²⁴ The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying: Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand,

¹⁶ And he said: 'The hand upon the throne of the LORD: the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.'

¹³ But He is at one with Himself, and who can turn Him? And what His soul desireth, even that He doeth.

¹⁰ The LORD bringeth the counsel of the nations to nought; He maketh the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.

⁵ (92:6) How great are Thy works, O LORD! Thy thoughts are very deep.
