⁴⁸ Now, you are witnesses of these things;

¹ The seniors who are among you, I exhort, who am also a senior, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory which is to be revealed.

²⁷ And you also will testify, because you have been with me from the beginning.

⁸ But you shall receive power by the Holy Spirit coming upon you, and shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and even to the remotest parts of the earth.

²² commencing from his immersion by John, until the day of his assumption, should be constituted a witness with us, of his resurrection.

³² This Jesus, God has raised up, of which all we are witnesses:

¹⁵ and killed the Prince of Life, whom God has raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses;

³³ And with great power did the Apostles give forth their testimony concerning the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great kindness was among them all.
