²⁹ And now, Lord, look upon their threatenings and give to Your slaves to speak Your Word with all boldness,

¹⁷ Bow down Your ear, O Jehovah, and hear. Open Your eye, O Jehovah, and see; and hear all the words of Sennacherib which he has sent, to reproach the living God. ¹⁸ Truly, O Jehovah, the kings of Assyria have crushed all the lands, and their land, ¹⁹ and have given their gods into the fire (for they were not gods, only the work of men's hands, wood and stone; so they have destroyed them). ²⁰ And now, O Jehovah our God, save us from his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are Jehovah, You alone.

¹ Call out with the throat! Do not spare. Lift up your voice like the ram's horn! And show My people their rebellion, and their sins to the house of Jacob.

¹⁵ Look down from Heaven and peer from the place of Your holiness and your glory. Where is Your zeal and Your might? The stirring of Your affections and Your mercies toward me, are they held back?

⁵⁰ until Jehovah shall look down and see from Heaven.

¹ O Jehovah, remember what has been to us; look upon and see our shame.

⁶ And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them and of their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are with you, and though you are living among scorpions. Do not be afraid of their words, and do not be frightened by their faces, though they are a house of rebellion.

¹⁸ O my God, bow down Your ear and hear; open Your eyes and see our ruins and the city which is called by Your name. For we do not present our prayers before You on account of our righteousnesses, but because of Your great mercies.

⁸ But by the Spirit of Jehovah I am full of power and justice and might, to declare to Jacob his transgression, and his sin to Israel.

¹³ But seeing the boldness of Peter and John, and having perceived that they are untaught and uneducated men, they marveled. And they recognized them, that they were with Jesus.

¹⁷ But that it may not be spread abroad further to the people, let us threaten them with a threat that they no longer speak on this name to any one of men. ¹⁸ And calling them, they ordered them not to speak at all, nor to teach on the name of Jesus.

²¹ But having threatened them again, they released them, finding nothing as to how they might punish them, on account of the people, because all glorified God on the thing happening.

³¹ And they having prayed, the place in which they were gathered was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the Word of God with boldness.

²⁷ But taking hold of him, Barnabas led him to the apostles and told them how he saw the Lord in the highway, and that He spoke to him, and how in Damascus he spoke boldly in the name of Jesus.

⁴⁶ But speaking boldly, Paul and Barnabas said, It was necessary for the Word of God to be spoken first to you; but since you indeed thrust it away and judge yourselves not worthy of eternal life, behold, we turn to the nations.

³ Then, indeed, they stayed a considerable time, speaking boldly on the Lord, witnessing to the Word of His grace, and He giving miracles and wonders to occur through their hands.

⁸ And going into the synagogue, he spoke boldly over three months, having reasoned with them, and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God.

²⁶ Because of this I testify to you on this day that I am pure from the blood of all. ²⁷ For I did not keep back from declaring to you all the counsel of God.

²⁶ For the king understands about these things, to whom I speak, even being bold of speech. For I am persuaded not any of these things are hidden from him, nothing. For the doing of this is not in a corner.

³¹ proclaiming the kingdom of God, and teaching the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all freedom and without hindrance.

¹⁸ through all prayer and petition, praying at every time in the Spirit, and watching to this same thing with all perseverance and petition concerning all the saints. ¹⁹ Pray also for me, that to me may be given speech in the opening of my mouth with boldness to make known the mystery of the gospel, ²⁰ for which I am an ambassador in a chain, that in it I may speak boldly as it is right for me to speak.

¹⁴ And the most of the brothers in the Lord, being confident in my bonds, more exceedingly dare to speak the word fearlessly.

² But also suffering before and being insulted in Philippi, as you know, we were bold in our God to speak the gospel of God to you in much agony.

⁷ For God did not give a spirit of cowardice to us, but of power and of love, and of self-control. ⁸ Then do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me, His prisoner. But suffer hardship with the gospel, according to the power of God,

¹⁷ But the Lord stood with me and gave me power, that through me the preaching might be fulfilled, and all the nations might hear. And I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
