²² And it happened when the camels had finished drinking, the man took a golden ring, its weighing a half shekel, and two bracelets for her hands, ten of gold their weighing. ²³ And he said, Whose daughter are you? Please tell me, is there room for us to stay in your father's house? ²⁴ And she said to him, I am the daughter of Bethuel, the son of Milcah, whom she bore to Nahor.

⁵³ And the slave brought out vessels of silver and vessels of gold and garments, and he gave to Rebekah. And he gave precious things to her brother and to her mother.

And as a bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so your God shall rejoice over you.

¹⁰ And I dressed you with embroidered work, and I shod you with dugong sandals . And I wrapped you in fine linen, and I covered you with silk. ¹¹ And I adorned you with ornaments, and I put bracelets on your hands and a chain on your neck. ¹² And I put a ring on your nose and earrings on your ears and a crown of beauty on your head. ¹³ And you were adorned with gold and silver. And your clothing was fine linen and silk and embroidered work. Fine flour and honey and oil you ate. And you were very, very beautiful. And you advanced to regal estate.

²⁶ that He might sanctify it, cleansing it by the washing of the water in the Word, ²⁷ that He might present it to Himself as the glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such things, but that it be holy and without blemish.
