³⁰ Then the sign of the Son of man will appear in the sky; and then all the generations of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of the sky, with an army and great glory.

²⁷ For the Son of man will come in the glory of his Father with his holy angels; and then he will reward each man according to his works. ²⁸ Truly I say to you, There are men who stand here, who will not taste death, until they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

³ While Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives, his disciples came up talking among themselves, and they said to him, Tell us when these things will happen, and what is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?

⁶⁴ Jesus said to him, You say that. But I say to you that from henceforth you will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of the power, and coming upon the clouds of the sky.

⁴ Tell us when these things will happen, and what is the sign when all these things are about to be fulfilled?

²⁶ Then they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds, with a great army and with glory.

⁶² Jesus said to him, I am; and you will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of power, and coming upon the clouds of the sky. ⁶³ Then the high priest tore his robe, and said, Why therefore do we need witnesses? ⁶⁴ Behold, you have heard blasphemy from his own mouth; what do you think? And they all decided that he is guilty of death.

¹¹ And they said to them, Men of GalÆi-lee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus who has ascended from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen him ascend into heaven.

⁷ And to you who are oppressed, he shall grant to be at peace with us, when our LORD Jesus Christ shall be revealed from heaven with the host of his angels,

⁷ Behold he comes with the clouds; and every eye shall see him, even the men who pierced him: and all the kindreds of the earth shall wail over him. Even so, Amen.
