²² But if you will indeed listen to his voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

³ And I will bless those who bless you and he who curses you I will curse. And all the families of the earth will be blessed in you.

⁹ He couched, he lay down as a lion and as a lioness. Who will rouse him up? He who graces you is blessed, And he who curses you is cursed.

⁷ And Jehovah your God will put all these curses upon your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you.
