Deuteronomy 1:31 Cross References - MKJV

31 and in the wilderness where you have seen how Jehovah your God carried you, as a man carries his son, in all the way that you went until you came into this place.

Exodus 16:1-17

1 And they took their journey from Elim, and all the congregation of the sons of Israel came into the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt. 2 And the whole congregation of the sons of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness. 3 And the sons of Israel said to them, O that we had died by the hand of Jehovah in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh-pots, when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us forth into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger. 4 Then Jehovah said to Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from the heavens for you. And the people shall go out and gather a certain amount every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in My Law or not. 5 And on the sixth day it shall happen, they shall prepare what they bring in. And it shall be twice as much as they gather day by day. 6 And Moses and Aaron said to all the sons of Israel, At evening, then you shall know that Jehovah has brought you out from the land of Egypt. 7 And in the morning, then you shall see the glory of Jehovah. For He hears your murmurings against Jehovah. And what are we, that you murmur against us? 8 And Moses said, You will see when Jehovah shall give you flesh to eat in the evening and bread to the full in the morning, when Jehovah hears your murmurings which you murmur against Him. And what are we? Your murmurings are not against us, but against Jehovah. 9 And Moses spoke to Aaron, Say to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, Come near before Jehovah. For He has heard your murmurings. 10 And it happened as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the sons of Israel, they turned toward the wilderness. And behold! The glory of Jehovah appeared in the cloud! 11 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 12 I have heard the murmurings of the sons of Israel. Speak to them, saying, You shall eat flesh at evening, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread. And you shall know that I am Jehovah your God. 13 And it happened at evening, the quails came up and covered the camp. And in the morning the dew lay all around the host. 14 And when the layer of dew had gone up, behold, there was a small round thing upon the face of the wilderness, small as the hoar-frost upon the ground. 15 And when the sons of Israel saw, they said each one to his brother, What is that? For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, This is the bread which Jehovah has given you to eat. 16 This is the thing which Jehovah has commanded: Each man gather of it according to his eating, an omer for a head, according to the number of your souls. Each one shall take for those who are in his camp. 17 And the sons of Israel did so, and gathered, some more, and some less.

Exodus 19:4

4 You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and I bore you on eagles' wings and brought you to Myself.

Numbers 11:11-12

11 And Moses said to Jehovah, Why have You afflicted Your servant? And why have I not found favor in Your sight, so that You lay the burden of all this people upon me? 12 Have I conceived all this people? Did I bring them forth, that You should say to me, Bear them in your bosom like a nursing father carries the sucking child, to the land which You swore to their fathers?

Numbers 11:14

14 I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

Deuteronomy 32:10-12

10 He found him in a desert land, and in the deserted, howling wilderness. He led him about, He cared for him, He kept him as the pupil of His eye. 11 As an eagle stirs up her nest, flutters over her young, spreads abroad her wings, takes them and bears them on her wing, 12 Jehovah alone led him, and there was no strange god with him.

Nehemiah 9:12-23

12 And You led them in the day by a cloudy pillar, and in the night by a pillar of fire, to give them light in the way in which they should go. 13 And You came down on Mount Sinai, and spoke with them from Heaven, and gave them right judgments and true laws, good statutes and commandments. 14 And You made known to them Your holy sabbath, and commanded them commandments, statutes, and laws, by the hand of Moses Your servant. 15 And You gave them bread from the heavens for their hunger, and brought forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst. And You promised them that they should go in to possess the land which You had sworn to give them. 16 But they and our fathers acted proudly and hardened their necks, and did not listen to Your commandments. 17 And they refused to obey, neither were they mindful of Your wonders which You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage. But You are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and did not forsake them. 18 Yea, when they had made them a molten calf, and said, This is your God who brought you up out of Egypt, and had worked great blasphemies, 19 yet You in Your great mercies did not forsake them in the wilderness. The pillar of the cloud did not depart from them by day to lead them in the way, nor the pillar of fire by night, to show them light and the way in which they should go. 20 You also gave Your good Spirit to teach them, and did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst. 21 And forty years You sustained them in the wilderness. They lacked nothing; their clothes did not become old, and their feet did not swell. 22 And You gave them kingdoms and nations, and divided them into corners. And they possessed the land of Sihon, and the land of the king of Heshbon, and the land of Og king of Bashan. 23 And You multiplied their sons like the stars of the heavens, and brought them into the land concerning which You had promised to their fathers that they should go in to possess it.

Psalms 78:14-28

14 And in the daytime He led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire. 15 He split the rocks in the wilderness, and let them drink, as from the great depths. 16 He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers. 17 And they sinned still more against Him, by provoking the Most High in the wilderness. 18 And they tempted God in their heart by asking food for their lust. 19 And they spoke against God; they said, Can God set a table in the wilderness? 20 Behold! He struck the rock so that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed. Can He also give bread? Can He provide flesh for His people? 21 Therefore Jehovah heard, and was made furious; so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel, 22 because they did not believe in God, and did not trust in His salvation; 23 though He had commanded the clouds from above, and had opened the doors of the heavens; 24 and had rained down manna on them to eat, and He gave them of the grain of the heavens. 25 Man ate the food of the mighty; He sent them meat to the full. 26 He caused an east wind to blow in the sky; and by His power He brought in the south wind. 27 and He also rained flesh on them like dust, and winged birds like the sand of the sea; 28 and He let them fall in the middle of their camp, all around their tents.

Psalms 105:39-41

39 He spread a cloud for a covering, and fire to give light in the night. 40 They asked, and He brought quail, and satisfied them with the food of heaven. 41 He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.

Isaiah 40:11

11 He shall feed His flock like a shepherd; He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those with young.

Isaiah 46:3-4

3 Listen to me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, who are borne by Me from the belly, who are lifted from the womb; 4 even to old age I am He; and to gray hairs I will bear you. I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.

Isaiah 63:9

9 In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the Angel of His Presence saved them; in His love and in His pity He redeemed them; and He bore them, and carried them all the days of old.

Hosea 11:3-4

3 I also taught Ephraim to go; He took them on His arm. But they did not know that I healed them. 4 I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love; and I was to them as those who take off the yoke on their jaws, and I gently give food to him.

Acts 13:18
