¹ In the year that king Uzziah died, then I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up. And His train filled the temple. ² Above it stood the seraphs. Each one had six wings; with two he covered his face; and with two he covered his feet; and with two he flew. ³ And one cried to the other and said, Holy, holy, holy is Jehovah of Hosts; all the earth is full of His glory! ⁴ And the doorposts shook from the voice of the one who cried; and the house was filled with smoke. ⁵ Then I said, Woe is me! For I am cut off; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I live amongst a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of Hosts. ⁶ Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, snatched with tongs from the altar. ⁷ And he touched it on my mouth, and said, See, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away, and your sin is covered. ⁸ And I heard the voice of Jehovah, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Then I said, Behold me. Send me! ⁹ And He said, Go and tell this people, Hearing you hear, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. ¹⁰ Make the heart of this people fat, and make his ears heavy, and shut his eyes, that he not see with his eyes, and hear with his ears, and understand with his heart, and turn back, and one heals him. ¹¹ Then I said, Until when, O Lord? And He said, Until cities lie desolate without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land is laid waste, a desolation; ¹² and until Jehovah has sent mankind far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great. ¹³ But yet a tenth shall be in it, and it shall return and be consumed like the terebinth and like the oak that in being felled yet has its stump (the holy seed is its stump).

¹⁰ And they saw the God of Israel. And under His feet was as the work of a pavement of sapphire, and the same as the heavens for clearness. ¹¹ And He did not stretch out His hand to the nobles of the sons of Israel. And they saw God, and they ate and drank.

⁸ I speak to him mouth to mouth, and by an appearance, and not in riddles; and he carefully looks upon the form of Jehovah. So why have you not been afraid to speak against My servant, against Moses?

¹⁰ And it happened as the priests went out from the Holy of Holies, that the cloud filled the house of Jehovah, ¹¹ and the priests were not able to stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of Jehovah had filled the house of Jehovah.

¹⁹ And he said, Therefore, hear the word of Jehovah: I saw Jehovah sitting on His throne, and all the host of Heaven were standing by Him, on His right and on His left.

⁷ And Azariah lay with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David. And his son Jotham reigned in his place.

²² And the rest of the acts of Uzziah, the first and the last, Isaiah the son of Amoz, the prophet, has written. ²³ And Uzziah lay with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the field of the burying place that the kings had; for they said, He is a leper. And his son Jotham reigned in his place.

¹⁰ Be still and know that I am God! I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth.

⁵ Be lifted up, O God, above the heavens; and Your glory above all the earth;

⁵ Who is like Jehovah our God, who sits on high to dwell;

¹ The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

⁴ And in that day you shall say, Praise Jehovah! Call on His name; declare His doings among the peoples; make mention that His name is exalted.

¹⁵ For so says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, and His name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite and humble of spirit; to make live the spirit of the humble and to make live the heart of the contrite ones.

¹ So says Jehovah: Heaven is My throne, and earth the footstool of My feet. Where then is the house that you build for Me? And where then is the place of My rest?

¹ And it happened in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth of the month, as I was among the captives by the river Chebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

²⁵ And there was a voice from the expanse that was over their heads. In their standing still, they let down their wings. ²⁶ And from above the expanse that was over their heads was an appearance like a sapphire stone, the likeness of a throne. And on the likeness of the throne was a likeness in appearance like a man on it from above. ²⁷ And I saw Him, like the color of polished bronze, looking like fire within it all around. From the appearance of His loins and upward, and from the appearance of His loins and downward, I saw Him looking like fire; and brightness to it all around. ²⁸ As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of the rain, so appeared the brightness all around. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of Jehovah. And I saw, and I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of One speaking.

¹ And I looked. And, behold, in the expanse over the head of the cherubs appeared the look of the form of a throne, like a sapphire stone, above them.

⁹ I was looking until the thrones were thrown up, and the Ancient of Days sat, whose robe was white as snow and the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was like flames of fire, its wheels like burning fire.

³¹ But when the Son of man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.

¹⁸ No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, that One reveals Him .

⁴¹ Isaiah said these things when he saw His glory, and spoke about Him.

²⁰ which He worked in Christ in raising Him from the dead; yea, He seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies, Psa. 110:1 ²¹ far above all principality, and authority, and power, and lordship, and every name being named, not only in this age, but also in the coming age;

¹⁶ the only One having immortality, living in light that cannot be approached, whom no one of men saw, nor can see; to whom be honor and everlasting might. Amen.

²¹ The one overcoming, I will give to him to sit with Me in My throne, as I also overcame and sat with My Father in His throne.

² And at once I became in spirit. And, behold, a throne was set in Heaven, and One sitting on the throne.

¹⁰ the twenty four elders fall down before Him sitting on the throne; and they will worship the One living forever and ever, and will throw their crowns before the throne, saying,

¹ And I saw on the right of the One sitting on the throne a scroll having been written within and on the back, having been sealed with seven seals.

⁷ And He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him sitting on the throne.

¹⁶ And "they said to the mountains" and to the rocks, "Fall on us," and hide us from the face of the One sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, Hos. 10:8

¹⁵ Because of this they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His sanctuary. And He sitting on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them. ¹⁶ And they will not hunger still, nor will they thirst still, nor at all shall fall on them the sun, nor any kind of heat. ¹⁷ Because the Lamb in the midst of the throne will shepherd them, and will lead them on the living fountains of waters; and God will wipe off every tear from their eyes.

⁸ And the temple was filled with the smoke of the glory of God, and with His power. And no one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels should be completed.

³ And Abram fell on his face. And God spoke with him, saying,

⁶ And He said, I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he feared to look upon God.

²⁰ And the cherubs shall be spreading out wings above, covering the mercyseat with their wings, and their faces each toward its brother; the faces of the cherubs shall be toward the mercyseat.

⁹ And the cherubs were spreading out wings above, covering the mercy-seat with their wings, their faces each toward the other; the faces of the cherubs were toward the mercyseat.

²⁴ And one wing of the cherub was five cubits; and the second wing of the cherub five cubits; ten cubits from the ends of its wings even to the ends of its wings.

²⁷ And he set the cherubs in the middle of the inner house. And they spread out the wings of the cherubs. And the wing of the one touched the wall; and the wing of the second touched the second wall; and their wings were to the middle of the house, coming wing against wing.

⁷ for the cherubs were spreading forth their wings to the place of the ark, and the cherubs covered over the ark, and over its staves from above.

¹³ And it happened when Elijah heard, he wrapped his face in his robe and went out and stood at the cave opening; and, behold, a voice came to him, and it said, What are you doing here, Elijah?

⁶ And a day came when the sons of God came to present themselves before Jehovah. And Satan also came among them.

¹⁸ Behold, He puts no trust in His servants; and He charges His angels with folly!

¹⁵ Behold, He puts no trust in His holy ones; yea, the heavens are not clean in His eyes.

¹⁰ and He rode on a cherub, and He flew; yea He soared on the wings of the wind;

⁷ God is greatly to be feared in the congregation of the saints, and to be adored by all around Him.

²⁰ Bless Jehovah, O angels of His; mighty in strength; doing His word; listening to the voice of His word.

⁴ He makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flaming fire.

⁶ Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, snatched with tongs from the altar.

⁴ And I looked, and behold, a windstorm came out of the north, a great cloud. and a fire flashing itself, and a brightness to it all around. And out of its midst, like the color of polished bronze it came, out of the midst of the fire.

⁶ and four faces were to each, and four wings to each of them,

⁹ joining each one to the other by their wings. They did not turn in their going, each one went toward the front of their face.

¹¹ So their faces were . And their wings were spread upward, to each, the two wings were joined, and two wings of each covering their bodies.

²⁴ And I heard the sound of their wings like the sound of great waters, like the voice of the Almighty. In their going was the sound of tumult, like the sound of an army. In their standing still, they let down their wings.

¹⁶ And in the going of the cherubs, the wheels went beside them. And when the cherubs lifted their wings to soar from the earth, the wheels did not turn from beside them, even they.

²¹ Four, even four faces are to each, and four wings to each. And the form of a man's hands was under their wings.

¹⁰ A stream of fire went out and came out from before Him. A thousand thousands served Him, and a myriad myriads stood before Him. The court was set and the books were opened.

²¹ And while I was setting my prayer in order, then the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, touched me in my severe exhaustion about the time of the evening sacrifice.

⁴ And He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And He said to him, Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with ceremonial robes.

¹⁰ And all the multitude of the people was praying outside at the hour of incense.

⁷ And as to the angels, He said, "Who makes His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire;" LXX-Psa. 103:4; MT-Psa. 104:4

⁸ And the four living creatures each one had six wings around, and within being full of eyes. And they had no rest day and night, saying, "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty," the One who was, and is, and is coming! Isa. 6:3

¹¹ And all the angels and of the elders and of the four living creatures stood around the throne. And they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God,

¹³ And I saw, and I heard one angel flying in mid-heaven, saying with a great voice, Woe! Woe! Woe to those dwelling on the earth, from the rest of the voices of the trumpet of the three angels being about to trumpet!

⁶ And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having an everlasting gospel to proclaim to those dwelling on the earth, even to every nation and tribe and tongue and people,

¹¹ Who is like You among the gods, O Jehovah? Who is like You, glorified in holiness, fearful in praises, O Worker of wonders?

²⁰ And the sister of Aaron, Miriam the prophetess took the timbrel in her hand, and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances. ²¹ And Miriam answered to them, Sing to Jehovah, for surely He has triumphed gloriously; He has thrown the horse and its rider into the sea.

²¹ but as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of Jehovah;

¹¹ And they sang, praising and giving thanks to Jehovah, because He is good, for His mercy endures forever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised Jehovah because the foundation of the house of Jehovah was laid.

¹ To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens are recording the glory of God, and the expanse proclaim His handiwork. ² Day by day they pour forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. ³ There is no speech, nor are there words where their voice is not heard.

⁷ Lift up your heads, O gates; and be lifted up, O everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. ⁸ Who is this King of glory? Jehovah strong and mighty! Jehovah mighty in battle! ⁹ Lift up your heads, O gates; even lift up, O everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. ¹⁰ Who is this King of glory? Jehovah of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah.

¹¹ Be exalted above the heavens, O God; Your glory over the whole earth.

¹⁹ And blessed is His glorious name forever; and the whole earth is filled with His glory! Amen and amen!

⁹ They shall not do evil, nor destroy in all My holy mountain. For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea. ¹⁰ And it shall be in that day, the Root of Jesse stands as a banner of peoples; nations shall seek to Him; and His resting place shall be glory.

¹⁶ We have heard songs from the end of the earth, Honor to the Righteous. But I said, Leanness to me! Leanness to me! Woe to me! Traitors betray, even perfidy; traitors betray!

⁵ And the glory of Jehovah shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of Jehovah has spoken.

¹⁴ For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.

⁹ And Jehovah shall be King over all the earth. In that day there shall be one Jehovah, and His name one.

¹⁸ the eyes of your mind having been enlightened, for you to know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

⁸ And the four living creatures each one had six wings around, and within being full of eyes. And they had no rest day and night, saying, "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty," the One who was, and is, and is coming! Isa. 6:3 ⁹ And when ever the living creatures shall give glory and honor and thanks to the One sitting on the throne, to the One living forever and ever,

³ And they sing the song of Moses the slave of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty, righteous and true are Your ways, King of the saints. ⁴ Who will not fear You, Lord, and glorify Your name? For You only are holy. For all the nations will come and will worship before You, because Your righteousnesses were made known.

³⁴ And the cloud covered the tabernacle of the congregation; and the glory of Jehovah filled the tabernacle.

¹⁰ And it happened as the priests went out from the Holy of Holies, that the cloud filled the house of Jehovah, ¹¹ and the priests were not able to stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of Jehovah had filled the house of Jehovah. ¹² And Solomon said, Jehovah has said that He would dwell in the thick darkness.

¹³ And they were as one to the trumpeters, and to the singers to cause one sound to be heard to praise and to thank Jehovah. And when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised Jehovah, saying, For He is good; for his mercy endures forever; and a cloud filled the house, the house of Jehovah;

⁸ A smoke went up out of His nostrils, and fire devoured out of His mouth; coals were kindled from it.

⁵ And the sound of the wings of cherubs was heard over the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when He speaks.

¹ I saw the Lord standing by the altar. And He said, Strike the capital of the door, and the thresholds will shake; and break them on the head of all of them. And I will kill the last of them with the sword. Not one of them who flees will flee, and not a fugitive of them will escape.

¹⁹ And the temple of God in Heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple, and lightnings, and voices, and thunders, and earthquake, and a great hail occurred.

¹⁰ And Moses said to Jehovah, O Lord, I am not a man of words, either from yesterday or the third day, nor since You have been speaking to Your bondslave. For I am slow of mouth and slow of tongue.

¹² And Moses spoke before Jehovah, saying, Behold the sons of Israel have not listened to me. And how should Pharaoh hear me, I being of uncircumcised lips?

³⁰ And Moses said before Jehovah, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips. How could Pharaoh listen to me?

²⁰ And he said, You are not able to see My face; for no man can see Me and live.

²² And Gideon saw that He was the Angel of Jehovah. And Gideon said, Alas, Lord Jehovah! Because I have seen the Angel of Jehovah face to face!

²² And Manoah said to his wife, We shall surely die, because we have seen God.

⁵ I have heard of You by hearing of the ear, but now my eye has seen You; ⁶ Therefore, I despise myself, and I have repented on dust and ashes.

¹³ And the Lord says, Because this people draws near with its mouth, and they honor Me with its lip; but its heart is far from Me, and their fear of Me is taught by the command of men;

¹⁷ Your eyes shall see the king in his beauty; they shall see a land that is very far off.

⁶ Then I said, Ah, Lord Jehovah! Behold, I do not know how to speak for I am a boy.

³ And they bend their tongues, their bow is a lie. And they are not mighty for the truth on the earth, for they go from evil to evil. They also do not know Me, says Jehovah. ⁴ Let everyone be on guard against his neighbor, and do not trust any brother. For every brother will supplant, and every neighbor will walk as a slanderer. ⁵ And everyone will deceive his neighbor, and they will not speak the truth. They have taught their tongue to speak lies. They weary themselves to commit iniquity. ⁶ Your home is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know Me says Jehovah. ⁷ For this reason, so says Jehovah of Hosts, Behold, I will refine them and test them. For what else can I do because of the daughter of My people? ⁸ Their tongue is a murdering arrow; it speaks deceit. One speaks peace with his neighbor with his mouth, but in his heart he sets his ambush.

⁵⁷ And I will make her rulers drunk, also her wise ones, her governors, and her rulers, and her mighty men; and they shall sleep a never-ending sleep, and not awaken, says the King whose name is Jehovah of Hosts.

⁶ And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them and of their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are with you, and though you are living among scorpions. Do not be afraid of their words, and do not be frightened by their faces, though they are a house of rebellion. ⁷ And you shall speak My words to them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, for they are rebellious. ⁸ But you, son of man, hear what I am saying to you. Do not be like that rebellious house of rebellion. Open your mouth and eat what I am giving to you.

³¹ And they come to you as people come, and they sit before you as My people. And they hear your words, but they do not do them. For they produce much love with their mouth, but their heart goes after their unjust gain.

⁶ His body was also like the beryl, and his face looked like lightning. And his eyes were like torches of fire; and his arms and his feet in color like polished bronze; and the sound of his words were as the noise of a multitude. ⁷ And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision. For the men who were with me did not see the vision. But a great trembling fell on them so that they fled to hide themselves. ⁸ Then I was left alone, and I saw his great vision, and there remained no strength in me. For my glory was turned within me into corruption, and I kept no strength.

¹⁶ I heard, and my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the sound. Rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled within myself that I might rest for the day of distress; to come up against the peoples; he cuts him off.

¹ And he made me see Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of Jehovah, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him. ² And Jehovah said to Satan, Jehovah rebuke you, Satan! And, Jehovah who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked out of the fire? ³ And Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and he stood before the Angel. ⁴ And He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And He said to him, Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with ceremonial robes. ⁵ And I said, Let them set a clean turban on his head. And they set a clean turban on his head and clothed him with clothing. And the Angel of Jehovah stood by. ⁶ And the Angel of Jehovah charged Joshua, saying, ⁷ So says Jehovah of hosts: If you will walk in My ways, and if you will keep My charge, then you shall also judge My house, and shall also keep My courts, and I will give you room to walk among these who stand by.

³⁴ Offspring of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. ³⁵ The good man out of the good treasure of the heart puts forth good things. And the evil man out of the evil treasure puts forth evil things. ³⁶ But I say to you, that every idle word, whatever men may speak, they shall give an account of it in Judgment Day. ³⁷ For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.

⁸ And seeing, Simon Peter fell at the knees of Jesus, saying, Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Lord. ⁹ For astonishment took hold of him, and all those with him, at the haul of fish which they took;

¹ My brothers do not be many teachers, knowing that we will receive greater judgment. ² For we all stumble in many ways . If any one does not stumble in word, this one is a mature man, able also to bridle the whole body.

⁶ And the tongue is a fire, the world of iniquity. So the tongue is set among our members, spotting all the body, and inflaming the course of nature, and having been inflamed by Hell. ⁷ For every species of beasts, both indeed of birds, of creeping things, and of sea animals, is tamed, and has been tamed by the human species; ⁸ but no one of men is able to tame the tongue; it is an evil that cannot be restrained, full of death-dealing poison. ⁹ By this we bless God and the Father; and by this we curse men having come into being according to the image of God. Gen. 1:26 ¹⁰ Out of the same mouth comes forth blessing and cursing. My brothers it is not fitting for these things to be so.

⁵ even from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the First-born out of the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him loving us and washing us from our sins by His blood, ⁶ and made us kings and priests to God, even His Father. To Him is the glory and the might forever and ever. Amen. ⁷ "Behold, He comes with the clouds," and "every eye will see Him, and the ones who pierced" Him, and all the tribes of the earth "will wail on account of Him." Yes, Amen. Dan. 7:13; Zech. 12:10

¹⁶ and having in His right hand seven stars; and a sharp, two-edged sword proceeding out of His mouth, and His face shining as the sun in its power. ¹⁷ And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet, as dead. And He put His right hand on me, saying to me, Do not fear. I am the First and the Last,

¹² And he shall take a censer full of coals of the fire from off the altar before Jehovah, and his hands full of fragrant perfumes beaten small, and bring it within the veil.

² Above it stood the seraphs. Each one had six wings; with two he covered his face; and with two he covered his feet; and with two he flew.

² And He spoke to the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in among the wheels, under the cherub, and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubs, and sprinkle on the city. And he went in before me.

²¹ And while I was setting my prayer in order, then the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, touched me in my severe exhaustion about the time of the evening sacrifice. ²² And he enlightened me and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I have now come out to give you skill in understanding. ²³ At the beginning of your prayers the word came forth, and I have come to explain it . For you are greatly beloved. Then understand the matter and pay attention to the vision:

¹¹ I indeed baptize you in water to repentance; but He who is coming after me is stronger than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit and fire,

³ And tongues as of fire appeared to them, being distributed, and it sat on each one of them.

¹⁴ Are they not all ministering spirits for service, being sent out because of the ones being about to inherit salvation?

²² And almost all things are cleansed by blood according to the Law; and apart from shedding of blood no remission occurs. ²³ Then it was needful for the figures of the things in the heavens to be cleansed with these; but the heavenly things themselves by better sacrifices than these. ²⁴ For Christ did not enter into the Holy of Holies made by hands, types of the true things, but into Heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God on our behalf, ²⁵ not that often He should offer Himself even as the high priest enters into the Holy of Holies year by year with blood of others; ²⁶ since He must often have suffered from the foundation of the world. But now once for all, at the completion of the ages, He has been manifested for putting away of sin through the sacrifice of Himself.

¹⁰ We have an altar of which those serving the tabernacle have no authority to eat.

³ And another angel came and stood on the altar, having a golden censer. And many incenses were given to him, that he give them with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar before the throne. ⁴ And the smoke of the incenses went up with the prayers of the saints out of the hand of the angel before God. ⁵ And the angel has taken the censer, and has filled it from the fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth; and sounds and thunders and lightnings and earthquakes occurred.

²⁵ I, even I, am He who blots out your trespasses for My sake; and I will not remember your sins.

⁵ But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His wounds we ourselves are healed.

¹⁰ But Jehovah pleased to crush Him, to make Him sick, so that If He should put His soul as a guilt offering, He shall see His seed; He shall prolong His days; and the will of Jehovah shall prosper in His hand.

⁹ Then Jehovah put out His hand and touched my mouth. And Jehovah said to me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.

¹⁶ And, behold, one in form as the sons of men touched my lips. And I opened my mouth and spoke and said to him who stood before me, O lord, my pangs have come over me because of the vision, and I have no strength left.

² And, behold! They were bringing a paralytic lying on a cot to Him. And seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralytic, Be comforted, child. Your sins have been forgiven you.

¹³ For if the blood of bulls and goats, and ashes of a heifer sprinkling those having been defiled, sanctifies to the purity of the flesh, ¹⁴ by how much more the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God), will purify your conscience from dead works for the serving of the living God!

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of His Son Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.

¹ My little children, I write these things to you so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. ² And He is the propitiation relating to our sins, and not relating to ours only, but also relating to all the world.

²⁶ And God said, let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creepers creeping on the earth.

⁸ And they heard the sound of Jehovah God walking up and down in the garden at the breeze of the day. And the man and his wife hid themselves from the face of Jehovah God in the middle of the trees of the garden. ⁹ And Jehovah God called to the man and said to him, Where are you? ¹⁰ And he said, I have heard Your sound in the garden, and I was afraid, for I am naked, and I hid myself.

²² And Jehovah God said, Behold! The man has become as one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put forth his hand and also take from the Tree of Life, and eat, and live forever,

⁷ Come, let Us go down and confuse their language so that they cannot understand one another's speech.

¹⁰ And Moses said to Jehovah, O Lord, I am not a man of words, either from yesterday or the third day, nor since You have been speaking to Your bondslave. For I am slow of mouth and slow of tongue. ¹¹ And Jehovah said to him, Who has made man's mouth? Or who makes the dumb, or the deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? is it not I, Jehovah? ¹² And now go, and I will be with your mouth, and will teach you what you shall speak. ¹³ And he said, O Lord, please send by the hand of him whom You will send.

³³ as a people heard the voice of God speaking from the midst of the fire, as you have heard, and lived? ³⁴ Or has God gone forth to take to Himself a nation from the midst of a nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Jehovah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes? ³⁵ To you it was revealed, so that you might know that Jehovah is God, and no one else besides Him. ³⁶ He made you hear His voice out of the heavens, that He might discipline you; and He made you to see His great fire on earth; and you heard His word from the midst of the fire.

²⁰ And Jehovah said, Who shall entice Ahab, and he shall go up and fall in Ramoth-gilead? And this one said this, and this one said that.

¹ I have been sought, not by those who asked. I have been found, not by those who sought Me. To a nation not calling on My name, I said, Behold Me! Behold Me!

²⁰ And leaving the nets, they immediately followed Him. ²¹ And going on from there, He saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee and his brother John in the boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets. And He called them. ²² And at once leaving the boat and their father, they followed Him.

⁴ And falling on the earth he heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul! Why do you persecute Me?

²⁴ But I make account of nothing, nor do I hold my life precious to myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, fully to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

²¹ And He said to me, Go, for I will send you to the nations afar off.

¹⁶ but rise up and stand on your feet, for it is for this reason I appeared to you, to appoint you a servant and a witness both of what you saw, and in what I shall appear to you, ¹⁷ having delivered you from the people and the nations, to whom I now send you,

²⁵ And disagreeing with one another, they were let go, Paul saying one word: Well did the Holy Spirit speak through the prophet Isaiah to our fathers, ²⁶ saying, "Go to this people and say, You will surely hear, and not at all understand; and you will surely see, and not at all perceive; ²⁷ for the heart of this people was fattened, and they have heard with the ears heavily; and they closed their eyes lest at any time they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them." Isa. 6:9, 10 ²⁸ Then let it be known to you that the salvation of God was sent to the nations, and they will hear. LXX-Psa. 66:3; MT-Psa. 67:2

⁸ This grace was given to me, less than the least of all the saints, to proclaim the gospel of the unsearchable riches of Christ among the nations,

⁷ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, Come, go down, for your people whom you caused to go up from Egypt are corrupted; ⁸ they have quickly turned off from the way which I commanded them; they have made for themselves a casted calf and have bowed to it, and have sacrificed to it. And they have said, These are your gods, O Israel, who made you go up from the land of Egypt. ⁹ And Jehovah said to Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people. ¹⁰ And now leave Me alone that My anger may glow against them, that I may consume them. And I will make you a great nation.

⁸ Now come, write it before them on a tablet, and note it on a book, so that it may be for the latter day, until forever; ⁹ that this is a rebellious people, lying sons; sons who are not willing to hear the law of Jehovah; ¹⁰ who say to the seers, Do not see; and to visioners, Do not have a vision for right things to us; speak smooth things to us; have a vision of trifles. ¹¹ Turn aside from the way; stretch from the path; cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.

⁸ Bring out the blind people, yet there are eyes; and the deaf, yet there are ears to him.

¹⁸ They do not know, nor discern; for He has smeared their eyes from seeing, their hearts from understanding. ¹⁹ And not one turns back to his heart, nor has knowledge nor discernment to say, I have burned half of it in the fire; and I also have baked bread on its coals. I have roasted flesh and have eaten it; and I have made the rest of it into an idol. Shall I bow to a product of a tree? ²⁰ Feeding on ashes, a deceived heart turns him aside, and he does not deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

¹ Then Jehovah said to me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before Me, My soul could not be toward this people. Send them out from before My face; yea, let them go out. ² And it will be, if they say to you, Where shall we go? Then you will tell them, So says Jehovah, Those who are for death, go to death; and those for the sword, to the sword; and those for the famine, to the famine; and those for the captivity, to the captivity.

⁹ Then He said, Call his name Not My People, for you are not My people, and I will not be for you.

¹⁴ And the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled on them, which says, "In hearing you will hear and in no way understand, and seeing you will see yet in no way perceive. ¹⁵ For the heart of this people has grown fat, and they heard sluggishly with the ears, and they have closed their eyes, that they not see with the eyes, or hear with the ears, and understand with the heart, and be converted, and I heal them." LXX-Isa. 6:9, 10

¹² that seeing they may see and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand, lest they should convert, and the sins be forgiven to them. Isa. 6:9, 10

¹⁰ And He said, To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest in parables, that seeing they might not see, and hearing, they might not understand. Isa. 6:9

⁴⁰ "He has blinded their eyes" and "has hardened their heart," "that they might not see with the eyes" and "understand with the heart," "and be converted," "and I should heal them." Isa. 6:10

²⁶ saying, "Go to this people and say, You will surely hear, and not at all understand; and you will surely see, and not at all perceive; ²⁷ for the heart of this people was fattened, and they have heard with the ears heavily; and they closed their eyes lest at any time they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them." Isa. 6:9, 10

⁸ even as it has been written, "God gave to them a spirit of slumber, eyes not seeing and ears not hearing" until this day. Isa. 29:10; Deut. 29:4

³ And I will harden the heart of Pharaoh. And I will multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.

²⁷ And Jehovah hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he was not willing to send them away.

¹⁰ And Moses and Aaron did all these miracles before Pharaoh. And Jehovah hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he did not send away the sons of Israel from his land.

¹⁷ And behold! I am about to harden the heart of the Egyptians. And they will go after them. And I will be honored through Pharaoh and through his armies, through his chariots, and through his horsemen.

³⁰ And Sihon the king of Heshbon was not willing to let us pass by him, for Jehovah your God had hardened his spirit, and had emboldened his heart, so as to give him into your hand, as it is this day.

¹⁵ But Jeshurun grew fat, and kicked; you grew fat, thick and sated. And he abandoned God who made him, and fell away from the Rock of his salvation.

¹⁰ They are enclosed in their own fat; their mouth speaks proudly;

⁷⁰ Their heart is like fat, without feeling; I delight in Your law.

²² And Jehovah shall strike Egypt. He shall strike and heal. Then they shall return to Jehovah, and He shall hear them, and shall heal them.

¹⁰ for Jehovah has poured out on you the spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes. He has covered the prophets and your heads, the seers.

¹⁷ O Jehovah, why do You make us wander from Your ways? You harden our heart from Your fear. For Your servants' sake, return the tribes of Your inheritance.

²¹ Now hear this, O foolish people, even you without heart, who have eyes and do not see. who have ears and do not hear.

¹⁰ To whom shall I speak and give warning that they may hear? Behold, their ears are not circumcised, and they cannot listen. Behold, the word of Jehovah is a reproach to them. They have no delight in it.

⁶ not to many peoples of deep lip and of a hard tongue, whose words you cannot hear. If rather I had sent you to them, they would have listened to you. ⁷ But the house of Israel is not willing to listen to you, for they are not willing to listen to Me, for all the house of Israel are strong of forehead and hard of heart. ⁸ Behold, I have made your face strong over against their faces, and your forehead strong over against their foreheads. ⁹ I have made your forehead as an adamant harder than flint. Do not fear them, and do not be frightened by their faces, though they are a house of rebellion. ¹⁰ And He said to me, Son of man, all My words which I speak to you, receive into your heart, and hear with your ears. ¹¹ And go! Come to the exiles, to the sons of your people, and speak to them, and say to them, So says the Lord Jehovah, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.

¹¹ But they refused to listen, and gave a stubborn shoulder, and they made their ears heavy from hearing.

¹⁵ For the heart of this people has grown fat, and they heard sluggishly with the ears, and they have closed their eyes, that they not see with the eyes, or hear with the ears, and understand with the heart, and be converted, and I heal them." LXX-Isa. 6:9, 10

¹⁹ And this is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness more than the Light, for their works were evil. ²⁰ For everyone practicing wickedness hates the Light, and does not come to the Light, that his works may not be exposed.

¹⁹ Therefore, repent, and convert, for the blotting out of your sins, so that times of refreshing may come from the face of the Lord,

²⁷ for the heart of this people was fattened, and they have heard with the ears heavily; and they closed their eyes lest at any time they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them." Isa. 6:9, 10

¹⁶ to the one, an odor of death unto death, and to the other, an odor of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

³¹ And I shall make your cities a waste, and shall make your sanctuaries desolate; and I shall not smell your sweet fragrances.

¹⁰ O God, until when shall the enemy defame You ? Shall the enemy scorn Your name forever?

⁵ Until when, O Jehovah? Will You be angry with us forever? Shall Your jealousy burn like fire?

¹³ Return, O Jehovah! Until when? And give pity to Your servants.

³ Until when shall the wicked, O Jehovah, until when shall the wicked exult?

⁷ Your land is a desolation; your cities burned with fire. Foreigners devour your land before you; and behold, ruin, as overthrown by foreigners.

²⁶ And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she shall sit bare on the ground.

¹ Lo, Jehovah empties the land and makes it bare, and distorts its face, and scatters its inhabitants. ² And as it is with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with the master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the creditor, so with the debtor. ³ The land shall completely be emptied and utterly stripped, for Jehovah has spoken this word. ⁴ The land mourns and languishes; the world droops and languishes; the proud people of the earth droop. ⁵ And the earth is profaned under its inhabitants, because they transgress laws and violate a statute, and break the everlasting covenant. ⁶ On account of this a curse has devoured the land; and they who live in it are held guilty. For this the dwellers of the land are consumed, and few men are left. ⁷ The new wine has failed; the vine droops; all the merry-hearted sigh. ⁸ The joy of timbrels ceases; the noise of those who revel ends; the joy of the harp ceases. ⁹ They shall not drink wine with a song; fermented drink shall be bitter to those who drink it. ¹⁰ The city of shame is broken down; every house is shut, that no one may enter. ¹¹ A crying over the wine is in the streets; all joy is darkened; the gladness in the land is carried away. ¹² Desolation is remaining in the city, and a ruin; the gate is battered.

⁶⁴ And Jehovah shall scatter you among all people, from one end of the earth even to the other, and you shall serve other gods there, wood and stone, which you have not known, nor your fathers.

¹¹ And the rest of the people, those left in the city, and those that had fallen away, that fell to the king of Babylon, and the rest of the multitude, Nebuzaradan the chief of the executioners exiled.

²¹ And the king of Babylon struck them, and killed them in Riblah, in the land of Hamath; and he exiled Judah from its land.

¹⁵ You have added to the nation, Jehovah; You have added to the nation, You are glorified; You have extended all the ends of the land.

²⁹ Every city shall flee from the noise of the horsemen and shooters of the bow. They shall go into thickets and go up in the rocks. Every city shall be forsaken, and not a man shall live in them.

⁷ I have forsaken My house; I have left My inheritance. I have given the beloved of My soul into the hand of her enemies.

⁴ And I will make them a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh, the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah; for what he did in Jerusalem.

²⁸ This is the people whom Nebu-chadnezzar exiled: In the seventh year, three thousand and twenty three Jews; ²⁹ in the eighteenth year of Nebu-chadnezzar, eight hundred thirty souls from Jerusalem; ³⁰ in the twenty third year of Nebu-chadnezzar, Nebu-zaradan, the chief of the executioners, exiled seven hundred forty five souls of the Jews. All the souls were four thousand and six hundred.

²⁰ Why do You forget us forever, forsake us the length of days?

¹ I say then, Did not God thrust away His people? Let it not be! For I also am an Israelite, out of Abraham's seed, of the tribe of Benjamin. ² "God did not thrust away His people" whom He foreknew. Psa. 94:14 Or do you not know what the Scripture said in Elijah, how he pleaded with God against Israel, saying,

¹⁵ For if their casting away is the reconciliation of the world, what the reception, except life from the dead?

¹⁸ And in your Seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed because you have obeyed My voice.

² For they have taken from their daughters for themselves, and for their sons. So the holy seed have mixed themselves with the people of the lands. Yes, the hand of the leaders and the overseers has been foremost in this treachery.

⁷ For there is hope of a tree, if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and its shoot will not cease. ⁸ Though its root becomes old in the earth, and its stump dies in the dust, ⁹ at the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth branches like a plant.

⁹ Except Jehovah of hosts had left a remnant for us, a few, we would be as Sodom; we would be as Gomorrah.

³ And it shall be, he remaining in Zion, and he who is left in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, every one who is written among the living in Jerusalem;

²⁰ And it shall be in that day, the remnant of Israel, and the escaped ones from the house of Jacob, shall not any more lean on him who struck him. But they will truly lean on Jehovah, the Holy One of Israel. ²¹ The remnant shall return, the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God. ²² For though Your people Israel is like the sand of the sea, only a remnant of it shall return; a determined end, overflowing with righteousness.

⁸ So says Jehovah: As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one says, Do not destroy it, for a blessing is in it; so I will do for the sake of My servants, not to destroy the whole. ⁹ And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah one to inherit My mountains. And My chosen one shall inherit, and My servants shall live there.

¹⁵ And has He not made you one? Yet the vestige of the Spirit is in him. And what of the one? He was seeking a seed of God. Then guard your spirit, and do not deal treacherously with the wife of your youth.

²² And except those days were shortened, not any flesh would be saved. But on account of the elect, those days will be shortened.

²⁰ And if the Lord had not shortened the days, not any flesh would be saved; but because of the elect whom He chose, He has shortened the days.

¹ I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser. ² Every branch in Me not bearing fruit, He takes it away; and each one bearing fruit, He prunes, so that it may bear more fruit. ³ You are already pruned because of the Word which I have spoken to you.

⁵ whose are the fathers, and from whom is the Christ according to flesh, He being God over all, blessed forever. Amen.

⁵ So then, also in the present time a remnant according to election of grace has come into being. Isa. 29:10, Deut. 29:4 ⁶ But if by grace, no longer is it of works; else grace no longer becomes grace. But if of works, it is no longer grace; else work is no longer work.

¹⁶ Now if the firstfruit is holy, also the lump. And if the root is holy, also the branches. ¹⁷ But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree were grafted in among them, and became a sharer of the root and the fatness of the olive tree, ¹⁸ do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, it is not you that bears the root, but the root bears you. ¹⁹ You will say then, The branches were broken off that I might be grafted in. ²⁰ Well! For unbelief they were broken off. And you stand by faith. Do not be highminded, but fear. ²¹ For if God did not spare the natural branches, fear that it may be He will not spare you either. ²² Behold, then, the kindness and severity of God: On those having fallen, severity. But on you, kindness, if you continue in the kindness. Otherwise, you will also be cut off. ²³ And those also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in. For God is able to graft them in again. ²⁴ For if you were cut out of the natural wild olive tree, and against nature were grafted into a good olive tree, how much more these being according to nature will be grafted into their own olive tree? ²⁵ For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be wise within yourselves, that hardness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the nations comes in; ²⁶ and so all Israel will be saved, even as it has been written, "The Deliverer will come out of Zion, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob. ²⁷ And this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins." Isa. 59:20, 21 ²⁸ Indeed, as regards the gospel, enemies for you, but as regards the election, beloved for the sake of the fathers. ²⁹ For the free gifts and the calling of God are without repentance.

¹⁶ But the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his Seed (it does not say, And to seeds, as of many, but as of one, "And to your Seed," which is Christ). Gen. 12:7, 13:15; 17:7, 8; 24:7 ¹⁷ And I say this, A covenant having been ratified before to Christ by God, the Law coming into being four hundred and thirty years after, does not annul the promise, so as to abolish it . ¹⁸ For if the inheritance is of law, it is no more of promise; but God has given it to Abraham through promise. ¹⁹ Why the Law then? It was added because of transgressions, until the Seed should come, to whom it had been promised, being ordained through angels in a mediator's hand.

²⁸ There cannot be Jew nor Greek, there is no slave nor freeman, there is no male and female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. ²⁹ And if you are of Christ, then you are a seed of Abraham, even heirs according to promise.
