⁵ And he shall take from the congregation of the sons of Israel two kids of the goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.

¹³ And if the whole company of Israel sins through ignorance, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and if they do that which ought not to be done to any of all the commands of Jehovah, and are guilty; ¹⁴ when the sin is known which they have sinned against it, then the congregation shall bring near a young bull for the sin, and bring him before the tabernacle of the congregation. ¹⁵ And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the young bull before Jehovah, and the young bull shall be killed before Jehovah. ¹⁶ And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the young bull's blood to the tabernacle of the congregation. ¹⁷ And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle seven times before Jehovah, before the veil. ¹⁸ And he shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before Jehovah, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation. And he shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. ¹⁹ And he shall take all its fat from it and burn it on the altar. ²⁰ And he shall do with the young bull as he did with the young bull for a sin offering; so shall he do to it. And the priest shall make an atonement for them, and it shall be forgiven them. ²¹ And he shall carry forth the young bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull. It is a sin offering for the congregation.

² Take Aaron, and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and a young bull for the sin offering, and two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread.

¹⁴ And he brought the young bull for the sin offering. And Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the young bull for the sin offering.

⁸ Aaron then went to the altar and killed the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself. ⁹ And the sons of Aaron brought the blood to him. And he dipped his finger in the blood and put it on the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar. ¹⁰ But he burned the fat and the kidneys and the lobe above the liver of the sin offering on the altar, even as Jehovah commanded Moses. ¹¹ And he burned the flesh and the hide with fire outside the camp. ¹² And he killed the burnt offering. And Aaron's sons presented to him the blood, which he sprinkled all around on the altar. ¹³ And they presented the burnt offering to him, with the pieces of it, and the head. And he burned them on the altar. ¹⁴ And he washed the inward parts and the legs, and burned them on the burnt offering on the altar. ¹⁵ And he brought the people's offering. And he took the he-goat, the sin offering for the people, and killed it and offered it for sin as the first. ¹⁶ And he brought the burnt offering and offered it according to the ordinance.

²¹ And they brought seven bulls and seven rams and seven lambs and seven he-goats, for a sin offering for the kingdom, and for the sanctuary, and for Judah. And he commanded the priests, the sons of Aaron, to offer them on the altar of Jehovah.

¹⁷ And they offered at the dedication of this house of God a hundred bulls, two hundred rams, and four hundred lambs. And for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he-goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.

²² And on that day the ruler shall prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering. ²³ And seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering to Jehovah, seven bulls and seven rams, without blemish, daily for the seven days, and a kid of the goats daily for a sin offering.

³ For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh;

²⁷ who does not need, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice daily, first for his own sins and then for the people's sins. For He did this once for all, when He offered up Himself. ²⁸ For the Law appoints men high priests who have infirmity, but the word of the swearing of an oath, after the Law, has consecrated the Son forever, having been perfected.

⁵ Therefore when He comes into the world, He says, "Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but You have prepared a body for Me. ⁶ In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You have had no pleasure. ⁷ Then I said, Lo, I come (in the volume of the Book it is written of Me) to do Your will, O God." ⁸ Above, when He said, "Sacrifice and offering, and burnt offerings and offering for sin You did not desire, neither did You have pleasure in them" (which are offered according to the Law), ⁹ then He said, "Lo, I come to do Your will, O God." He takes away the first so that He may establish the second. ¹⁰ By this will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. ¹¹ And indeed every priest stands daily ministering and offering often the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. ¹² But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right of God, ¹³ from then on expecting until His enemies are made His footstool. ¹⁴ For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are sanctified.
