon, elect together with you, saluteth you, and so doth Mark my son.
14 Salute one another with a kiss of love. Peace be unto you all that are in Christ Jesus. Amen.

10 If any one cometh unto you, and bringeth not this teaching, receive him not into your house, and give him no greeting:
11 for he that giveth him greeting partaketh in his evil works.
12 Having many things to write unto you, I would not write them with paper and ink; but I hope to come unto you, and to speak face to face, that your joy may be made full.
13 The children of thine elect sister salute thee. Amen.
2 John 1:13
13 The children of thine elect sister salute thee. Amen.
3 John 1:1-15
1 The elder unto Gaius the beloved, whom I love in truth.
2 Beloved, I pray that in all things thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
3 For I rejoiced greatly, when brethren came and bare witness unto thy truth, even as thou walkest in truth.
4 Greater joy have I none than this, to hear of my children walking in truth.
5 Beloved, thou doest a faithful work in whatsoever thou doest toward them that are brethren and toward strangers,
6 who bare witness to thy love before the church; whom thou wilt do well to set forward on their journey worthily of God:
7 because that for the sake of the Name they went forth, taking nothing of the Gentiles.
8 We therefore ought to welcome such, that we may be fellow-workers for the truth.
9 I wrote unto the church; but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.
3 John 1:9-10
9 I wrote unto the church; but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.
10 Therefore, if I come, I will bring to remembrance his works which he doeth, prating against us with wicked words; and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and them that would he forbiddeth and casteth them out of the church.
3 John 1:10-10
10 Therefore, if I come, I will bring to remembrance his works which he doeth, prating against us with wicked words; and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and them that would he forbiddeth and casteth them out of the church.
11 Beloved, imitate not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God; he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
12 Demetrius hath the witness of all men, and of the truth itself; yea, we also bear witness; and ye know that our witness is true.
3 John 1:12
12 Demetrius hath the witness of all men, and of the truth itself; yea, we also bear witness; and ye know that our witness is true.
13 I had many things to write, but I am unwilling to write them to thee with ink and pen:
14 but I hope shortly to see thee, and we shall speak face to face. Peace be unto thee. The friends salute thee. Salute the friends by name.
Jude 1:3
3 Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.

12 And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.
