³⁵ And the Lord hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks, and herds, and silver, and gold, and men-servants, and maid-servants, and camels, and asses.

² And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

¹⁶ And he did well to Abram for her sake; and he received sheep, and oxen, and he-asses, and men-servants, and maid-servants, and she-asses, and camels.

² And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

¹ And Abraham was old, well stricken in years; and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.

¹⁰ And the Lord brought back the captivity of Job, when he prayed in behalf of his friends; and the Lord increased all that Job had had twofold. ¹¹ And then came unto him all his brothers, and all his sisters, and all that had been of his acquaintance before, and ate bread with him in his house; and they condoled with him, and comforted him for all the evil that the Lord had brought upon him; and they gave him, every one, a kessitah, and every one an earring of gold. ¹² And the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: and he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses.

³⁸ He also blesseth them, and they multiply greatly, and he suffereth not their cattle to diminish.

²² The blessing of the Lord it is which maketh rich, and painful labor addeth nothing thereto.

⁴ The reward of humility and the fear of the Lord are riches and honor, and life.
