²⁶ For God gives wisdom, and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in His sight. But to the sinner He gives the task of gathering and collecting, to give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and striving after wind.

¹ And Jehovah said to Noah You and all your house come into the ark, for I have seen you righteous before Me in this generation.

²⁰ And Hezekiah did this in all Judah, and did the good and the right and true before Jehovah his God. ²¹ And in every work that he began for the service of the house of God, and in the Law, and in the commandment, to seek his God with all his heart, he worked and prospered.

¹⁶ Though he heaps up silver like the dust, and prepares clothing like the clay; ¹⁷ he may prepare, but the just shall put it on; and the innocent shall divide the silver.

⁸ But it is a spirit in man giving them perception, even the breath of the Almighty.

¹³ Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. ¹⁴ For its profit is better than the gain from silver, and its increase more than fine gold; ¹⁵ she is more precious than rubies, and all the things you can desire are not to be compared with her. ¹⁶ Length of days is in her right hand; riches and honor in her left hand. ¹⁷ Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths peace. ¹⁸ She is a tree of life to the ones who lay hold on her; and happy are the ones holding her fast.

²² A good man leaves an inheritance to his son's sons, but the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

⁸ He who multiplies his wealth by interest and usury, he shall gather it for him who pities the weak.

¹⁴ I have seen all the works which are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and striving after wind!

¹⁰ Say to the righteous that it is well; for they shall eat of the fruit of their doings. ¹¹ Woe to the wicked! For the evil, the doing of his hand will be done to him.

⁶ And they were both righteous before God, walking blameless in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord.

²⁴ Until now you asked nothing in My name; ask, and you will receive, so that your joy may be full.

¹⁷ For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. ¹⁸ For the one serving Christ in these things is pleasing to God, and approved by men.

³⁰ But of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, both righteousness and sanctification and redemption, ³¹ so that even as it has been written, "He that glories, let him glory in" the "Lord." Jer. 9:24

²² But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, ²³ meekness, self-control. Against such things there is not a law.

⁹ For this cause also, from the day in which we heard, we do not cease praying on your behalf, and asking that you may be filled with the full knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, ¹⁰ for you to walk worthily of the Lord to all pleasing, bearing fruit in every good work and growing into the full knowledge of God; ¹¹ being empowered with all power according to the might of His glory, to all patience and longsuffering with joy; ¹² giving thanks to the Father, who has made us fit for a share of the inheritance of the saints in light,

¹⁶ Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and exhorting yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. ¹⁷ And everything, whatever you do in word or in work, do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father through Him.

¹⁷ But the wisdom from above is firstly truly pure, then peaceable, forbearing, yielding, full of mercy and of good fruits, not partial and not pretended.
