⁷ But to every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

¹⁵ And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to each according to his ability. And he went abroad at once.

³⁴ For He whom God has sent speaks the Words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.

³ For I say, through the grace given to me, to every one who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think. But set your mind to be right-minded, even as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.

⁶ Then having gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, if prophecy, according to the proportion of faith; ⁷ or ministry, in the ministry; or he who teaches, in the teaching; ⁸ or he who exhorts, in the encouragement; or he who shares, in simplicity; or he who takes the lead, in diligence; or he who shows mercy, in cheerfulness.

⁷ But to each one is given the showing forth of the Spirit to our profit. ⁸ For through the Spirit is given to one a word of wisdom; and to another a word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit; ⁹ and to another faith by the same Spirit; and to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; ¹⁰ and to another workings of powers, to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits; and to another kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues. ¹¹ But the one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing separately to each one as He desires.

²⁸ And God set some in the church, firstly, apostles; secondly, prophets; thirdly, teachers, then works of power, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, kinds of languages. ²⁹ Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of power? ³⁰ Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak languages? Do all interpret?

¹ But working together, we also call on you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

¹³ But we will not boast beyond measure, but according to the measure of the rule which the God of measure distributed to us, to reach even to you. ¹⁴ For we do not overstretch ourselves as though not reaching to you. For we also came to you in the gospel of Christ; ¹⁵ not boasting beyond measure in the labors of others, but having hope that the growing faith among you will be increased according to our rule, to overflowing;

² if you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given to me toward you,

⁸ This grace is given to me (who am less than the least of all saints) to preach the gospel of the unsearchable riches of Christ among the nations,

⁸ Therefore He says, "When He ascended up on high, He led captivity captive and gave gifts to men." ⁹ (Now that He ascended, what is it but that He also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? ¹⁰ He who descended is the same also as He who ascended up far above all heavens, that He might fill all things.) ¹¹ And truly He gave some to be apostles, and some to be prophets, and some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, ¹² for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ. ¹³ And this until we all come into the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full-grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; ¹⁴ so that we no longer may be infants, tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine, in the dishonesty of men, in cunning craftiness, to the wiles of deceit.

¹⁰ each one as he received a gift, ministering it to yourselves as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
