³⁰ Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the LORD, she shall be praised.

¹⁷ But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive. ¹⁸ And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have you done this thing, and have saved the male children alive? ¹⁹ And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are vigorous, and are delivered before the midwives come in unto them. ²⁰ Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and grew very mighty. ²¹ And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he gave them families.

²⁵ But in all Israel there was none to be so much praised as Absalom for his beauty: from the sole of his foot even to the crown of his head there was no blemish in him.

⁵ Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

¹¹ For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withers the grass, and its flower falls, and the beauty of the appearance of it perishes: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

⁷ That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

²⁴ For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower thereof falls away:
