²² After my words they spoke not again; and my speech dropped upon them.

² My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew; as the small rain upon the tender grass, and as the showers upon the herb.

¹⁵ They are amazed, they answer no more; words are departed from them. ¹⁶ And shall I wait, because they speak not, because they stand still, and answer no more?

³¹ Mark well, O Job, hearken unto me; hold thy peace, and I will speak. ³² If thou hast any thing to say, answer me; speak, for I desire to justify thee. ³³ If not, hearken thou unto me; hold thy peace, and I will teach thee wisdom.

¹¹ Thy lips, O my bride, drop honey - honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon.

¹⁵ So shall he startle many nations, kings shall shut their mouths because of him; for that which had not been told them shall they see, and that which they had not heard shall they perceive.

⁴⁶ (21:2) 'Son of man, set thy face toward the South, and preach toward the South, and prophesy against the forest of the field in the South;

¹⁶ Now therefore hear thou the word of the LORD: Thou sayest: Prophesy not against Israel, and preach not against the house of Isaac;

⁶ 'Preach ye not', they preach; 'They shall not preach of these things, that they shall not take shame.'
