²¹ And He changes the times and the seasons; He causes to pass away kings, and sets up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to those who know understanding.

³ And I have filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, and in intelligence, and in knowledge, and in all workmanship,

⁶ And behold! I have given with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan; and in the heart of every wise-hearted one I have given wisdom; and they shall make all which I have commanded you:

⁷ Jehovah brings down, and He gives riches; He brings low; yea, He lifts up high. ⁸ He raised the poor from the dust; He lifts up the needy from the dunghill, to cause them to sit with nobles; yea, He caused them to inherit a throne of honor; for to Jehovah are the pillars of the earth; and He sets the habitable world on them.

⁸ And Your servant is in the midst of Your people whom You have chosen, a numerous people that cannot be numbered or counted for multitude. ⁹ Also give to Your servant an understanding heart, to judge Your people to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this, Your great people? ¹⁰ And the word was good in the eyes of the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing. ¹¹ And God said to him, Because you have asked this thing, and have not asked for yourself many days, nor asked riches for yourself, nor asked the life of your enemies, and have asked for discernment for yourself, to understand judgment, ¹² behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given to you a wise and understanding heart, so that there was none like you before you, and after you none shall rise up like you.

²⁸ And all Israel heard of the judgment that the king had judged, and feared from the face of the king; for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him to do judgment.

²⁹ And God gave Solomon exceeding great wisdom and understanding, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the lip of the sea.

²⁴ and all the earth was seeking the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom that God had put into his heart;

¹² Only, may Jehovah give wisdom and understanding to you and command you as to Israel, even to keep the law of Jehovah your God;

³⁰ with all his reign and his might, and the times that passed over him, and over Israel, and over all the kingdoms of the lands.

¹⁰ Now give to me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this Your great people? ¹¹ And God said to Solomon, Because this has been in your heart, that you have not asked riches, treasures, and honor, and the life of those who hate you, and also have not asked many days, but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself that you may judge My people, over whom I have made you reign; ¹² the wisdom and the knowledge are given to you, and riches, and treasures, and honor I will give to you, such as none of the kings who were before you has had, and after you it shall not be so. ¹³ And the king said to the wise men who knew the times (for so was the king's manner toward all who knew law and judgment;

¹⁸ He loosens the bonds of kings, and He binds their loins with a girdle;

²⁴ He will break mighty men in pieces without inquiry, and make stand others in their place. ²⁵ So He knows their works; and He overturns in the night, so that they are crushed. ²⁶ He strikes them for evil deeds in the place of the spectators, ²⁷ for so they turned from following Him, and they did not consider all His ways so as ²⁸ to cause the cry of the poor to come to Him. For He hears the cry of the afflicted. ²⁹ And He gives rest; who then can condemn? And when He hides His face, who then can see Him? Even it may be against a nation and a man together,

¹⁴ But I trusted in You, O Jehovah; I said, You are my God. ¹⁵ My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who pursue me.

⁵ Do not lift up your horn on high; do not speak with a stiff neck. ⁶ For exaltations are not from the east, nor from the west, nor from the desert; ⁷ but God is the judge; He puts down this one and lifts up this other .

⁷ He raises up the poor from the dust; He lifts the needy out of the dunghill; ⁸ in order to make him sit with nobles, with the nobles of his people.

⁶ For Jehovah gives wisdom; out of His mouth are knowledge and understanding. ⁷ He lays up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to the ones who walk in integrity,

¹⁵ By me kings reign, and princes decree righteousness. ¹⁶ Rulers and nobles rule by me, and all the judges of the earth.

¹ To all there is an appointed time, even a time for every purpose under the heavens: ² a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pull up what is planted; ³ a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to tear down, and a time to build up; ⁴ a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; ⁵ a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; ⁶ a time to seek, and a time to give up as lost; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; ⁷ a time to tear, and a time to sew together; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; ⁸ a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

⁵ I have made the earth, the man, and the animals on the face of the earth, by My great power, and by My outstretched arm; and I have given it to whom it seemed right in My eyes. ⁶ And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant. And I have also given him the beast of the field to serve him. ⁷ And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the time of his own land comes, and his time . And many nations and great kings shall enslave him.

⁹ But if you will not make the dream known to me, there is one law for you. For you have agreed upon lying and deceiving words to speak before me until the time has changed. Therefore, tell me the dream, then I shall know that you can reveal the meaning to me.

¹⁷ This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the command by the word of the holy ones, so that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever He will. And He sets up over it the lowest of men.

³² And you shall be driven from men, and your dwelling shall be with the animals of the field. You shall be fed with the grass like oxen, and seven times shall pass over you until you know that the Most High is Ruler in the kingdom of men, and that He gives it to whomever He desires.

²⁵ And he shall speak words against the Most High, and he shall wear out the saints of the Most High. And he intends to change times and law. And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and one half time.

⁶ And at the end of the years they shall join together, and the king of the south's daughter shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement. But she shall not keep the power of the arm. And he will not stand, nor his arm. But she and those who brought her shall be given up, also her begetter and her supporter in these times.

⁵¹ He performed mightily with His arm; He scattered proud ones in the thought of their heart. ⁵² He put down powerful ones from thrones, and exalted lowly ones.

¹⁵ For I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all those opposing you will not be able to withstand or contradict.

²¹ And from there they asked for a king. And God gave Saul the son of Kish to them, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years. ²² And removing him, He raised up to them David for a king, to whom He also said, witnessing, "I found David" the son of Jesse " to be a man according to My own heart, who will do all My will." 1 Samuel 13:14; Psa. 89:20; LXX-Isa. 44:28

³⁰ But of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, both righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

⁵ But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask from God, who gives to all freely and with no reproach, and it will be given to Him.

¹⁷ every act of good giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom is no change or shadow of turning.

¹⁵ This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but is earthly, beastly, devilish. ¹⁶ For where jealousy and contention are, there is confusion and every foul deed. ¹⁷ But the wisdom from above is firstly truly pure, then peaceable, forbearing, yielding, full of mercy and of good fruits, not partial and not pretended.

¹⁶ And He has on His garment and on His thigh a name having been written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
