² In the midst of the great street of the city, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve kind of fruits, and each month it yielded one of its fruits; and the leaves of the trees were for the healing of the people.

¹⁸ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; because of this he has anointed me, to preach good tidings to the poor; and he has sent me to heal the broken-hearted, and to proclaim release to the captives, and sight to the blind; to strengthen with forgiveness those who are bruised

²⁴ And he bore all our sins, and lifted them with his body on the cross, that we being dead to sin, should live through his righteousness: and by his wounds you were healed.

⁷ He who has ears, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches: To him who overcomes, I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of my God.

²¹ And the twelve gates were adorned with twelve pearls; one for each of the gates, and each gate was made of a single pearl; and the great street of the city was of pure gold. as it were transparent glass.

²⁴ And the people who have been saved shall walk by that very light: and the kings of the earth shall bring their own glory and the honor of the people into it.

¹ AND he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, gushing out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

¹⁴ Blessed are those who do his commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

¹⁹ And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his portion from the tree of life, and from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
