⁶ And I beheld, and lo, in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

⁶⁹ And he has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;

²⁹ The next day John saw Jesus coming to him, and he said, Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

³⁶ And he looked at Jesus while he walked, and said, Behold, the Lamb of God!

³² The portion of the scripture which he was reading was this: He was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and like a ewe sheep before the shearer, so he opened not his mouth:

⁹ Wherefore God also has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name; ¹⁰ That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, of those on earth, and those under the earth, ¹¹ And every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is the LORD, to the glory of God his Father.

¹⁹ But with the precious blood of the Lamb without blemish and without spot which is Christ: ²⁰ Who verily was foreordained for this very purpose, before the foundation of the world, and was manifest in these last times, for your sakes,

⁴ John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be to you, and peace, from him who is, and who was, and who is to come; and from the seven spirits which are before his throne;

⁴ Round about the throne were four and twenty seats; and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. ⁵ And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and noises: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. ⁶ And before the throne was a sea of glass resembling crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about it, and in front of the throne, were four beasts, full of eyes before and behind.

⁸ And as he took the book, the four wild beasts and the four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, and everyone of them had a harp and a cup of gold full of incense, and these were the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sang new praise saying. You are worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof; for you were slain, and have redeemed us to God by your blood, out of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation;

¹² Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and might, and honor, and glory, and blessing.

¹⁶ And said to the mountains and rocks: Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

⁹ After these things, I beheld, and lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of every nation and people, and kindred and tongue, stood before the throne, and in the presence of the Lamb, clothed with white robes and with palms in their hands; ¹⁰ And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God, who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb. ¹¹ And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before his throne on their faces, and worshipped God. ¹² Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power and might to our God for ever and ever. Amen. ¹³ And one of the elders answered and said to me, Who are these who are arrayed in white robes? And from whence did they come? ¹⁴ And I said to him, My LORD, you know. And he said to me, These are those who came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ¹⁵ Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne shall shelter them. ¹⁶ They shall hunger no more; neither thirst anymore; neither shall they be stricken by the sun, nor by the heat. ¹⁷ For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shall shepherd them, and shall lead them to fountains of living water. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

¹¹ And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not spare themselves even unto death.

⁸ And all who dwell upon the earth shall worship him, even those whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

¹⁴ They will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall conquer them: for he is LORD of lords, and King of kings; and those who are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

²³ The city has no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God lightens it, and the Lamb is the lamp of it.

¹ AND he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, gushing out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

³ And that which drops shall be no more: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
