¹¹ And the king made of the sandal-trees steps for the house of the Lord, and for the king’s palace, and harps and psalteries for singers: and there were never seen the like of them before in the land of Judah.

¹² And the king made of the sandal-wood a railing for the house of the Lord, and for the king’s house, and harps and psalteries for the singers: there came no such sandal-wood, nor was it seen again until this day.

⁵ And four thousand were gatekeepers: and four thousand those who praised the Lord with the instruments which I have made, to praise therewith.
