² And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder; and the voice which I heard was as the voice of harpers harping with their harps:

¹⁶ And it came to pass on the third day, when it was morning, that there were thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of a horn exceeding loud; and all the people that were in the camp trembled.

¹⁸ (20:15) And all the people perceived the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the voice of the horn, and the mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled, and stood afar off.

⁵ And David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD with all manner of instruments made of cypress-wood, and with harps, and with psalteries, and with timbrels, and with sistra, and with cymbals.

¹ Moreover David and the captains of the host separated for the service certain of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals; and the number of them that did the work according to their service was: ² of the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph; under the hand of Asaph, who prophesied according to the direction of the king. ³ Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six; under the hands of their father Jeduthun with the harp, who prophesied in giving thanks and praising the LORD. ⁴ Of Heman: the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth; ⁵ all these were the sons of Heman the king's seer in the things pertaining to God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters. ⁶ All these were under the hands of their fathers for song in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the direction of the king - Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman. ⁷ And the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in singing unto the LORD, even all that were skilful, was two hundred fourscore and eight.

² Give thanks unto the LORD with harp, sing praises unto Him with the psaltery of ten strings.

⁴ Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God, my exceeding joy; and praise Thee upon the harp, O God, my God.

⁸ (57:9) Awake, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp; I will awake the dawn.

³ (92:4) With an instrument of ten strings, and with the psaltery; with a solemn sound upon the harp.

⁴ Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty.

⁵ Sing praises unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp and the voice of melody.

⁷ Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving, sing praises upon the harp unto our God;

³ Let them praise His name in the dance; let them sing praises unto Him with the timbrel and harp.

³ Praise Him with the blast of the horn; praise Him with the psaltery and harp. ⁴ Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; praise Him with stringed instruments and the pipe. ⁵ Praise Him with the loud-sounding cymbals; praise Him with the clanging cymbals. ⁶ Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Hallelujah.

¹³ The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters; but He shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like the whirling dust before the storm.

² and, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east; and His voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth did shine with His glory.

¹⁴ And the LORD shall be seen over them, and His arrow shall go forth as the lightning; and the Lord GOD will blow the horn, and will go with whirlwinds of the south.

¹⁰ I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and I heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet

¹⁵ and his feet like unto burnished brass, as if it had been refined in a furnace, and his voice as the voice of many waters.

⁸ And when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

¹ And I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, Come and see.

⁷ And the first sounded, and there followed hail and fire, mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth; and the third part of the earth was burnt up, and the third part of the trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

³ and he cried with a great voice, as a lion roareth; and when he cried, the seven thunders uttered their voices. ⁴ And when the seven thunders uttered their voices, I was about to write; and I heard a voice from heaven saying, Seal up the things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

¹² And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they went up into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies beheld them.

¹⁵ And the seventh angel sounded, and there followed great voices in heaven, and they said, The kingdom of the world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

² And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire, and them that come off victorious from the beast, and from his image, and from the number of his name, standing by the sea of glass, having harps of God.

²² And the voice of harpers and minstrels and flute-players and trumpeters shall be heard no more at all in thee, and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft, shall be found any more at all in thee, and the voice of a mill shall be heard no more at all in thee,

¹ After these things I heard as it were a great voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, Hallelujah, Salvation, and power, and glory, are of our God: ² for true and righteous are his judgments, for he hath judged the great harlot, her that destroyed the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. ³ And a second time they say, Hallelujah. And her smoke goeth up for ever and ever. ⁴ And the four and twenty elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshipped God that sitteth on the throne, saying, Amen, Hallelujah. ⁵ And a voice came forth from the throne, saying, Give praise to our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, the small and the great. ⁶ And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunders, saying, Hallelujah; for our Lord God, the Almighty, reigneth. ⁷ Let us rejoice and be exceeding glad, and let us give the glory unto him; for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
