¹⁰ for fornicators, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and anything else that is contrary to sound doctrine,

⁵ And they called to Lot, and said to him, Where are the men which came in to you this night? Bring them out to us, that we may know them.

²⁷ Come, let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him. For he is our brother, and our flesh. And his brothers listened.

¹⁵ For indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews, and here also have I done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.

⁷ You shall not take the name of Jehovah your God in vain. For Jehovah will not hold him guiltless that takes His name in vain.

¹⁶ And he that steals a man and sells him, or if he is found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.

²² You shall not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is abomination to God.

¹³ If a man also lies with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be on them.

⁷ If a man is found stealing a person of his brothers, the sons of Israel, and makes a slave of him, or sells him, then that thief shall die. And you shall put evil away from among you.

¹⁶ As I live, says the Lord Jehovah, surely in the place of the king who made him king, whose oath he despised and whose covenant he broke, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die. ¹⁷ Nor shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company work for him in the war, by pouring out siege mounds and building forts, to cut off many persons. ¹⁸ And he has despised the oath by breaking the covenant. And, behold, he had given his hand, and has done all these, he shall not escape. ¹⁹ Therefore so says the Lord Jehovah: As I live, surely My oath that he has despised, and My covenant that he has broken, I will even repay it on his own head.

¹ Hear the Word of Jehovah, sons of Israel. For Jehovah has a quarrel with the people of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. ² There is lying, and swearing, and killing, and stealing, and the committing of adultery; and blood touches blood.

⁴ They have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant. So judgment springs up like hemlock in the furrows of the field.

⁴ I will bring it forth, says Jehovah of Hosts; and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him who swears falsely by My name. And it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall devour it, and its timber and its stones.

¹⁷ And let each devise no evil in your heart against his neighbor; and love no false oath. For all these are things that I hate, says Jehovah.

⁵ And I will come near you to judgment. And I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those who extort from the hired laborer's wages, and turning away the widow, and the orphan, the alien, and not fearing Me, says Jehovah of Hosts.

³³ Again, you have heard that it has been said to the ancients, "You shall not swear falsely, but you shall perform your oaths to the Lord." ³⁴ But I say to you, Do not swear at all! Not by Heaven, because it is God's throne; ³⁵ not by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet; not by Jerusalem, because it is the city of the great King; ³⁶ nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black. ³⁷ But let your word be, Yes, yes; No, no. For whatever is more than these comes from evil.

²¹ For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, ²² thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

⁴⁴ You are of the Devil as father, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and did not abide in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it.

²⁶ For this cause, God gave them up to dishonorable affections. For even their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature.

⁹ Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, ¹⁰ nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

¹⁹ Now the works of the flesh are clearly revealed, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lustfulness, ²⁰ idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, fightings, jealousies, angers, rivalries, divisions, heresies, ²¹ envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revelings, and things like these; of which I tell you before, as I also said before, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

³ For let fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness not be once named among you, as becomes saints, ⁴ neither baseness, foolish talking, jesting, which are not becoming, but rather giving of thanks. ⁵ For you know this, that no fornicator, or unclean person, or covetous one (who is an idolater), has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. ⁶ Let no man deceive you with vain words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the children of disobedience.

³ If anyone teaches otherwise, and does not consent to wholesome words (those of our Lord Jesus Christ), and to the doctrine according to godliness,

¹³ Hold fast the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

³ For a time will be when they will not endure sound doctrine, but they will heap up teachers to themselves according to their own lusts, tickling the ear.

⁹ holding fast the faithful Word according to the doctrine, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and to convict the gainsayers.

¹³ This witness is true; for which cause convict them sharply, so that they may be sound in the faith,

¹ But you speak the things which become sound doctrine: ² aged men to be temperate, sensible, discreet, sound in faith, in love, in patience.

⁴ Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

⁷ as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, in like manner to these, committing fornication, and going away after other flesh, laid down an example before-times, undergoing vengeance of everlasting fire.

¹³ and cinnamon, and incenses, and ointment, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

⁸ But the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, will have their part in the Lake burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

²⁷ And there shall in no way enter into it anything that defiles, or any making an abomination or a lie; but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

¹⁵ But outside are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and makes a lie.
